Abstract
Synthesis and structure of a new thiocyanato-bridged one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Cd(NCS)2(TPPO)] n (1, TPPO = triphenylphosphine oxide), have been described. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/c space group with the unit cell parameters: a = 9.4917(4) ?, b = 22.2895(11) ?, c = 11.3300(5) ?, β = 117.433(3)°, V = 2127.49(17) ?3, and Z = 4. The single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the structure of 1 features thiocyanate bridges and 1D zigzag chains. The chains consist of thiocyanato-bridged five-coordinated Cd atoms. And the coordination fashion of thiocyanate group is different from the previous reported five-coordinated Cd-NCS systems. 相似文献623.

A new hydrophilic strong anion-exchange (SAX) stationary phase for HPLC has been synthesized by chemical modification of macroporous 8.0-m monodisperse poly(glycidylmethacrylate-co-ethylenedimethacrylate) beads (PGMA/EDMA). The stationary phase was evaluated in detail to determine its ion-exchange properties, separability, reproducibility, hydrophilicity, and the effect of column loading and pH on the separation and retention of proteins. It was found to have an ion-exchange chromatographic (IEC) retention mechanism. The highest dynamic protein loading capacity of the synthesized SAX packing for BSA was 22.6 mg g–1. Five proteins were separated within 6.0 min using the synthesized SAX resin. The SAX resin was also used for rapid separation and purification of recombinant human stem cell factor (rhSCF) from a crude extract solution in only one step. The purity of the purified of rhSCF was >92.4%. 相似文献

A new bis-Schiff base ligand, N,N-bis-(4-N-aminothiourea-2-amylidene)-4,4-diaminodiphenyl sulfone (ARADS), was synthesized. The solutions of its complex with Eu3+ in DMF can emit the intrinsic fluorescence of Eu3+. The fluorescence intensity of the complex was enhanced 20–30-fold in the presence of EDTA (or alum). The influence of seven kinds of solvents (DMF, CH3CN, THF, acetone, CH3OH, C2H5OH, and DMSO) on the intensity of fluorescence was studied. The results showed that the Eu3+-ARADS-EDTA (or alum) system emits its strongest fluorescence in DMF. Thus, the system can be used to develop a new method for the determination of europium(III). The excitation and emission wavelengths are 395 and 615 nm, respectively. Under optimal conditions, the fluorescence intensities vary linearly with the concentration of Eu3+ in the range 6.0 × 10–10–5.2 × 10–5 mol/L, with a detection limit of 5.0 × 10–10 mol/L. The interference from some rare earth metals and other inorganic ions are described. The method is a selective, sensitive, rapid, and simple analytical procedure for the determination of europium(III) in high-purity yttrium oxide and synthetic samples.
