A mild and rapid method was found for the reductive cleavage of the carbon-sulfur bond in the alkylthiocyanates by samarium/Cp2TiC12 system to give the corresponding dialkyl disulfides in moderate to good yields.     

Two Cyclic Peptides Produced by the Endophytic Fungus # 2221 from Castaniopsis fissa on the South China Sea Coast

New cyclic peptides 1 and 2 were isolated from the endophytic fungus #2221 from Castaniopsisfissa on the south China sea coast. By 2D NMR methods and chiral HPLC technique, their structures were elucidated as cyclo (L-Val-L-Leu-L-Val-L-Leu) and cyclo(L-Leu-L-Ala-L-Leu-L-Ala), respectively.

GRAFTED STYRENE-DIVINYLBENZENE COPOLYMERS CONTAINING BENZALDEHYDES AND THEIR WITTIG REACTIONS WITH VARIOUS PHOSPHONIUM SALTS

A chloromethylated styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer support system functionalized with 4-benzaldehyde and 2-benzaldehyde was prepared.The degree of functionalization with aldehyde groups is well suited for the subsequent use of the products as Wittig reagents.The polymer bound aldehyde was reacted with Wittig reagents to give olefin groups grafted on styrene-divinylbenzene copolymers.The reactions were carried out in phase transfer catalysis conditions.A simple procedure for the calculation of the degree of functionalization and the statistical modeling of the structural repetitive unit of the copolymer are reported.     

生物分子辅助溶剂热合成硫化锑纳米棒

以SbCl3和L-胱氨酸为反应原料,采用溶剂热法在170℃反应12h,制得硫化锑(Sb2S3)纳米棒.X射线衍射(XRD)、能量分散光谱(EDS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究表明所得产物为典型的Sb2S3正交结构.场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究显示,Sb2S3纳米棒长为3～6μm,平均直径约为150nm.讨论了不同反应时间对Sb2S3的形成及其形貌的影响,并根据实验结果对所合成的一维纳米棒可能的形成机理进行了简单的探讨.     

Design and Synthesis of Muramyl Dipeptide Cyclic Analogue

A new conformationalloy restricted cyclic analogue of muramyl dipeptide was designed and manually synthesized by our “Meshed-Bag Gathered-Bunch” method with a combination of Fmoc,ally and N-1-(4,4-dimethyl-2,6-dioxocyclo-hexylidene) ethyl chemical protection strategy.     

Solid-phase Synthesis of PNA Monomer by Ugi Four-component Condensation Reaction

Peptide nucleic acids (PNA) oligomers were synthesized in most cases by peptide a peptide synthesis from N-protected monomers. In this work a new method of obtaining PNA monomer by Ugi four-component condensation reaction was tested by solid-phase synthesis. The Fmoc protected PNA monomer was build up with thymin-l-yl acetic acid, 3-methylbutyl aldehyde, Fmoc protected aminoethyl isocyanide and Gly-Wang resin.     

高效液相色谱法同时测定血清中的犬尿氨酸和色氨酸

建立了一种能同时检测血清中的犬尿氨酸(kynurenine,Kyn)和色氨酸(tryptophan,Trp)的高效液相色谱-紫外检测法。采用的色谱柱为Symmetry Shield RP-C18柱(150 mm×3.9 mm i.d.,5 μm),流动相为15 mmol/L乙酸钠-乙酸溶液(含2.7%乙腈,pH 3.6),流速为1.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长为225 nm。血清标本经5.0%(体积分数)高氯酸溶液去除蛋白质后取上清液直接进样分析测定。研究结果表明,Kyn保留时间为3.5 min,线性范围为0.098~49 μmol/L,最低检出浓度为0.02 μmol/L,回收率为90.82%~93.45%;Trp保留时间为8.1 min,线性范围为4.9~490 μmol/L,最低检出浓度为0.20 μmol/L,回收率为95.51%~98.67%。Kyn和Trp日内、日间测定的相对标准偏差均小于4%,苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、5-羟色胺和犬尿喹啉酸等物质对该法均无干扰。该方法简便、快速、稳定、可行,可应用于临床和科研工作。     

Studies on Pharmacokinetics of Porcine Somatotropin Liposomes

This paper focuses on the pharmacokinetics in fattening pigs as well as the change of serum resulting from the use of porcine somatotropin(PST) and its liposomes. A slow-release model was determined to be relevant to following an examination of all dynamic parameters. The results indicate that the slow-release effect of PST liposomes was significant, with an extended release time of over 7d.
