液相色谱-电喷雾离子阱质谱分析土壤中四溴双酚-A 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子阱质谱(SPE-HPLC-MS-Trap)分析环境土壤样品中四溴双酚-A(Tetrabromobisphenol-A,TBBP-A)的方法.样品用正己烷索氏提取,用固相萃取C18小柱富集纯化,外标法定量.结果表明:土壤中不同加标浓度(11.9 pg/g~11.9 ng/g)四溴双酚-A的回收率分别为:(88.9±1.4)%、(98.7±9.9)%、(97.3±10.2)%、(100.6±2.0)%、(97.7±7.4)%和(99.96±4.73)%;不同浓度平行测量的相对标准偏差为0.83%~6.81%.应用建立的方法对环境土壤样品进行了测定,土壤样品中TBBP-A浓度为(25.2±2.7) ng/g (n=4). 相似文献

The structure and the stability of pentazolide compounds $\hbox{A}_{\it n}(\hbox{N}_5)_{\rm 6-{\it n}}^{\it q}$ (A = B, Al, Si, P, and S; n= 1–3; q = +1, 0, ?1, ?2, and ?3), as high energy-density materials (HEDMs), have been investigated at the B3LYP/6-311+G* level of theory. The natural bond orbital analysis shows that the charge transfer plays an important role when the $\hbox{A}_{\it n}(\hbox{N}_5)_{\rm 6-{\it n}}^{\it q}$ species are decomposed to $\hbox{A}_{\it n}(\hbox{N}_5)_{\rm 5-{\it n}}\hbox{N}_3^{\it q}$ and N2. The more negative charges are transferred from the N2 molecule after breaking the N5 ring, the more stable the systems are with respect to the decomposition. Moreover, the conclusion can be drawn that ${\hbox{Al}(\hbox{N}_5)_5^{2-}}$ and ${\hbox{Al}_2(\hbox{N}_5)_4^{2-}}$ are predicted to be suitable as potential HEDMs. 相似文献

以Nd(NO)3·6H2O和(NH4):C2O4·2H2O为原料,分别采用阴离子交换树脂均匀沉淀法和阳离子交换树脂均匀沉淀法制备Nd2O3前驱体,经700℃焙烧后制得Nd2O3纳米晶体a和b.分别用热分析、X射线粉末衍射、透射电子显微镜、高分辨电子显微镜、选用电子衍射和BET等对前驱体和样品进行表征,并对均匀沉淀形成机理进行了探讨.结果表明,制备的Nd2O3纳米晶体属六方晶系,样品分散性较好,平均粒径约为26~32 nm;Nd2O3纳米晶体清晰、有序的电子衍射点阵,表明晶体的结晶度较好;样品a和样品b的比表面积分别是42.57和29.43 m2·g-1.离子交换树脂均匀沉淀法具有操作简单易行,对设备要求不高,成本低,同时避免使用有机溶剂和表面活性剂,污染小,后处理容易,离子交换树脂可再生重复使用等优点. 相似文献

It is well known that the graph invariant, ‘the Merrifield-Simmons index’ is important one in structural chemistry. The connected acyclic graphs with maximal and minimal Merrifield-Simmons indices are determined by Prodinger and Tichy [H. Prodinger, R.F. We propose the maximin efficiency robust test (MERT) for multiple nuisance parameters based on theories about the maximin efficiency robust test for only one nuisance parameter and investigate some theoretical properties about this robust test. We explore some theoretical properties about the power of the MERT for multiple nuisance parameters in a specified scenario intuitively further more. We also propose a meaningful example from statistical genetic field to which the MERT for multiple nuisance parameters can be well applied.
