研究了微型柱在线分离-电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定高纯Eu2O3中痕量Tm的方法,研制了Cyanex272负载树脂微型分离柱,优化了分离Eu2O3基体的实验条件,在线分离测定时间为25min。建立了在线柱分离测定Tm,内标补偿法直接测定其余稀土杂质的高纯Eu2O3中14个稀土杂质的ICP-MS分析方法。方法检出限为0.01μg/g-0.15μg/g,加标回收率为91.5%-110%,相对标准偏差为1.7%-4.9%。可满足快速测定99.999%Eu2O3中14个稀土杂质的要求。 相似文献

Root cortex of Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews (Paeoniaceae), known as Moutan Cortex (MC), is known to have anti‐allergic and anti‐inflammatory properties. However, the constituents absorbed into blood after oral administration of MC remain unknown. A sensitive and rapid method by ultra‐high‐pressure liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization–quadrupole‐time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (UPLC‐ESI‐Q‐TOF‐MS) technology and the MetaboLynxTM software combined with multiple data processing approach (Mdpa) was established to investigate the absorbed constituents in rats after oral administration of MC, providing unique high‐throughput capabilities for drug metabolism study. A hyphenated electrospray ionization and quadrupole‐time‐of‐flight analyzer was used for the determination of accurate mass of the fragment ion in negative mode, with excellent MS mass accuracy and enhanced data acquisition. This rapid automated analysis method was successfully applied for screening and identification of the constituents absorbed and metabolized studies of MC after oral administration to rats. A total of 46 peaks were obtained from MC, 41 of which were tentatively characterized. In the VIP‐plot of orthogonal partial least‐squares discriminant analysis, 23 interesting ions in serum samples were extracted, and 16 parent components and seven metabolites were detected in vivo. The integrative serum pharmacochemistry technique, UPLC‐ESI‐Q‐TOF‐MS, and Mdpa method were successfully applied for rapid discovery of multiple components from MC. Two bilayer thin films with different stacking sequences, Cu/Ti/Si and Ti/Cu/Si, were deposited by DC magnetron sputtering technique. X‐ray diffraction technique was used to measure the crystallization structures, and scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy were used to measured surface morphology. The multifractal spectra f(α)‐α was used to characterize the surface morphology. The result of |q|max ≤ 53 is obtained by multifractal analysis. The shape of the multifractal spectra f(α) ? α is hook‐like for Cu/Ti/Si and bell jar‐like for Ti/Cu/Si. The spectrum width Δα = αmax ? αmin and Δf(=f(αmin) ? f(αmax)) of the multifractal spectra is able to quantitatively analyze the growth and surface roughness of the Cu/Ti bilayer thin films. GC is usually used for xenon concentration and radon removal in the International Monitoring System of the Comprehensive Nuclear‐Test‐Ban Treaty. In a gas chromatograph, the injection volume is defined to calculate the column capacity. In this paper, the injection volume was investigated and a fitting formula for the injection volume was derived and discussed subsequently. As a consequence, the xenon injection volume exponentially decreased with the column temperature increased, but exponentially increased as the flow rate increased. 相似文献

研究了在紫外光(UV)照射下,Fe(Ⅲ)-富马酸盐体系对p-硝基苯酚(PNP)的光降解反应,考察了溶液pH、Fe(Ⅲ)、富马酸盐和PNP的初始浓度对PNP降解率的影响。结果表明,UV/Fe(Ⅲ)-富马酸盐体系对PNP有光降解作用,相比于只含Fe(Ⅲ)或者富马酸盐体系,同时加入Fe(Ⅲ)与富马酸盐构成的体系在降解PNP方面有协同作用。在pH 3.0~6.0范围内,PNP的降解率随着pH和PNP初始浓度的增大而降低,而随着Fe(Ⅲ)和富马酸盐的初始浓度的增大而增大。氯仿猝灭法证实,该体系在降解PNP反应过程中产生了超氧负离子自由基;采用荧光法和异丙醇猝灭法证实了该体系在反应过程中产生了羟基自由基,同时证实了羟基自由基为PNP光降解反应的主要反应物质。 相似文献
