We demonstrated seeded growth of AlN on large-area Al- and N-polar <0 0 0 1>-oriented AlN seeds using the physical vapor transport method (PVT). In both cases, crystals having a diameter of 15 mm were obtained from 5 mm seeds. Based on growth step and terrace width analyses, it was found that the N-polar face was suitable for growth within a large window of growth parameters while the Al-polar seeds yielded high-quality crystals only at low supersaturation. 相似文献

The electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction reaction (CO2RR) offers a promising solution to mitigate carbon emission and at the same time generate valuable carbonaceous chemicals/fuels. Single atom catalysts (SACs) are encouraging to catalyze the electrochemical CO2RR due to the tunable electronic structure of the central metal atoms, which can regulate the adsorption energy of reactants and reaction intermediates. Moreover, SACs form a bridge between homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts, providing an ideal platform to explore the reaction mechanism of electrochemical reactions. In this review, we first discuss the strategies for promoting the CO2RR performance, including suppression of the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), generation of C1 products and formation of C2+ products. Then, we summarize the recent developments in regulating the structure of SACs toward the CO2RR based on the above aspects. 桑蚕种良卵率是蚕种质量检验的重要指标,控制样本间卵粒数的偏差是保证良卵率准确性的关键。通过对桑蚕卵粒重的调查分析,得出其分布服从正态分布。若从一批蚕种中抽取1g卵作为样本,则来自同一总体的2个样本的卵粒数之差不超过16粒,其置信概率为95%;当置信概率取99%时,两个样本的卵粒数之差不超过21粒。文章为蚕业生产提供了一种实用的克卵粒数偏差控制方法。 相似文献

Vibrational circular dichroism (VCD) of the OH stretching band in 2,2-dimethyl-1,3- dioxolane-4-methanol has been studied. The OH stretching vibration for the intramolecularly hydrogen-bonded species in the (R)-enantiomer gives rise to a positive VCD band but no VCD band for the hydrogen-bond free species. It is shown that the G−G+ conformation in the intramolecular hydrogen bond system gives a positive VCD band for the OH stretching vibration. The thermodynamic parameters in equilibrium between the free and intramolecularly hydrogen-bonded species have been determined as ΔH =−7.8 kJ mol−1 and ΔS = −18 kJ K−1 mol−1. 相似文献

The formation of complexes between two flavins [flavine adenine dinucleotide (FAD) and riboflavin (RFN)] and some indole derivatives has been studied in aqueous solution. The molecular associations have been examined by means of electronic absorption spectra, since in each, a new charge-transfer like band has been located, and also by observing the variation of the fluorescence emission of FAD or RFN on the solutions. The formation constants for the molecular complexes were determined from data of absorption using the Foster—Hammick—Wardley method. The quenching fluorescence phenomena observed for the FAD and RFN were related to the concentration of the indole derivatives and the corresponding quenching constants have been determined. Thermodynamic parameters have been derived from the values of association constants for the molecular complexes at several temperatures. Clear evidence is found for the influence on the stability of these complexes of the different substituent groups in the indole derivatives and the molecular structure of both flavins. 相似文献

In this work,(-201) β-Ga_2O_3 films are grown on GaN substrate by metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD). It is revealed that the β-Ga_2O_3 film grown on GaN possesses superior crystal quality, material homogeneity and surface morphology than the results of common heteroepitaxial β-Ga_2O_3 film based on sapphire substrate. Further, the relevance between the crystal quality of epitaxial β-Ga_2O_3 film and the β-Ga_2O_3/GaN interface behavior is investigated. Transmission electron microscopy result indicates that the interface atom refactoring phenomenon is beneficial to relieve the mismatch strain and improve the crystal quality of subsequent β-Ga_2O_3 film. Moreover, the energy band structure of β-Ga_2O_3/GaN heterostructure grown by MOCVD is investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and a large conduction band offset of 0.89 eV is obtained. The results in this work not only convincingly demonstrate the advantages of β-Ga_2O_3 films grown on GaN substrate, but also show the great application potential of MOCVD β-Ga_2O_3/GaN heterostructures in microelectronic applications. 相似文献

现有的焦距检测方法通常由于检测仪器光源波长与光学系统不完全匹配从而产生纵向色差影响检测结果。针对这一问题,研究光学系统纵向色差的变化规律,并确定在400 nm~1 000 nm波段用于表示其函数关系的Conrady公式和复消色差特性公式。根据光学系统近焦位置的离焦量与位置呈线性关系的特性, 提出使用菲索干涉仪测量5种不同波长的焦距位置,获得单透镜和双胶合镜头的纵向色差曲线。实验结果表明: 在400 nm~1 000 nm波段单色系统和消色差系统的纵向色差的函数关系分别符合Conrady公式和复消色差特性公式,研究结果为焦距的理论计算和精确检测提供了新的思路和参考。 相似文献

In order to further study the dynamical behavior of nonconservative systems,we study the conserved quantities and the adiabatic invariants of fractional Brikhoffian systems with four kinds of different fractional derivatives based on Herglotz differential variational principle.Firstly,the conserved quantities of Herglotz type for the fractional Brikhoffian systems based on Riemann-Liouville derivatives and their existence conditions are established by using the fractional Pfaff-Birkhoff-d Alembert principle of Herglotz type.Secondly,the effects of small perturbations on fractional Birkhoffian systems are studied,the conditions for the existence of adiabatic invariants for the Birkhoffian systems of Herglotz type based on Riemann-Liouville derivatives are established,and the adiabatic invariants of Herglotz type are obtained.Thirdly,the conserved quantities and adiabatic invariants for the fractional Birkhoffian systems of Herglotz type under other three kinds of fractional derivatives are established,namely Caputo derivative,Riesz-Riemann-Liouville derivative and Riesz-Caputo derivative.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the application of the results. 相似文献
