In this work molecular imprinted nanoparticles (MINPs) was synthesized and applied for ultrasonic assisted solid phase extraction of celecoxib (CEL) from human plasma sample following its combination by HPLC–UV. The MINPs were prepared in a non-covalent approach using methacrylic acid as monomer, CEL as template, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linker, and 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as the initiator of polymerization. pH, volume of rinsing and eluent solvent and amount of sorbent influence on response were investigated using factorial experimental design, while optimum point was achieved and set as 250 mg sorbent, pH 7.0, 1.5 mL washing solvent and 2 mL eluent by analysis of results according to design expert (DX) software. At above specified conditions, CEL in human plasma with complicated matrices with acceptable high recoveries (96%) and RSD% lower than 10% was quantified and estimated.The proposed MISPE-HPLC–UV method has linear responses among peak area and concentrations of CEL in the range of 0.2–2000 μg L−1, with regression coefficient of 0.98. The limit of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) based on three and ten times of the noise of HPLC peaks correspond to blank solution were 0.08 and 0.18 μg L−1, respectively.  相似文献

We analyze words with respect to a given number of contained p-successions. First we find the mean and variance of the number of p-successions. We then determine the distribution of the number of p-successions in words of length n as n (and possibly k) tends to infinity; a simple instance of a phase transition (Gaussian-Poisson-degenerate) is encountered. We review the theory of hypercomplex numbers and hypercomplex analysis with the ultimate goal of applying them to issues related to the integration of systems of ordinary differential equations (ODEs). We introduce the notion of hypercomplexification, which allows the lifting of some results known for scalar ODEs to systems of ODEs. In particular, we provide another approach to the construction of superposition laws for some Riccati‐type systems, we obtain invariants of Abel‐type systems, we derive integrable Ermakov systems through hypercomplexification, we address the problem of linearization by hypercomplexification, and we provide a solution to the inverse problem of the calculus of variations for some systems of ODEs. This article explores the relationship between uniqueness and stability in differentiable regular games, with a major focus on the important classes of sum-aggregative, two-player and symmetric games. We consider three types of popular dynamics, continuous-time gradient dynamics as well as continuous- and discrete-time best-reply dynamics, and include aggregate-taking behavior as a non-strategic behavioral variant. We show that while in general games stability conditions are only sufficient for uniqueness, they are likely to be necessary as well in models with sum-aggregative or symmetric payoff functions. In particular, a unique equilibrium always verifies the stability conditions of all dynamics if strategies are equilibrium complements, and this also holds for both continuous-time dynamics if strategies are equilibrium substitutes with bounded slopes. These findings extend to the case of aggregate-taking equilibria. We further analyze the stability relations between the various dynamics, and demonstrate that the restrictive nature of the discrete dynamics originates from simultaneity of adjustments. Asynchronous decisions or heterogeneous forward thinking may stabilize the adjustment process.  相似文献

Design of silver nanoparticles containing poly(N-isopropylarclamide) (PNIPAAm) hydrogels were prepared by free-radical polymerization of N-isopropylarclamide as an environmentally sensitive monomer and MBA as a crosslinker in an aqueous medium. The embedded silver nanocomposite hydrogels (AgNCH) structure were characterized by, UV-Vis, FTIR, DLS, TEM and X-ray analysis. Curcumin loading and release characteristics were performed for PNIPAAm hydrogel, silver ions loaded hydrogels as well as silver nanocomposite hydrogels. These curcumin loaded silver nanocomposite hydrogels exhibit excellent antibacterial action on Escherichia coli (E. coli). Therefore, the present study clearly provides novel antimicrobial hydrogels which are potentially useful in biomedical applications.  相似文献

Stabilized mesoporous TiO2 was synthesized by evaporation induced self assembly (EISA) method and mechanically incorporated into single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) with different ratios. The physicochemical properties of the nanocomposites (mesoporous TiO2/SWCNT) materials were investigated by Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) measurement, X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), photoluminescence (PL) and ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) spectroscopy measurements. The catalytic activity of mesoporous TiO2 and nanocomposites were assessed by examining the degradation of rhodamine B as model aqueous solution under visible light. CNTs are facilitating the photocatalytic activity of mesoporous TiO2 in the degradation of rhodamine B efficiently.  相似文献

An artificial neural network model of supported liquid membrane extraction process with a stagnant acceptor phase is proposed. Triazine herbicides and phenolic compounds were used as model compounds. The model is able to predict the compound extraction efficiency within the same family based on the octanol–water partition coefficient, water solubility, molecular mass and ionisation constant of the compound. The network uses the back‐propagation algorithm for evaluating the connection strengths representing the correlations between inputs (octanol–water partition coefficients logP, acid dissociation constant pKa, water solubility and molecular weight) and outputs (extraction efficiency in dihexyl ether and undecane as organic solvents). The model predicted results in good agreement with the experimental data and the average deviations for all the cases are found to be smaller than ±3%. Moreover, standard statistical methods were applied for exploration of relationships between studied parameters.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the mobility of heavy metals (HMs) in two types of soils (acidic forest soil and neutral agricultural soil) by leaching with calcium chloride solution in column experiments. The screening properties of neutral agricultural soil towards pollution by heavy metals (Ni, Cu, Zn and Cd) are approximately 10 times higher than those of acid forest soil. The neutral agricultural soil, polluted artificially by one pore volume (PV) of an HMs solution of concentration 200 mg L?1, can screen the leaching of these metals over several hundreds of years. The higher apparent desorption rate and per cent desorption of HMs (especially Cd) in acid forest soil indicated a higher potential of intensive migration of the metals across the profile and indicated potential risk of Cd pollution for this type of soil. The latest approach of artificial neural networks to describe transport of HMs in soil has been also evaluated. Using a simple three-layer perceptron topology with three hidden neurons, the experimental data could be simulated. The results suggested that the pH of soil is a major factor controlling the retention of the heavy metals in the soils.  相似文献
