Recently, porous hydrophobic/oleophilic materials (PHOMs) have been shown to be the most promising candidates for cleaning up oil spills; however, due to their limited absorption capacity, a large quantity of PHOMs would be consumed in oil spill remediation, causing serious economic problems. In addition, the complicated and time‐consuming process of oil recovery from these sorbents is also an obstacle to their practical application. To solve the above problems, we apply external pumping on PHOMs to realize the continuous collection of oil spills in situ from the water surface with high speed and efficiency. Based on this novel design, oil/water separation and oil collection can be simultaneously achieved in the remediation of oil spills, and the oil sorption capacity is no longer limited to the volume and weight of the sorption material. This novel external pumping technique may bring PHOMs a step closer to practical application in oil spill remediation.  相似文献

在构建的光学读出微梁阵列(焦平面阵列FPA)非制冷红外成像系统中,实现了无硅基底FPA置于空气中对人体的热成像. 通过FPA在不同真空度环境条件下的成像结果进行比较,分析了热导和系统噪声值随气压变化的关系,以及对系统成像性能的影响,并对气体分子热运动自由程大于空气传热层特征尺度时的气体热传导模型进行了修正分析和实验验证. 实验结果表明:FPA置于空气中时,气体分子撞击微梁引起的微梁反光板无序振动产生的光学读出噪声成为系统噪声的主要来源. 当真空度小于1Pa时,总热导和光学读出噪声值的变化都趋于平缓;当真空度小于10-2Pa时,空气热导的影响可忽略,总热导降低到微梁感热像素的辐射极限,光学读出噪声也降低到一极小值. 实验结果与理论分析相符合. 关键词: 非制冷红外成像 光学读出 双材料微梁阵列 热导  相似文献

A new one-dimensional phenomenological model based on the dynamic strain aging mechanism is developed. In order to account for the elastic shrinkage induced by the Portevin-Le Chatelier effect, elastic deformation is considered under the boundary conditions of the present model. The fabrication of magnetorheological (MR) elastomers was studied by two vulcanization methods, including heat vulcanization (HV) and radiation vulcanization (RV), were employed to fabricate MRE samples. The dynamical mechanical properties were characterized by using a dynamic mechanic analyzer. In particular, both the MR effect and its durability were investigated. The experimental results showed that RV samples have large magnetoinduced modulus, large zero-field modulus, and good durability property of MR effect. To explain these results, cubic deformation and plasticizer migration were analyzed. Large magneto-induced modulus of RV sample results from cubic deformation during vulcanization process. And the plasticizer migration results in better durability of MR effect.  相似文献

In this paper, the bending behaviors of the nanoplate with small scale effects are investigated by the nonlocal continuum theory. The governing equations for the nonlocal Mindlin and Kirchhoff plate models are derived. The expressions of the bending displacement are presented analytically. The difference between the two models is discussed and bending properties of the nanoplate are illustrated. It can be observed that the small scale effects are obvious for bending properties of the nanoplate. The half wave numbers, width ratios and elastic matrix properties also have significant influence on bending behaviors.  相似文献

诸多文献已经报道了β和(α β)钛合金冲击和爆炸加载下的绝热剪切现象,本文利用分离式的Hopkinson压杆和反射式Hopkinson拉杆对α-钛合金TA6的动态力学性能进行研究,得到不同应变率下材料的应力-应变曲线,发现钛合金TA6和其他钛合金一样也是一种应变率敏感材料。冲击拉伸加载时破坏形状45度剪切断口,然而其在冲击压缩应力作用下体现为典型的韧性,并未出现其它类型钛合金通常会出现的绝热剪切破坏。进一步分析表明:α-钛合金TA6不同于β和(α β)的钛合金,α-钛合金TA6相对于β和(α β)的钛合金是一种绝热剪切不敏感的材料。同时也利用应力状态的柔韧系数的概念对拉伸时45度的剪切断口解释。  相似文献

The perforation of monolithic and multi-layered thin metallic plates by flat-ended cylindrical penetrator is considered. The most relevant analytical penetration models with their most important assumptions, basic process mechanisms, and key analytical relations for plugging mode of monolithic plates penetration are reviewed. Comparative analysis of computational results and our experimental data show significant compatibility of process basic parameters and also indicates certain limitations of the analytical models. It has been concluded that phenomenological model with deformable penetrator represents the best analytical approximation of penetration process. By modification of this model, the improved penetration model is created, whose results better correspond with experimental data. The improved model is applied to the analysis of perforation of multi-layered targets with spaced layers. Theoretical results for the case of double-layer target are especially analyzed. These results enable the formulation of certain conclusions of considerable practical importance.  相似文献

Stroh-type formalisms for anisotropic thin plates in literature are reviewed and dis- cussed,and two kinds of hybrid Stroh-type formalisms are compared.It is seen that the two Stroh- type formalisms are essentially equivalent.With simple transfer relations,they can be expressed each other.In addition,with properly defined notation systems,the two Stroh-type formalisms can also be written in unified forms,which will be convenient in applications.  相似文献

 采用一种基于简单混合物模型的本构,研究了不可逆相变材料中一维的冲击相边界的传播规律,发现在突加载荷并连续卸载的应力边界条件下,样品内部有梯度材料形成。分析了边界条件对材料梯度变化的影响,并且用基于特征线的数值方法计算了不同的边界条件下材料的梯度分布,从而提出利用冲击相边界的传播制备梯度材料的可能性。最后对这种方法的利弊做了探讨。  相似文献

在深入研究复杂结构和非均质材料冲击响应和破坏机理的过程中,往往遇到多尺度计算问题。本文尝试建立三维离散元与壳体有限元结合的多尺度方法用于处理圆柱壳问题,该方法采用三维离散元对感兴趣的局域进行局部模拟,利用平板壳体有限元进行整体模拟,采用一种特殊的过渡层使离散元区和有限元区能很好的衔接。我们将这一方法应用于激光辐照下充压柱壳的热/力耦合冲击破坏响应,得到的模拟结果与文献报道有较好的吻合。  相似文献
