Many studies have focused on effective ways to exploit enzyme immobilization on an electrode surface to help improve the performance of enzymatic electrochemical biosensors. Herein, a novel glucose sensor was fabricated by immobilizing glucose oxidase (GOx) onruthenium-based conjugated polymer (CP) and metal-organic framework (MOF) nanocomposites. This has not only reduced the applied potential to 0.2 V (vs. Ag/AgCl), but also improved the effective surface area for enzyme immobilization.PPG@Ru@UiO-66-NH2 was tailored by controlled chemical synthesis from a pre-synthesized water-soluble conjugated polymer (poly(N-phenylglycine)) and metal-organic framework (UiO-66-NH2). The resulting nanocomposites were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray fluorescence, scanning electron microscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. The PPG@Ru@UiO-66-NH2/GOx coated electrodedisplayed a linear measurementrange for glucose from 1 mM to 10 mM, with a sensitivity of 45.92 μA ⋅ mM−1cm−1 and limit of detection of5 μM( ). Furthermore, the practical application of the fabricatedglucosesensor was tested in simulative blood samples with satisfactoryaccuracy. This approach alsoopens a new door for applications regarding both enzymatic electrochemical biosensors and enzymatic biofuel cells (EBFCs).  相似文献

采用Suzuki偶合反应合成了一系列新型的咔唑、芴和2,1,3-苯并硒二唑的共聚物——聚[3,6-(N-(2-乙基己基))咔唑-2,1,3-苯并硒二唑-9,9-双(N,N-二甲基胺丙基)芴](PCzN-BSeD)及其相应的聚电解质衍生物——聚[3,6-(N-(2-乙基己基))咔唑-2,1,3-苯并硒二唑-9,9-(双(3′-(N,N-二甲基)-N-乙基铵)丙基)芴]二溴(PCzNBr-BSeD).在聚咔唑和芴中引入不同比例的2,1,3-苯并硒二唑(BSeD)单元,引起了由咔唑和芴链段向窄带隙苯并硒二唑(BSeD)单元有效的能量转移.通过对聚合物电致发光性能的研究,发现用聚(3,4-亚乙基二氧基噻吩)(PEDOT)或聚(3,4-亚乙基二氧基噻吩)/聚乙烯咔唑(PEDOT/PVK)作为空穴传输层时,器件的性能相差不大,表明咔唑的引入较明显的改善了聚合物的空穴注入性能.而且几乎所有的聚合物用高功函数铝作阴极的器件和用钡/铝作阴极的器件具有相近的发光性能,表明这类聚合物具有良好的电子注入性能.  相似文献

Summary The recently proposed statistical method for the calculation of resonance energies in the conjugated circuit theory is tested on the example of polyacenes. It is found that for the estimation of the resonance energy with a 10% average error, the method requires a sample consisting of about 20 (randomly chosen) Kekulé structures. Further increase of the sample size gives no significant gain in the accuracy of the method.

Zusammenfassung Die unlängst vorgeschlagene statistische Methode in der Konjugierten-Ring-Theorie (conjugated circuit theory) wird am Beispiel der Polyacene getestet. Es wurde festgestellt, daß für die Abschätzung der Resonanzenergien bei einem mittleren Fehler von 10% für diese Methode ungefähr 20 (willkürlich gewählte) Kekulé-Strukturen nötig sind. Weitere Erhöhung dieser Anzahl bringt keine signifikante Verbesserung der Genauigkeit der Methode.

Novel organometallic conjugated polymer containing (η6-arene)Cr(CO)3 and platinum in the main chain was synthesized by dehydrohalogenation coupling reaction of (η6-1,4-diethynylbenzene)tricarbonylchromium with trans-(PBu3)2PtCl2. The polymer was soluble in common organic solvents and has the number-average molecular weight of 31,000 by GPC analysis. The polymer exhibited an absorption peak derived from π-π interaction at 358 nm in the UV-Vis spectrum, which showed a red shift of approximately 90 nm compared to that of the model compound. The photochemical ligand exchange reaction of the polymer was also investigated.  相似文献

A new series of π-conjugated oligomers based on various combinations of thiophene and EDOT units and double bonds has been synthesized by Wittig-Horner reactions from phosphonate anions carrying EDOT or bis-EDOT units. Optical and electrochemical results evidence the crucial role of the EDOT moiety for modulating the electronic properties of the oligomers. The insertion of bis-EDOT unit in the middle of the molecule leads to a self-rigidification of the conjugated system due to non covalent S?O intramolecular interactions. The strong electron donor effect of the EDOT units explains the determining role of the relative position of the EDOT units on the localization and stabilization of the positive charges in the radical cation or dication states.  相似文献

Polar groups in the skeletons of conjugated microporous polymers (CMPs) play an important role in determining their porosity and gas sorption performance. Understanding the effect of the polar group on the properties of CMPs is essential for further advances in this field. To address this fundamental issue, we used benzene, the simplest aromatic system, as a monomer for the construction of two novel CMPs with multi-carboxylic acid groups in their skeletons (CMP-COOH@1 and CMP-COOH@2). We then explored the profound effect the amount of free carboxylic acid in each polymer had on their porosity, isosteric heat, gas adsorption, and gas selectivity. CMP-COOH@1 and CMP-COOH@2 showed Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface areas of 835 and 765 m2·g-1, respectively, displaying high potential for carbon dioxide storage applications. CMP-COOH@1 and CMP-COOH@2 exhibited CO2 capture capabilities of 2.17 and 2.63 mmol·g-1 (at 273 K and 1.05 × 105 Pa), respectively, which were higher than those of their counterpart polymers, CMP-1 and CMP-2, which showed CO2 capture capabilities of 1.66 and 2.28 mmol·g-1, respectively. Our results revealed that increasing the number of carboxylic acid groups in polymers could improve their adsorption capacity and selectivity.  相似文献

A polysaccaride, chitosan, has been used to study polycation effects on electronic spectra of conjugated polymers in programmed electrostatic assemblies. Conjugated polyelectrolytes, poly[2-(3-thienyl)-ethanolhydroxycarbonylmethylurethane] (HPURET) and polydiacetylene from 5,7-dodecadiyn-1,12-bis-(hydroxycarbonylmethylurethane) (HP4BCMU), were assembled from aqueous solution alternately with the polycation, poly (diallydimethylammonium) chloride [PDADMAC], and with the polysaccharide cation, chitosan. Switching polycations did not significantly change the visible absorption spectra for HP4BCMU multilayers. The optical properties of the regiorandom polythiophene, HPURET, depend distinctly on the polycation and the pH of the solution, showing significant differences on visible absorption maxima of the assemblies ranging from 435 nm to 516 nm. After the assemblies were exposed to vapor of aqueous ammonia, they showed UV-vis maxima further red shifted and an enhanced emission intensity, compared to those of the original assemblies. A chitosan/HPURET complex was prepared as a precipitate from solution. Its visible absorption maximum is at 536 nm with a shoulder at 580 nm, reminiscent of regioregular poly(3-alkylthiophenes). This unusual sensitivity of conjugated polymers to polycations may have potential application in sensor devices.  相似文献

A colorimetric Al3+ sensor based on fluorescence recovery of a conjugated copolymer-ATP complex is proposed. An optimized ratio of two polythiophene (PT) monomers is utilized to synthesize copolymer (CP) that yielded maximized colorimetric response for Al3+ in deionized (DI) and tap water. The electrostatic disassembly of CP-ATP upon addition of Al3+ led to an evident visual color change. The lowest concentration of Al3+ for naked eye observation is around 4 μM, which is below the threshold levels in drinking water according to European Economic Community (EEC) standard. Besides, the proposed assay showed a similar response to Al3+ in tap water. The proposed methodology showed selective and sensitive detection for Al3+ in analytically relevant concentration ranges without involving sophisticated instrumentation, illustrating the applicability for on-site drinking water monitoring.  相似文献

Considering intrinsic properties of conjugated polyfluorenes and special functions of porous polymers, synthesis of fluorinated porous poly(spirobifluorene) via direct C?H arylation polycondensation is explored. Owing to the contorted structure and cross-linking nature, the obtained polymer FPSBF shows permanent porosities with Brunauer–Emmett–Teller specific surface area up to 700 m2 g?1 and exhibits a narrow pore size distribution with the dominant pore size at about 0.63 nm, which is more suitable for adsorption of small gas molecules. Based on the measured gas physisorption isotherms with pressure up to 1.13 bar, the obtained polymer shows good uptaking capacities for hydrogen (1.30 wt% at 1.0 bar and 77 K) and methane (4.80 wt% 1.0 bar and 273 K). Moreover, FPSBF has significant adsorption selectivity for CH4 against N2 and the estimated ideal adsorption selectivity ratio is up to 30/1 at 1.0 bar and 273 K, which makes the material possess potential application in gas separation.  相似文献

Novel methods of synthesis of spiro acyloxyphosphoranes are described emphasizing the significance of the first isolated instance of these new species. Then, the no-catalyst alternating copolymerizations of the combinations of cyclic phosphorus(III) compounds (serving as nucleophilic monomer, MN) with acrylic acid derivatives and with α-keto acids (electrophilic monomer, ME) are mentioned. These copolymerizations proceed without added initiator. Spiro oxyphosphoranes play an important role in the copolymerization scheme in the equilibrium with the +MN - ME ? zwitterion, the key intermediate of the copolymerization. Finally, new reactions of spiro acyloxyphosphoranes with nucleophiles, alcoholysis and aminolysis polymerizations are presented.  相似文献
