La2/3Sr1/3MnO3:Ag x (LSMO:Ag x , x=0, 0.04, 0.08, 0.10, 0.20, 0.30) films were grown on vicinal cut LaAlO3 (LAO) substrates by pulsed laser deposition technique (PLD). It is found that laser-induced voltage (LIV) of LSMO:Ag x films is improved and enhanced by Ag addition. With x increasing, figure of merit (F m ) and anisotropic Seebeck coefficient (ΔS) of LSMO:Ag x (x=0.08) films reach the maximum values of 28.25 mV/ns and 0.38 μV/K, respectively. The results suggest that the LIV enhancement of LSMO:Ag x films is due to the anisotropy of the Seebeck tensor, which is produced by long range cooperative Jahn–Teller distortions with Ag addition.  相似文献

提出一种像素随机映射的快速方法, 将该方法与像素字节低位隐藏信息的LSB(Least Significant Bit)技术相结合, 讨论了将RGB彩色图像作为载体隐匿真彩色图像、灰度图像、二值图像及全息信息的方法. 研究结果表明, 该方法加密及解密效率高, 载体图像具有较好的抗破译及抗剪切能力. 根据隐藏信息的性质合理使用LSB技术, 能在基本不影响载体图像质量的情况下较好地隐匿多种信息.  相似文献

In order to construct p–n homojunction of Cu2O-based thin film solar cells that may increase its conversion efficiency, to synthesize n-type Cu2O with high conductivity is extremely crucial, and considered as a challenge in the near future. The doping effects of halogen on electronic structure of Cu2O have been investigated by density function theory calculations in the present work. Halogen dopants form donor levels below the bottom of conduction band through gaining or losing electrons, suggesting that halogen doping could make Cu2O have n-type conductivity. The lattice distortion, the impurity formation energy, the position, and the band width of donor level of Cu2O1 xHx(H = F, Cl, Br, I) increase with the halogen atomic number. Based on the calculated results, chlorine doping is an effective n-type dopant for Cu2O, owing to the lower impurity formation energy and suitable donor level.  相似文献

Based on the density functional theory(DFT),the electronic structures and optical properties of Mg2Pb are calculated by using the local density approximation(LDA)and plane wave pseudo-potential method.The calculation results show that the indirect band gap width of Mg2Pb is 0.02796 eV.The optical properties of Mg2Pb have isotropic characteristics,the static dielectric function of Mg2Pb is1(0)=10.33 and the refractive index is n0=3.5075.The maximum absorption coefficient is 4.8060×105cm 1.The absorption in the photon energy range of 25–40 eV approaches to zero,shows the optical colorless and transparent behaviors.  相似文献

Joint location and scale models of the skew-normal distribution provide useful ex- tension for joint mean and variance models of the normal distribution when the data set under consideration involves asymmetric outcomes. This paper focuses on the maximum likelihood estimation of joint location and scale models of the skew-normal distribution. The proposed procedure can simultaneously estimate parameters in the location model and the scale model. Simulation studies and a real example are used to illustrate the proposed methodologies.  相似文献

The soliton dynamics is studied using the Frenkel Kontorova (FK) model with non-convex interparticle interactions immersed in a parameterized on-site substrate potential. The case of a deformable substrate potential allows theoretical adaptation of the model to various physical situations. Non-convex interactions in lattice systems lead to a number of interesting phenomena that cannot be produced with linear coupling alone. In the continuum limit for such a model, the particles are governed by a Singular Nonlinear Equation of the Second Class. The dynamical behavior of traveling wave solutions is studied by using the theory of bifurcations of dynamical systems. Under different parametric situations, we give various sufficient conditions leading to the existence of propagating wave solutions or dislocation threshold, highlighting namely that the deformability of the substrate potential plays only a minor role.  相似文献

The crystalline colloidal arrays with controllable photonic bandgaps were prepared by the change of volume fraction of the polystyrene microspheres. Upconversion emission property of fluorescent dye has investigated in crystalline colloidal array, and continuous modification of the upconversion emission of fluorescent dye was observed. A significant suppression of upconversion emission of dye in the range of the photonic bandgap as well as enhancement at the bandgap edge was obtained in the crystalline colloidal arrays. In addition, upconversion emission of dye was also enhanced when the excited light overlapped with the long or short bandgap edge of the crystalline colloidal arrays, which is due to slow photons effect near the edges of a photonic bandgap. The continuous modification and enhancement of upconversion emission may be important for the development of low-threshold upconversion lasers and displays.  相似文献

The rechargeable Li-O2 battery endowed with high theoretical specific energy density has sparked intense research interest as a promising energy storage system. However, the intrinsic high activity of Li anode, especially to moisture, usually leads to inferior electrochemical performance of Li-O2 battery in humid environments, hindering its widespread application. To settle the trouble of poor moisture tolerance, fabricating a water-proof layer on the Li-metal anode could be an effective tactic. Herein, a facile strategy for constructing an ibuprofen-based protective layer on the Li anode has been proposed to realize highly rechargeable Li-O2 battery in humid atmosphere. Due to the in-situ reaction between ibuprofen reagent and metallic Li, the protective layer with a thickness of ∼30 µm has been uniformly deposited on the surface of Li anode. Particularly, the protective layer, consisting of a large amount of hydrophobic alkyl group and benzene ring, can significantly resist water ingress and enhance the electrochemical stability of Li anode. As a result, the Li-O2 battery based on the protected Li anode achieves a long cycle life of 210 h (21 cycles at 1000 mAh/g, 200 mA/g) in highly moist atmosphere with relative humidity (RH) of 68%. This convenient and efficient strategy offers novel design concept of water-resistant metal anode, and paves the way to the promising future prospect for the high-energy Li-O2 battery implementing in the ambient atmosphere.  相似文献

Ring-opening copolymerization of CO2 and epoxides is a promising way to manufacture high value-added materials. Despite a variety of catalyst systems have been reported, the reaction is still limited by low activity and polymer selectivity. Herein, a strategy of polymerization-enhanced Lewis acidity is reported to construct a series of highly efficient polymeric aluminum porphyrin catalysts (PAPCs). The characterization of the coordination equilibrium constant (Keq) showed significantly enhanced Lewis acidity of PAPC (Keq = 18.2 L/mol) compared to the monomeric counterpart (Keq = 6.4 L/mol), accompanied with increased turnover frequency (TOF) from 136 h−1 to 5500 h−1. Through detailed regulation of Lewis acidity, the highly Lewis acidic PAPC-OTs displayed a record high TOF of 30,200 h−1 with polymer selectivity of up to 99%.  相似文献
