成骨肿瘤细胞在纳米氧化钛陶瓷表面的生物活性研究

以羟基磷灰石和氧化镁为晶粒生长抑制剂制备的纳米氧化钛陶瓷为研究对象, 采用体外成骨细胞Ros17/28与材料复合培养的方法, 通过MTT法、荧光染色法和SEM细胞形貌观察等手段综合判断细胞在材料表面的活性, 以此评价纳米氧化钛陶瓷的生物活性. 结果表明, 以羟基磷灰石为晶粒生长抑制剂的氧化钛陶瓷晶体颗粒尺寸达到纳米级, 其生物活性超出了以氧化镁为晶粒生长抑制剂的氧化钛陶瓷和纯羟基磷灰石陶瓷, 具有优异的生物相容性, 是生物活性陶瓷.     

几种树脂对西红花糖苷的吸附性能的研究

本文系统研究了硅胶和几种国产吸附树脂对西红花提取物溶液的吸附与洗脱性能，包括树脂的筛选，洗脱剂的选择，并研究了pH，温度和西红花提取物的浓度对西红花提取在SZ－1吸附树脂上的吸附影响，结果表明，SZ－1吸附树脂对西红花提取物的吸附能力较强，洗脱能力为最好，其吸附性能和洗脱性能均优于常用色谱固定相硅胶，SZ－1吸附树脂的静态吸附容量为1．04g/g，动态吸附容量为0．5－0．6g/g，洗脱率可达98％以上，且吸附速度快，易于洗脱和再生。     

Chiral Ti(IV) complexes of hexadentate Schiff bases as precatalysts for the asymmetric addition of TMSCN to aldehydes and the ring opening of cyclohexene oxide

Chiral dinuclear titanium(IV) complexes (generated in situ from hexadentate Schiff bases and titanium tetra-isopropoxide) have been found to be more effective catalysts for the asymmetric addition of trimethylsilyl cyanide to aldehydes and the ring opening of cyclohexene oxide than their mononuclear analogues. The best results were obtained for benzaldehyde (86% enantiomeric excess) and cyclohexene oxide (89% enantiomeric excess).     

Hybrid polymerization of iso-butyl vinyl ether

The radiation-induced hybrid polymerization in the presence of the N-alkoxypyridinium salt having relatively stable nonnucleophilic anion (PF₆⁻) has been investigated in the paper. Based on the analysis of experimental data and the GPC spectrum, the onium salts not only oxidize -alkoxyalkyl radicals, produced from IBVE in dichloromethane by irradiation, to the corresponding cations, but also give nonnucleophilic anions PF₆⁻ for the polymerization system. The experimental results clearly demonstrate that free radical and cationic polymerization mechanisms occurred simultaneously in IBVE/EMP⁺PF₆⁻/CH₂Cl₂ systems on irradiation with γ-ray.

烯烃的氢氨甲基化反应是合成各种胺及其衍生物的有效途径. 以催化体系及应用范围的发展为线索综述了该反应的研究进展.     

Ab initio Study of the Keto-Enol Equilibriumof Malonaldehyde

 The mechanism of the keto-enol tautomerism of malonaldehyde was studied by ab initio methods using 6-21G^** and 6-311G^** basis functions at the HF level. Two separate mechanisms were examined: through-space proton transfer in the ω-shaped form and through-space proton transfer in a sickle-shaped form obtained from the ω form by rotation. The transition state structure of the ω form is non-planar, whereas that of the sickle form is planar. The sickle form is connected with a 2^nd order saddle, indicating that there should exist a lower energy barrier, i.e. that the through-bond mechanism may be preferred. The calculated energy barriers of keto-enol tautomerism for the sickle form is twice as high as those for the omega form.     

Pt immobilized spontaneously on porous MXene/MAX hybrid monolith for hydrogen evolution reaction

Designing efficient electrocatalysts with low Pt loadings for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) is urgently required for renewable and sustainable energy conversion.Here,we report a strategy that Pt nanoparticulates are spontaneously immobilized on porous MXene/MAX monolith as HER catalysts by utilizing the redox reaction between Ti_3C_2T_x MXene and [PtCl_4]~2 in H_2 PtCl_6 aqueous solution.By taking advantage of homogeneously distributed Pt nanoparticulates on highly electrically conductive porous Ti_3C_2T_x/Ti_3AlC_2 monolith,the as-prepared electrocatalysts show high catalytic performance for hydrogen evolution.Specifically,the binder-free electrocatalysts have Pt loadings as low as 8.9 μg/cm~2,with low overpotential of 43 mV at a curre nt density of 10 mA/cm~2 and low Tafel slope that three times lower than porous Ti_3C_2T_x/Ti_3AlC_2 without Pt loading.This strategy offers a new approach to constructing ultra-low Pt-loading HER catalysts on the basis of in situ redox reaction between noble metal ions and MXenes.

Invariability of Trivial Extensions of Tilted Algebras Under Stable Equivalences

As a sequel to [8], we investigate here the behaviour of thetrivial extensions of tilted algebras under stable equivalence.It will be shown that if a finite-dimensional symmetric algebra is stably equivalent to the trivial extension of a tilted algebraB, then is the trivial extension of some tilted algebra A whichhas the same type as B.     

有阻尼Sine－Gordon方程的全局吸引子的维数

本文通过引入新范数,得到有阻尼Ｓｉｎｅ－Ｇｏｒｄｏｎ方程的Ｄｉｒｉｃｈｌｅｔ问题的全局吸引子的维数的一个估计．结果表明：当“阻尼”与“扩散”同时增大或正弦项系数减小时,吸引子的维数减小．特别地,得到了零维吸引子存在的参数条件．
