MSU-2负载的Sb-V复合氧化物催化剂上甲烷选择性氧化制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
 制备了MSU-2负载的Sb-V复合氧化物催化剂,并将其用于以O2为氧化剂的甲烷选择性氧化制甲醛. 结果表明,Sb-V-O/MSU-2 复合氧化物催化剂保持了MSU-2分子筛的孔结构,在催化反应中表现出较高的甲烷转化率和可观的甲醛选择性. 其甲醛单程收率高于Sb2O5/SiO2和VOx/SBA-15催化剂. 在Sb2O5负载量为5%, V2O5负载量为1.12%的Sb-V-O/MSU-2催化剂上甲醛的单程收率为2.9%.  相似文献

研制了高分子药物-可乐定阴离子丙烯酸树脂盐并在模拟胃和小肠pH的缓冲液中进行了高分子药物的溶解释放试验。结果表明其中某些试样能够在微碱性的缓冲液中缓慢溶解释放,可望达到减少用药量。降低副作用和延长药效的目的。  相似文献

采用端甲氧基聚乙二醇、马来酸酐、E-44环氧树脂合成了反应型环氧树脂乳化剂MeO-PEG-Ma-E-44,以相反转乳化技术制备E-44水性环氧树脂,研究了工艺条件对其性能的影响。结果表明:酯化率达98.5%的MeO-PEG-Ma-E-44,用量为E-44的ω=16.5%-20%得到的水性环氧树脂乳液最稳定。DSC和TG分析结果表明:乳化前后的E-44环氧树脂都能室温条件2h内很好的固化,固化后热性能基本不变,分解温度约在380℃,热失重率89%,其玻璃转变温度有所降低,韧性有所提高,其它性能基本不受影响。  相似文献

A turbidimetric technique based on a reaction between Hg(II) and melamine is described for the measurement of melamine content of wastewater of a petrochemical company. The present technique is rapid and simple, uses a small amount of reagent and is set up with low‐cost equipment, making this system economically viable. The experimental conditions such as volume of reagent, pH of buffer, stirring time, stirring speed, ionic strength, etc. were optimized and used in plotting the calibration curve. The linear dynamic range was 1–70 mg/L with a limit of detection of 0.3 mg/L. Repeatability of the proposed method is good, and the relative standard deviation (RSD%) is less than 1.5%. Interferences studies showed that the common compounds existing in wastewater have no negative effect on the efficiency of the method at relatively high concentrations. Finally, the proposed method has been successfully used in determination of melamine in wastewater of Urmia Petrochemical Company.  相似文献

建立了纺织品中游离甲醛的高效液相色谱检测法,采用SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱(250×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30,V/V),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长360 nm。通过正交试验优化了甲醛衍生条件,应用F检验和t检验证实了本方法的准确性。方法相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.53%,回收率在95.0%~102.7%范围。  相似文献

A concept of potential crosslinking agent was introduced into the synthesizing process of highly oil-absorptive resin that is traditionally prepared by single chemical crosslinking. The resin was heated after manufactured to obtain three-dimension network structure. The effects of potential crosslinking agent and the crosslinking conditions on the absorptive properties of resin were studied.The results showed that hydroxyl ethylacrylate got satisfied results, and the resin with it had good oil absorbency and oil retention.  相似文献

Methane is oxidized in aqueous solution with atmospheric oxygen and hydrogen peroxide in a reaction catalyzed by a NaVO3-pyrazine-2-carboxylic acid system. Methyl hydroperoxide is selectively formed at 50°C. The turnover number of the catalyst after 24 h amounts to 480, and the yield of methyl hydroperoxide is 24% with respect to H2O2. Factors affecting the gelation of resorcinol-formaldehyde systems have been examined overvariable ranges applicable to oilfield use. Gelation of resorcinol-formaldehyde (RF) system wassensitive to pH,salinity and hardness. Generally,this gel system could be used in fresh water orlow salinity brine at pH higher than about 9. The application would require careful monitoring ofinjection fluids to avoid premature gelation or prolonged shut-in times,especially under conditionsof low salinity and high pH. Salinity and hardness compatibilities of the system were improved bysulfomethylation of resorcinol. Aqueous sulfomethylated resorcinol formaldehyde (SMRF)system could be used in brine with higher salinity and hardness and at a wider pH range of 5--10.  相似文献
