第三组分Et2Mg对二茂锆/铝氧烷体系催化乙烯聚合反应的影响

研究发现在二茂锆-铝氧烷催化体系中添加少量Et2Mg能够明显促进在低Al/Zr摩尔比条件下乙烯高聚.以MAO作为助催化剂,Al/Zr/Mg摩尔比为1012时,得到高聚物,粘均分子量(Mv)为1.37×105,催化活性为2.83×104g聚合物/mol(Zr)h.而在同样的反应条件下,Cp2ZrCl2-MAO和-EAO二组份催化体系在如此低的Al/Zr摩尔比条件下无催化活性或以很低的催化活性生成低碳烯烃.对于这类三组份烯烃高聚催化体系的研究目前仍在进行中,以期得到有效的低Al/Zr比乙烯高聚茂金属催化体系.     

1，5-二甲基-2-（S）-（1′-苯基乙基）-2-氮杂-8-氧杂-双环[3．3．0]辛烷-3，7-二酮的合成及其结构表征

利用 2 ,3 丁二酮与丙二腈缩合形成双甲基双氰基环并内酰胺 ,经酸性水解得到双甲基环并内酯 ,然后和 (S) ( -) ( 1 苯基乙基 )胺反应生成 1,5 二甲基 2 (S) ( 1′ 苯基乙基 ) 2 氮杂 8 氧杂 -双环 [3 .3 .0 ]辛烷 3 ,7 二酮 ,通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对其结构进行了表征 .用X射线单晶衍射法测定了目标产物的晶体结构 ,结果表明 ,晶体属单斜晶系 ,P2 1 空间群 ,a =0 8777( 18)nm ,b =1 0 10 2 ( 2 )nm ,c =0 90 0 9( 18)nm ,β =118 75 ( 3 )° ,V =0 70 0 3 ( 2 )nm3 ,Dc=1 2 96g·cm-3 ,μ =0 0 89mm-1 ,F( 0 0 0 ) =2 92 ,Z =2 ,R1 =0 0 3 93 ,wR2 =0 0 95 5 .     

十二烷基硫酸钠毛细管电泳法分析非还原单克隆抗体药物纯度的前处理条件优化

十二烷基硫酸钠毛细管电泳法因具有快速、分辨率高的优势，已成为单克隆抗体纯度分析的主流方法。在非还原单克隆抗体纯度检测中，其样品前处理过程对于结果有显著影响。为优化样品前处理，考察了以碘乙酰胺和N-乙基马来酰亚胺为巯基封闭剂，在pH 6.0~9.0的样品缓冲液条件下，不同种类和批次的单抗的纯度。发现在两种巯基封闭剂中，高pH的样品缓冲液会影响巯基封闭的效果，产生较多的抗体片段；而在低pH条件下，抗体片段较少，单抗的纯度更高。因此在进行非还原单抗的纯度检测中，pH 6.0的样品缓冲液为最佳的前处理条件。     

3 D-QSAR Analysis of Agonists of nAChRs： Epibatidine Analogues

A 3 D-QSAR about nAChRs agonists epibatidine analogues was performed using theCoMFA and CoMSIA. The correlation coefficients were R2cv = 0.546, R2cv = 0.907 in CoMFA andR2cv = 0.655, R2,~ = 0.962 in CoMSIA of the final model. The prediction using the final models tothe test set was r2 = 0.675 in CoMFA and r2 = 0.462 in CoMSIA. This model will be useful in thedesign of novel compounds with high affinity.

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Inhibition of N-2-Thiophenesulfonyl-a-L-phenylalanine Ethyl Ester on K562 Cell Proliferation

The title compound N-2-thiophenesulfonyl-a-L-phenylalanine ethyl ester has been synthesized. Complete assignments were achieved by IR, MS, ^1H NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Using MTT assay, the inhibitory rate of the title compound on K562 cells （chronic myeloid leukemic cells） was measured and the result of preliminary bioassay showed that the title compound possesses antiproliferation effects on K562 cells. In order to investigate the relationship between structure and activity of the target compound, we report its crystal structure and biological behavior in the present paper. Crystallographic data： C15H17NO4S2, Mr = 339.42, monoclinic, space group P21, flack = -0.15（12）, a = 5.7916（10）, b = 11.5078（19）, c = 12.924（2） A, β = 97.781（3）°, Z = 2, V = 853.4（2） A^3, De = 1.321 g/cm^3, F（000） = 356, -7≤h≤7, -10≤k≤14, -15 ≤ l≤15, R = 0.0628, wR = 0.1540 and μ（MoKa） = 0.327 mm^-1. The molecule comprises a benzene and a thiofuran rings, and the intramolecular N（1）-H（1A）…O（1） makes a five-membered ring of O（1）--C（6）-C（5）--N（1）--H（1A）.

热致液晶乙基纤维素与尼龙－1010共混物的研究

在自制单螺杆小型挤出机上通过熔融共混的办法，制备了不同配比（５／９５—２５／７５）的ＥＣ／Ｎｙｌｏｎ—１０１０共混物．用ＷＡＸＤ、ＤＳＣ、毛细管流变仪、力学性能测试等方法对共混物进行了研究．发现共混后尼龙－１０１０的形态结构有明显改变，其强度、模量都有提高，在高剪切速率下，共混物粘度大大降低．配比为１５８５时，这些性能的改进尤为明显．
