Mo2Ni3Si/NiSi metal silicide composite coatings with a fine microstructure consisting of Mo2Ni3Si primary dendrites and the interdendritic Mo2Ni3Si/NiSi eutectics were fabricated on austenitic stainless steel AISI 321 by laser cladding process. Small amplitude reciprocating sliding wear resistance of the coatings is evaluated as functions of normal load and slip amplitude and the wear mechanisms were discussed based on worn surface morphology observations. Results showed that the Mo2Ni3Si/NiSi coatings have excellent small amplitude reciprocating sliding wear resistance.  相似文献

For vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) with polarization-rotated feedback, there exist several synchronization types such as synchronizations between total powers and synchronizations between separate polarization modes. Based on the two-mode rate equations, we study and compare numerically the performances of different synchronization types. Our results show that three synchronization types exhibit good performances when their synchronization conditions are satisfied. They are the complete synchronization between total powers, complete synchronization between x-polarized modes, and generalized synchronization between x-polarized and y-polarized modes. The former two types are sensitive to the injection rate and spontaneous emission, while the third type is contrary. Synchronization type with the best performance may switch from one to another, with changing of injection rate and spontaneous emission factor.  相似文献

A mistake concerning the ultra LI-ideal of a lattice implication algebra is pointed out, and some new sufficient and necessary conditions for an LI-ideal to be an ultra LI-ideal are given. Moreover, the notion of an LI-ideal is extended to MTL-algebras, the notions of a (prime, ultra, obstinate, Boolean) LI-ideal and an ILI-ideal of an MTL-algebra are introduced, some important examples are given, and the following notions are proved to be equivalent in MTL-algebra: (1) prime proper LI-ideal and Boolean LI-ideal, (2) prime proper LI-ideal and ILI-ideal, (3) proper obstinate LI-ideal, (4) ultra LI-ideal. The aim of this work is to develop a simulation approach to the yield curve evolution in the Heath, Jarrow and Morton [Econometrica 60 (1) (1992) 77] framework. The stochastic quantities considered as affecting the forward rate volatility function are the spot rate and the forward rate. A decomposition of the volatility function into a Hull and White [Rev. Financial Stud. 3 (1990) 573] volatility and a remainder allows us to develop an efficient Control Variate Method that makes use of the closed form solution of the Hull and White call option. This technique considerably speeds up the simulation algorithm to approximate call option values with Monte Carlo simulation.  相似文献

工业化发展导致了脆弱的土地进一步沙漠化,沙漠地区政府应综合考虑经济发展与土地沙漠化导致的生态质量降低。通过构建两个沙漠化地区微分博弈模型,研究了两个地区的沙漠治理问题。研究结果表明,提高工业生产排放技术或沙漠治理技术均能够提高均衡经济产出水平,在工业生产收益系数较高的情况下也能够提高沙漠治理投入水平,并且两种技术提高存在交互效应;只有对生产排放技术水平和沙漠治理技术水平较高的地区,延长地方政府领导任期有利于沙漠治理;实现沙漠完全治理情况下控制土地再沙化的治理投入低于控制沙漠稳定在一定规模的治理投入。  相似文献

(Liquid + liquid) equilibrium (LLE) results for the ternary mixtures of (methanol or ethanol + toluene or m-xylene + n-dodecane) at three temperatures (298.15, 303.15 and 313.15) K are reported. The compositions of liquid phases at equilibrium were determined by g.l.c. measurements and the results were correlated with the UNIQUAC and NRTL activity coefficient models. The partition coefficients and the selectivity factor of methanol and ethanol are calculated and compared to suggest which alcohol is more suitable for extracting the aromatic hydrocarbons (toluene or m-xylene) from n-dodecane. The phase diagrams for the ternary mixtures including both the experimental and correlated tie lines are presented. From the phase diagrams and the selectivity factors it is concluded that methanol has a higher efficiency as a solvent in extraction of aromatic hydrocarbon from alkane mixtures.  相似文献

Ti3C2Tx, a most studied member of MXene family, shows promise as a candidate electrode for pseudocapacitor due to its electronic conductivity and hydrophilic surface. However, the unsatisfactory yield of Ti3C2Tx few-layer flakes significantly restricted it in real applications. Here, we proposed a simple solution to boost the yield of Ti3C2Tx few-layer flakes by decreasing precursor size. When using the small 500 mesh Ti3AlC2 powders as raw material, high yield of 65% was successfully achieved. Moreover, the as-received small flakes also exhibit an enhanced pseudocapacior performance owing to their excellent electrical conductivity, expanded interlayer space and more O content on the surface. This work not only sheds light on the cost effective mass production of Ti3C2Tx few-layer flakes, but also provides an efficient solution for the design of MXene electrodes with high pseudocapacior performance.  相似文献

The protonation constants of β-alanine and the cis and trans isomers of aliphatic 2-amino-1-carboxylic acids containing a cyclohexane, cyclopentane or cyclohexene(4) ring were determined pH-metrically, as were the formation constants of their complexes with Ni2+, Cu2+, Hg2+ and Cd2+ ions. The analysis of about 70 formation constants revealed significant differences betweeen the behaviours of the different ligands, each of which has a fixed β-alanine conformation. It is concluded that complex formation is primarily determined by the nature of the fixed β-alanine conformation and in some cases by the type of aliphatic ring.  相似文献

In this paper, we develop a general procedure, based on the Kubo formula, for finding the frequency- and wavevector-dependent electrical conductivity tensor for arbitrary polarizations of the applied electric field. This procedure gives careful consideration to both the electron and the ion contributions to the current density. We find that, in addition to the standard electron and ion contributions to the conductivity tensor, there are contributions arising from the quantum interference between the electrons and the ions. These interference effects, which will affect the infrared absorption of a material, are similar to the interference effects observed by Cerdeira, Fjeldly, and Cardona (Solid State Commun.13 (1973), 325–328; Phys. Rev. B8 (1973), 4734–4745; 9 (1974), 4344–4350) in Raman scattering from p-type Si. We then evaluate these cross terms for simple models of a variety of semiconductors. We find that these interference effects are finite-q effects, with the actual dependence of the cross terms on the wavevector q being sensitive to the symmetry of the crystal. We also find that, in principle, these cross terms may be quite large near the TO-phonon frequency ωTO. The cross terms are evaluated for both n-type and p-type semiconductors, and it is suggested that they are probably most important for p-type materials. However, we also find that the basic structure of these terms is very similar in the two cases.  相似文献
