Synchronizing Complex Networks by an Adaptive Adjustment Mechanism

We propose an adaptive adjustment mechanism for synchronizing complex networks, in particular for sociological or/and biological systems. We do not take it for granted that a dynamical system is put on isolated nodes and they are coupled with each other by one （or more） variable（s）, as employed in most previous models. As a replacement, we suppose that each node may have any finite number of possible states, and their evolutions with time are determined by their nearest-neighbouring （or even second-nearest-neighbouring, etc） nodes in an adaptive adjustment mechanism. It is found that synchronization can be achieved for almost all connected networks and that the scale-free property can evidently improve the synchronizing speed.

As the ITER first wall Be/CuCrZr hot isostatic pressing (HIP) bonding intermediate transition layer, Ti/Cu layer can form a multi-layer intermediate metal phase, and defects such as cracks occur between the Ti/Cu metal phases. CuCrZr was used instead of Be, and a number of CuCrZr/Ti/Cu/CuCrZr joints were fabricated by the same HIP process as Be/CuCrZr to analyze the Ti/Cu joints. The effects of stress relief annealing on joint strength and defect distribution of the joints unannealed, annealed at 400°C and 500°C respectively were studied. The results show that three layers of Ti/Cu diffusion layers are formed on both sides of the intermediate titanium layer, namely Cu₄Ti, CuTi and CuTi₂. The thickness of Cu₄Ti on the pure copper side is thicker than that on the CuCrZr side, so that the crack is almost entirely distributed at the junction of Cu₄Ti and CuTi on the pure copper side where brittle fracture is easy to occur in the tensile samples. As the annealing temperature increases, the generation and propagation of cracks decreases.

Effect of Pulse Temporal Profile on Autler-Townes Splitting in Photoelectron Spectrum

The effect of pulse temporal profiles on the Autler-Townes （AT） splitting in photoelectron spectra is theoretically studied by employing the time-dependent wave packet method for a rotational Na2 molecule. The AT splitting which results from the sufficient Rabi oscillations is affected by the pulse profile and molecular alignment. The AT splitting may be observed only by utilizing proper pulse profiles with a certain intensity.

The coapproximation in linear spaces

In this paper, we investigate the properties of strongly coapproximation in normed linear spaces and locally convex spaces. The relations between strongly coapproximation and strongly unique approximation and of the f-coapproximation and f-approximation are also considered. Supported by NSFC     

球等鞭金藻生长抑制物的高效液相色谱分析

采用硅烷化键合相C18反相色谱柱,以V(乙腈)∶V(水)=63∶37为流动相,0.3mL/min恒流洗脱,检测波长UV-235nm等条件,建立了一种利用反相高效液相色谱分析球等鞭金藻生长抑制物的粗提物、Sepha-dexG-15凝胶柱层析分离获得的3个组分、硅胶G薄层层析分离获得的4个组分等8个分离纯化产物中具有抑制活性组分的方法,并确定了具有抑制活性组分的保留时间。通过乙酸乙酯萃取球等鞭金藻老化培养液,得到了具有抑制活性的粗提物;粗提物经SephadexG-15凝胶柱层析分离后,获得3个具有抑制活性的组分;通过硅胶G薄层层析对此3个组分进行分离,在获得的4个组分中,仅有一个组分具有抑制活性。将粗提物与SephadexG-15凝胶柱层析分离获得组分的高效液相色谱进行对比,确定具有抑制活性组分的保留时间在3.827~6.002min范围内;通过与硅胶G薄层层析分离获得组分的高效液相色谱的再次对比,发现仅具有抑制活性的组分Ⅱ(Rf为0.637)中出现保留时间为4.875min的峰,并且相同保留时间的峰同样出现在具有抑制活性的粗提物以及SephadexG-15凝胶柱层析分离获得的3个组分的高效液相色谱中。结果表明:在优化的实验条件下,高效液相色谱中保留时间为(4.872±0.005)min的峰对应的组分正是具有抑制活性的组分。     

Synthesis, antitumor and DNA photocleaving activities of novel naphthalene carboxamides: effects of different thio-heterocyclic rings and aminoalkyl side chains

Two kinds of thio-heterocyclic fused naphthalene carboxamides, 3a-b, 4a-b, were designed, synthesized and quantitatively evaluated as efficient antitumor and DNA photocleaving agents. Compound 3a or 3b, having the thiophene ring, intercalated into DNA more strongly than compound 4a or 4b, having the thioxanthene ring. Compound 4a or 4b, photocleaved DNA more efficiently than 3a or 3b via superoxide anion. Compound 4a was the strongest inhibitor for P388 (murine leukemia cell), while 3a was the most cytotoxic one against A549 (human lung cancer cell). Each new compound showed stronger DNA photocleaving activity than corresponding naphthalimide.
