The highly enantioselective kinetic resolution of a racemic primary alcohol by lipase-catalyzed transesterification with vinyl 3-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)propanoate afforded an enantiomerically pure primary alcohol. Cytochrome P450sccK201E, mutated form of cytochrome P450scc native recombinant (P450sccNR), was employed to study the enzyme–substrate interaction. The detection of the cholesterol was performed by electrochemical method using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry measurements. The biochemical analysis was realized to observe the electrochemical responses of the engineerized enzyme to three different forms of cholesterol: free, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and high-density lipoproteins (HDL). Compared to cytochrome P450sccNR, the cytochrome P450sccK201E displays a different behavior in the interaction with the substrate detection.

The results show that the engineerized enzyme can be utilized for the cholesterol detection in biosensor field.  相似文献

We show that in quantum logic of closed subspaces of Hilbert space one cannot substitute quantum operations for classical (standard Hilbert space) ones and treat them as primitive operations. We consider two possible ways of such a substitution and arrive at operation algebras that are not lattices what proves the claim. We devise algorithms and programs which write down any two-variable expression in an orthomodular lattice by means of classical and quantum operations in an identical form. Our results show that lattice structure and classical operations uniquely determine quantum logic underlying Hilbert space. As a consequence of our result, recent proposals for a deduction theorem with quantum operations in an orthomodular lattice as well as a, substitution of quantum operations for the usual standard Hilbert space ones in quantum logic prove to be misleading. Quantum computer quantum logic is also discussed.  相似文献

Tau-pair production in the process was studied using data collected by the DELPHI experiment at LEP2 during the years 1997 - 2000. The corresponding integrated luminosity is 650 pb-1. The values of the cross-section obtained are found to be in agreement with QED predictions. We investigate the Pauli energy in atoms and molecules as a measure of electron localisation. Our results indicate that the Pauli energy has an exponential dependence on the number of localised electrons. This relationship yields to a kinetic energy density expression that depends on the electron density ρ(r) and the pair density ρ2(r, r′). The proposed equation shows certain advantages over a similar orbital-free kinetic energy functional recently proposed by Delle Site and co-workers. The methodology introduced here is a novel approach for exploring electronic quantities with a partition scheme that might be useful for research in density functional theory.  相似文献

Transparent glass-ceramics with Yb3+, Er3+ ions in glass matrix and tetrahedral Co2+-doped MgAl2O4 nanocrystals were synthesized. XRD patterns and FESEM micrograph of the glass-ceramics showed that MgAl2O4 nanocrystals (sizes of 10–20 nm) are uniformly dispersed in SiO2 glass matrix. Absorption and emission spectra of the glass-ceramics indicated that Yb3+, Er3+ remain in SiO2 glass matrix, while Co2+ occupied tetrahedral sites in MgAl2O4 nanocrystals, and can function as saturable absorber for Er3+. Transparent Co2+, Yb3+, Er3+ co-doped glass-ceramics possesses the spectral requirements and should be a potential laser material used for self-Q-switched microchip laser operating at 1.5–1.6 μm.  相似文献
