Ligand Exchange Between Penta-Coordinated Phosphoryl Serine and Histidine Compounds

With the assistance of HPLC-ESI-MS/MS, the self-assembly products of serine and histidine penta-coordinated phosphorus compound were separated and identified. The expectative product was seryl-histidine dipeptide, but it was found that there was almost equimolar amount of histidyl-histidine dipeptide as well as seryl-histidine dipeptide. The mechanism was speculated that there was iigand exchange between penta-coordinated phosphoryl serine and histidine in the reaction process. As a result,two types of dipeptide were produced.     

Analysis of Hydrolysis Reaction of N-Phosphoryl Phenylalanine by HPLC-ESI-MS／MS

Hydrolysis procedure of N-phosphoryl phenylalanine (DIPP-Phe) was studied by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS. The results showed that (HO)(i-PrO)P(O)Phe was the main intermediate and the hydrolysis of DIPP-Phe also occurred through a penta-coordinate transition state.

Expression and Purification of ZNF191（243-368） in Three Expression Systems

ZNF191 （243-368）, a new human zinc finger protein, probably relates to some hereditary diseases and cancers, To obtain adequate amount of ZNF191（243-368） for the study of its property, structure and function, three different expression systems of inclusion-body, glutathione S-transferase （GST）, and hexahistidine （6 × His） were used and compared. Among these systems, the expression level of ZNFI91（243-368） was increased in inclusion body system under a higher isopropylthio-β-D-galactoside （IPTG） concentration, but the non-target proteins were also increased more, which made its purification more difficult and the yield lower. The expression of His-tag fusion protein was almost not affected by IPTG concentration, temperature and inducing time. At a high IPTG concentration the highest expression yield for GST fusion protein was obtained. And the fusion proteins can be partially purified by a single affinity chromatography step. The fusion protein systems show advantages for expression of these proteins.     

Self-assembly of a series of novel metal-organic compounds containing ferrocenecarboxylate components

Using FcCOONa (Fc = (eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Fe(eta(5)-C(5)H(4))) as starting material, we obtained an unprecedented metal-organic coordination polymer containing ferrocenecarboxylate components [[Pb(2)(FcCOO)(eta(2)-FcCOO)(mu(2)-eta(2)-FcCOO)(mu(3)-eta(2)-FcCOO)(CH(3)OH)].1.5CH(3)OH.H(2)O](n) (1), tetramer [Zn(4)(mu(2)-FcCOO)(6)(mu(4)-O)] (2), and coordination polymers [Pb(FcCOO)(mu(2)-FcCOO)(bpe)](n) (3) (bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethene), [[Zn(FcCOO)(2)(bpt)].2.5H(2)O](n) (4) (bpt = N,N'-bis(3-pyridylmethyl)thiourea), and [Zn(FcCOO)(eta(2)-FcCOO)(bbp)](n) (5) (bbp = 4,4'-trimethylene-dipyridine). Compounds 1 and 2 are formed by ferrocenecarboxylate units coordinating with Pb(II) or Zn(II). In polymer 1, ferrocenecarboxylate units have four kinds of coordinate modes; just these novel coordinate modes lead to the unprecedented one-dimensional polymer where two kinds of rhomboids are arranged alternatively along the chain. Compound 2 is a tetramer, in which a distinct connectivity of the six ferrocene units is established through the four Zn atoms. Compounds 3-5 are obtained by organic ligands bridging Pb(II) or Zn(II), leading to a new type of metal-organic coordination polymer.

本工作合成了一系列十个新的零价钯混配配合物,并对这些配合物进行了表征.研究了配体的立体效应和电子效应的差别,讨论了配体间的相互作用.一.配合物的合成与组成据文献合成dba(PhCH=CHCOCH=CHPh)和Pd_2(dba)_3(CHCl_3).其余试剂及溶剂均为市售商品,用前经无水无氧处理.     

氧弹分解-原子荧光法测定煤中汞的研究进展

介绍氧弹分解-原子荧光法测定煤中汞含量的研究进展。影响该方法主要因素为称样量、氧气浓度、吸收剂、还原剂、煤种以及灰分含量。分别综述了各个因素对该方法的影响,可为相关标准的制定提供参考。该方法能够简单、经济、快速地测定煤中汞的含量,但是目前学者们对于该方法的相关研究还存在分歧,需要进一步的研究验证;同时,还需要注意以下几个研究方向:吸收剂和还原剂的选择对汞回收率的影响;吸收剂在密闭氧弹中对汞的回收率及吸收时间的研究;氧弹废气中汞含量的测定;煤种和灰分含量对汞含量测定的影响。

Crystal Structures of Cs+-Crown Ether Complexes Containing Polynuclear Mercury Iodide Anions

Reactions of CsI and HgI₂ with benzo-15-crown-5 (B15C5) and 15-crown-5 (15C5) in an ethanol-acetone mixture produced [Cs(B15C5)₂]₂[Hg₂I₆] (1) and {[Cs(15C5)]₂[Hg₂I₆]}_n (2), respectively. The structures of the two complexes are quite different. Molar ratios of Cs⁺ : crown ether are 1 : 2 in 1 and 1 : 1 in 2. Complex 1 consists of two Cs(B15C5) ₂ ⁺ cations and a Hg₂I ₆ ^2- anion. Cs⁺ lies between the two crown-5 ligands, resulting in a sandwich-type cation. Cationic Cs(B15C5) ₂ ⁺ and anionic Hg₂I ₆ ^2- are linked together by electrostatic interactions and the complex 1 is an ion pair compound. Complex 2 consists of infinite [Cs(15C5)]₂[Hg₂I₆] units. Each structural unit contains two Cs(15C5)⁺ cations and a Hg₂I ₆ ^2- anion. Cs⁺ is coordinated by five oxygen atoms of 15C5, three iodine atoms of Hg₂I ₆ ^2- , and an iodine atom of Hg₂I ₆ ^2- in an adjacent structural unit. The interactions between the Cs⁺ of Cs(15C5)⁺ and an I^– in Hg₂I ₆ ^2- from adjacent structural units polymerize the complex 2, resulting in a one-dimensional network structure. The anions of Hg₂I ₆ ^2- in both complexes are similar. The two mercury atoms are linked through two bridging iodine atoms and each mercury is also coordinated by two terminal iodines. Crystal data for 1: space group P2₁/c (No. 14), a = 12.253(4), b = 20.945(7), c = 16.110(6) Å, = 111.0(1)°, V = 3860 ų, Z = 4, R = 0.082 (R _w = 0.089). Crystal data for 2: space group P2₁/c (No. 14), a = 12.157(4), b = 8.546(4), c = 20.666(6) Å, = 91.54(3)°, V = 2146 ų, Z = 4, R = 0.034 (R _w = 0.048).     

FFC-1离子交换纤维物理化学性能的研究

利用扫描电镜、热失重-红外、元素分析、低温氮吸附等技术和化学手段对聚羧酸基FFC-1离子交换纤维的结构与性能特点等进行了系统研究．结果表明：FFC-1离子交换纤维为含适量酰肼类交联键的聚羧酸(钠)型离子交换材料，外比表面积大和传质距离短是其反应动力学性能优异的主要原因，FFC-1纤维具有良好的化学与热稳定性。在5mol/L硫酸、硝酸、盐酸和2mol／L氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡，交换容量未见明显降低。但过氧化氢溶液对其功能基有明显破坏，CO2为FFC-1纤维在高温区间(300℃～350℃)的主要分解产物。
