1-(6-羟基-2-嘌呤基)-3-[4-(苯基偶氮)苯基]- 三氮烯分光光度法测定微量镍

在pH=10.97的NaB4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,1-(6-羟基-2-嘌呤基)-3-[4-(苯基偶氮)苯基]-三氮烯(HPAPT)与镍的显色反应,形成一种稳定的1∶2红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε540＝2.06×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Ni(Ⅱ)在0-15μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律.结合萃取分离,应用于人发、大米和油菜中镍的测定,结果令人满意.     

Entropy of Four-Dimensional Spherically Symmetric Black Holes with Planck Length

Considering corrections to all orders in Planck length on the quantum state density from a generalized uncertainty principle (GUP), we calculate the statistical entropy of the Bose field and Fermi field on the background of the four-dimensional spherically symmetric black holes without any cutoff. It is obtained that the statistical entropy is directly proportional to the area of horizon.

Bifurcation of a periodic instanton and quantum－classical transition in the biaxial nano－ferromagnet with a magnetic field along hard axis

Crossover from classical to quantum regimes of the barrier transition rate in a biaxial ferromagnetic magnet with a magnetic field applied along hard anisotropy axis is investigated. We show that the type of action-temperature diagrams can he determined by counting the number of bifurcation points. The model possesses not only the known type I and Ⅱ, hut also the interesting type Ⅲ and Ⅳ of transition which do not occur in general.

毛细管区带电泳测定人体血清中高半胱氨酸和谷胱甘肽

应用毛细管区带电泳-紫外检测法简单、快速地测定人体血清中的高半胱氨酸和谷胱甘肽。实验得到最佳条件是:以pH=2.1的20mmol/L Tris-H3PO4为背景电解质,分离电压为25kV,温度是25℃,检测波长是220nm。结果表明:高半胱氨酸和谷胱甘肽分别在200～1 000μmol/L和100～600μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)分别为0.9988和0.9949,检出限(S/N=3)分别是8.63μmol/L和14.21μmol/L。日内(n=5)和日间(n=3)峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别是1.29%～3.60%、2.18%～4.20%和1.17%～4.35%、1.99%～4.91%,精密度和重复性均良好。回收率的结果也较好。该方法可应用于检测人体血清中的高半胱氨酸和谷胱甘肽。     

EXISTENCE OF TRIPLE POSITIVE SOLUTIONS TO BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM OF NONLINEAR FRACTIONAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION DEPENDING ON A PARAMETER

In this paper,we establish the existence of three positive solutions to a nonlinear fractional differential equation by the Leggett-Williams fixed point theorem.     

椭圆金环结构的太赫兹透射增强

利用太赫兹时域光谱系统,测量了3种在硅衬底上淀积厚度为100nm金膜的椭圆环阵列结构后,并且分析了各样品在太赫兹波段的透射增强现象及产生机理.结果表明:在整个太赫兹波段,此组结构样品的透射系数均在0.68以上,产生明显的透射增强;当太赫兹波的偏振方向与椭圆环长轴之间的夹角为90°时,3个样品在1.67THz处的共振峰是由于短轴方向的电子形成偶极子振荡与入射太赫兹波进行耦合产生的;夹角为0°时,周期阵列样品无明显共振峰,而分形阵列样品的共振峰则不如斑图阵列样品的明显;样品结构的对称性越差,透射谱的信息越丰富.此外,分析相位差谱也验证了共振增强透射的存在.
