Structures of a series of activated carbon fibers were modified by impregnating them withorganic and inorganic materials such as Methylene blue(Mb)、 p-nitrophenol (PNP)、 NaCl or byoxidizing with KMnO4 or HNO3. The influence of pore filling or chemical treatment on their xenonadsorption properties was studied. The experimental results show that Mb and PNP filling ofactivated carbon fibers result in the decrease of xenon adsorption capacities of these treated ACFs,which is due to the decrease of their surface area and micro-pore volume. However, the adsorptioncapacity increases greatly with oxidizing treatment of activated carbon fibers by 7mol/L HNO3. 相似文献

High-efficient organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with indium-tin-oxide (ITO) anode treated by KMnO4 solution are demonstrated. The performance of the OLEDs depends on the concentration of KMnO4 solution and time of ultrasonic treatment. The OLED whose ITO anode was treated by ultrasonic in KMnO4 solution with concentration of 50mg/L for 15 rain displays the best performance. It has higher electroluminescent brightness and lower turn-on voltage than those of traditional devices. In particular, its efficiency can be increased by approximately 40%. The surfaces of the ITO anode with and without treating are analysed by scanning electron microscopy. 相似文献

A 21/2-dimensional electromagnetic particle-in-cell (PIC) simulation code is used to investigate the electron acceleration in collisionless magnetic reconnection. The results show that the electrons are accelerated in the diffusion region near the X point, and the acceleration process can be roughly divided into two procedures: firstly the electrons are accelerated in the z direction due to the electric field in the negative z direction. Then the electrons gyrate surrounding the magnetic field with the action of the Lorentz force, through this procedure the electrons reach higher velocity in the x direction and then flow out of the diffusion region. After being accelerated away from the diffusion region, part of electrons is trapped near the O point, and the other part of electrons flows into plasma sheet boundary layer along the magnetic field. 相似文献
