Determination of Melphalan and Chlorambucil in Tablet Dosage form Using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography and Amperometric Detection

Abstract

We developed a liquid chromatographic method for the measurement of melphalan and chlorambucil in tablets, using a reversed phase C18 column with isocratic elution and amperometric detection. For melphalan the potential was set at +0.95V and chlorambucil at + 0.90V. The method is simple, sensitive and may also be applicable to pharmacokinetic studies.     

空间遥感仪器探测器工作温度对信噪比的影响分析

临边观测是一种新的空间大气遥感探测方式,但大气散射光谱辐射随临边高度的增加而迅速减弱。所以信噪比是临边遥感仪器的关键性能指标。在深入分析典型仪器信号光谱辐射传输特性和噪声来源的基础上建立了随探测器制冷温度变化的信噪比模型,并在一台临边遥感光谱仪原理样机上模拟试验验证了空间环境下临边高度70km处的信噪比,理论分析和实验结果一致表明:探测器制冷到一定温度时,仪器的信噪比达到了一个极限值。在综合考虑功耗、散热等问题的基础上获得了探测器的最优工作温度。     

Energy resolved X-ray fluorescence imaging based on a micropattern gas detector

A simple system for energy resolved X-ray fluorescence imaging using a room temperature, 2-D sensitive Micro-Hole and Strip Plate (MHSP) operating in pure xenon is proposed. The Micro-Hole and Strip Plate is an electron multiplier with two stages of avalanche production, one of them in the holes and another one in the anode strips. The X-ray interaction via photoelectron absorption in the xenon produces a number of electrons proportional to the incoming X-ray energy. The electron cloud is, then, amplified in the two amplification stages, resulting in a charge pulse that is also proportional to the detected X-ray energy. The 2-D capability is achieved in the Micro-Hole and Strip Plate by using two orthogonal resistive lines, one connecting the anode strips on the bottom face of the Micro-Hole and Strip Plate and the other one connecting the strips structured on the Micro-Hole and Strip Plate top surface. This low cost detector has an active area of 28 × 28 mm², an intrinsic position resolution of σ∼ 125 µm, an energy resolution of about 825 eV (Full Width at Half Maximum) at 5.9 keV and a count rate capability as high as 0.5 MHz. Fluorescence images were obtained by irradiating the sample with X-rays and using a pinhole placed between the sample and the detector window. Elemental map discrimination for different samples, image amplification and detector parameters, are presented.

相位测量轮廓术（PMP）中光场非线性误差分析

在相位测量轮廓术( PMP)中，探测器的非线性响应是导致测量误差的重要因素.对该误差进行了理论分析和计算机模拟,比较了几种相移算法对这一误差的抑制能力，模拟结果与理论分析的结果一致.提出一种存在非线性误差时光强函数的几何描述方法，采用帕斯卡蜗线描述二阶非线性光强函数，这是一种用角度射线与帕斯卡蜗线交点在横轴上的投影长来表示相对光强的几何模型，形象地表示了探测光强与光栅移动角度的关系，以及非线性误差存在和不存在时的光强变化.同样，文中采用准卡西尼卵形线蜗线描述三阶非线性光强函数，用同样的方法形象地表示了在存在三阶非线性时探测光强与光栅移动角度的关系，以及非线性误差存在和不存在时的光强变化,可为实际应用中合理地选择算法和直观的评估非线性导致的光强变化提供帮助.     

Voltammetric behavior and ion chromatographic detection of nitrite at a dispersed platinum glassy carbon electrode

Cyclic voltammetry was used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of nitrite at a platinum-modified glassy carbon electrode (Pt-CME) in phosphate buffer (pH 4.5). Experiments in flow injection analysis and ion-chromatography (IC) were performed to characterize the electrode as an amperometric sensor for the determination of nitrite ions. The effects of several common interferences on the amperometric signal were estimated. The electrode stability, precision, limit of detection, and linear range were evaluated at a constant applied potential of 1.1 V. Calibration plots were linear from 0.03 μM to 0.5 mM with a slope of about 21 μA/mM and a correlation coefficient of 0.9987. The limit of detection (LOD) was 15 nM (0.7 ppb) in a 100 μL injection. The electrode response was sufficiently stable: over 6 h of operating time a 2.8% signal loss was observed. The determination of nitrite in milk and pear juices was achieved by IC and the relevant results were compared with those obtained with a standard spectrophotometric method.     

3.8μm激光破坏三元PC型HgCdTe探测器系统的实验研究

 对3.8μm激光破坏三元PC型HgCdTe探测器系统的实验结果进行定性分析。实验结果表明：当辐照在探测器系统上的激光功率密度达411W/cm²时，系统内各部件（Ge窗口、滤光片及探测器）已严重损坏，探测器系统永久失效。分析认为：实验中引起探测器系统破坏的主要原因是温度升高引起的烧蚀热。     

Low Voltage Contrast with an SEM Transmission Electron Detector

The images obtained with a transmission electron detector in low voltage SEM show an evolution of the well known dark field and bright field contrast with the accelerating voltage. Monte Carlo simulations explain these contrasts by the evolution of the electron scattering angle and stopping power of the thin foil with the accelerating voltage.     

双束质子辐照砷化镓光电导探测器的I-V特性

 对用能量为7.5MeV和20MeV,注量为10¹¹～10¹³cm^-2的质子辐照后的砷化镓材料制作的光电导探测器的光电流和暗电流进行了测试，并由此推得电导率的变化。结果表明，经过能量为7.5MeV的质子改性后的砷化镓探测器相对于未改性的附加光电导率Δσ减少，而且随着辐照注量的增加而越小，而对于先用能量为20MeV质子辐照后再用能量为7.5MeV的质子辐照的砷化镓材料制作的探测器，其附加光电导率Δσ的减少则更为明显。对上述现象进行了分析，并根据其相应关系预测了该种探测器的响应时间、灵敏度、拖尾现象及受X射线激发的输出脉冲的后延的变化情况。
