CnB-的激光等离子体产生与质谱分析

Time-of-flight mass spectrum of C_nB~- has been recorded on a selfbuilt instrument with laser vaporization of tetraphenylboron sodium. By analysis of the com-position of the anions, it is found that number of the boron atoms in any of these ions equals to the number of the charges carried by the anion, and the sum of the numbers of the carbon and boron atoms in these species are always the odd numbers. The experimental results show that boron atom has a strong tendency to attract an electron so that those C_nB~- will have similar electronic structures as C_n, and carbon clusters with odd members are always more stable than their even neighbors.     

Absolute configuration of C2-symmetric spiroselenurane: 3,3,3',3'-tetramethyl-1,1'-spirobi[3 H,2,1]benzoxaselenole

The enantiomers of 3,3,3',3'-tetramethyl-1,1'-spirobi[3 H,2,1]benzoxaselenole have been separated on a chiral preparative chromatographic column. The experimental vibrational circular dichroism (VCD) spectra have been obtained for both enantiomers in CH(2)Cl(2). The theoretical VCD spectra have been obtained by means of density functional theoretical calculations with the B3 LYP density functional. From a comparison of experimental and theoretical VCD spectra, the absolute configuration of an enantiomer with positive specific rotation in CH(2)Cl(2) at 589 nm is determined to be R. This conclusion has been verified by comparing results of experimental optical rotatory dispersion (ORD) and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) to predictions of the same properties using the B3 LYP functional for the title compound.

d~9电子构型的金属离子所形成的配合物几何构型一般为拉长八面体或平面正方形,晶体场理论和角重叠模型都对此作出了较满意的描述,但就该电子构型的中心离子与指定配体配位时易形成配合物的配位数、配体所处的位置等问题,至今尚无满意解释.本文通过分子轨道稳定化能(MOSE)的计算及其曲面的绘制,形象地解释了上述问题.     

Synthesis of (+)-zeylenone from shikimic acid

Starting from shikimic acid, the total synthesis of zeylenone was studied. The product was proved to be the (+)antipode of zeylenone through analysis and comparison of their respective spectra (including NMR, MS, IR and CD) and optical data. The absolute configuration of the natural product was thus determined to be (1S,2S,3R).

Synthesis of cordiaquinone J and K via B-alkyl Suzuki-Miyaura coupling as a key step and determination of the absolute configuration of natural products

A versatile methodology for the synthesis of various terpenoids via B-alkyl Suzuki-Miyaura coupling as a key step is established. Synthesis of cordiaquinone J and K, new antifungal and larvicidal meroterpenoids, was achieved by using this methodology. The absolute configurations of cordiaquinone J and K were confirmed by the synthesis.     

Multi-configuration electron-hole potential method for excited states

The recently proposed electron-hole potential (EHP) method for excited states is extended to the multi-configurational case. The variation equation is solved using the quadratic convergence method. The EHP methods are shown to be approximations to the complete singly excited configuration interaction (CSECI) in the variational sense. Extended Brillouin theorems are proved for the EHP methods. The excitation energies and wave functions obtained by one and two configurational EHP methods agree well with those of the CSECI method. The EHP methods have clear advantage in the computer time requirement over the CI method and are especially suited for a calculation of approximate excited states of large molecules. The EHP methods are applicable to excited states which belong to the same irreducible representation as the ground state.     

△^9^(^1^1^)-雌甾四烯类化合物的硼氢化-铬酸氧化 II

雌甾-11-酮化合物是合成具有强效抗生育活性11-烃基取代在甾体化合物的关键中间体。本文对13β-乙基-3-甲氧基-甾-1,3,5(10), 9(11)-四烯-17β-醇的硼氢化-铬酸氧化反应进行研究, 结果发现产物比较复杂, 在温和条件下, 主要产物为13β-乙基-3-甲氧基-甾-1,3,5(10)-三烯-17-酮-112-硼酸, 增加氧化剂用量, 延长反应时间则得到11,17-二酮。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 4-{[（1E）1- （2-Hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl）methylidene]amino}- 1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-3-one

The title Schiff base compound,C19H19N3O3,a derivative of antipyrine,has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c,with α = 27.935(5),b = 7.553(1),c =16.692(3) (A),β = 105.810(3)°,Z= 8,V= 3388.7(10) (A)3,Dc = 1.323 g/cm3,Mr = 337.37,λ(MoKα) =0.71073 (A),μ = 0.091 mm-1,F(000) = 1424,R = 0.0630 and wR = 0.1273.A total of 3513 unique reflections were collected,of which 2112 with I ＞ 2σ(I) were observed.The molecular structure adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond.The pyrazoline and C(1)～C(6) pheny1 ring are approximately coplanar (mean deviation from the combined plane is 0.069(3) (A)),with the dihedral angle of 9.7(2)°.The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has high antibacterial activities.
