A novel approach was developed to prepare hollow polypyrrole (PPy) nanospheres and nitrogen-doped graphene/hollow PPy nanospheres (NG/H-PPy) composites. In this process, uniform poly (methyl methacrylate-butyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid) (PMMA-PBMA-PMAA) latex microspheres as sacrificial templates were synthesized by using an emulsion polymerization method. Then, hollow PPy nanospheres were obtained on the surface of PMMA-PBMA-PMAA microspheres by in situ chemical oxidative polymerization. Finally, H-PPy was embedded in NG layers successfully through a simple approach. The nanobeads have been characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman spectra, and Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR). Different electrochemical methods including cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge–discharge (GCD), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) have been applied to study the electrochemical properties. The specific capacitance of NG/H-PPy composites based on the three-electrode system is as high as 575 F g?1 at a current density of 1 A g?1 and enhanced stability about 90.1 % after 500 cycles, indicating that the composite has an impressive capacitance and excellent cycling performance. 相似文献

本文以简正波模型和声线模型为基础,通过计算机仿真,研究了浅海多途到达时延差结构与沉积层密度、声速、传播损失系数等参数的关系,针对100m左右浅海和600-1300Hz的信号频率,对两种模型仿真结果进行了比较,结果表明,声线模型仿真得到的多途到达时延差结构与简正波模型仿真的结果基本一致,沉积层参数失配对基于声线模型的多途到达时差反演SSP的影响为:反演声速剖面的均方根误差的变化小于1.45m/s,平均误差的变化小于2.60m/s,在所使用的频段内,浅海沉积层参数对多途到达时差反演浅海声速剖面的影响不大,工程应用中可以忽略不计。 相似文献

The vaporization behaviors of eight heavy metals (Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd, Cr, Co, Mn, and Ni) in municipal solid wastes incineration (MSWI) fly ash during thermal treatment under air atmosphere (21% O2/79% N2), an inert atmosphere (100% N2), and a reducing atmosphere (50% CO/50% N2) were evaluated based on a thermodynamic equilibrium calculation by FactSage 8.1. The results show that the reducing atmosphere promotes the melting of MSWI fly ash, resulting in a more liquid phase than in air or an inert atmosphere. Except for Cd, the formation of liquids can dissolve heavy metals and reduce their vaporization ratio. In the air and inert atmospheres, Pb, Zn, Cu, Co, Mn, and Ni vaporize mainly in the form of metallic chlorides, while Cd volatilizes in the form of metallic Cd (g) and CdO (g). In the reducing atmosphere, Co, Mn, and Ni still vaporize as chlorides. Zn and Cd mainly vaporize in the form of Zn (g) and Cd (g), respectively. In terms of Pb, in addition to its chlorides, the volatiles of Pb contain some Pb (g) and PbS (g). Cr has a low vaporization ratio, accounting for 2.4% of the air atmosphere. Cr, on the other hand, readily reacts with Ca to form water-soluble CrCaO4, potentially increasing Cr leaching. Except for Cd, the results of this study suggest that the reducing atmosphere is used for the thermal treatment of MSWI fly ash because it promotes the melting of fly ash and thus prevents heavy metal vaporization. 相似文献

It is urgent to find a technology accurately to better diagnose and treat to brain tumor.Eu-doped Gd2 O3 nanorods(Eu-Gd2 O3 NRs)with paramagnetic and fluorescent properties were conjugated with doxorubicin(Dox)and chlorotoxin(CTX)via PEGylation,hydrazone bond and sulfur bond(named as CTXNRs-Dox),and these NRs could release more Dox in lower pH environment.The results of cell experiments indicated that CTX-NRs-Dox had obvious targeting and toxic effects on U251 cells,as well as good fluorescence imaging behavior.The orthotopic glioma-transplanted mice models were constructed via the intracranial injection of glioma cells(U87 MG).The result of experiments after the tail-vein injection of the prepared NRs suggested that CTX-NRs-Dox could target to brain tumors via the long-time blood circulation,leading to their obvious contrast enhancement of MR imaging of the intracranial tumor and their significant inhibitory effect on the growth and metastasis of brain tumors.A mechanism of synergistic effect of CTX-NRs-Dox on targeting and inhabiting the brain tumor was proposed.Our research suggested that CTX-NRs-Dox had potential application prospect in the detection and treatment of glioma. 相似文献

Zinc oxide nanoparticles (NPs) with the size of ~100 nm were prepared via a facile biomineralization process in the template of silk fibroin (SF) peptide at room temperature. These ZnO NPs have shown the remarkable behavior of low toxicity to gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus agalactiae), gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli), and eukaryotic cells (mouse L929 fibroblasts). Bacteriological testing indicated that ZnO NPs presented a 50% inhibitory effect on Streptococcus agalactiae at the concentrations of >100 mM, whereas at the same concentrations, the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were hardly inhibited. On the other hand, a remarkable proliferation of Staphylococcus aureus or Escherichia coli was observed at the concentrations of ZnO NPs <50 mM. Moreover, the cytotoxicity test demonstrated that ZnO NPs mineralized with SF peptide possessed a low toxicity to mouse L929 fibroblasts. The SF peptide coated on the surface of ZnO NPs permitted greater adhesion and consequently greater proliferation of mouse L929 fibroblasts. Besides, from TEM micrographs of the cell ultrastructure, endocytosis of NPs into the cytoplasm can be detected and the ultrastructure of the cell underwent few changes. The cell membrane retained integrity, euchromatin dispersed homogenously inside the cytoplasm, the mitochondrial architecture remained intact, and no intracellular vacuoles were observed. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy images and selected area electron diffraction patterns of ultrathin cell sections indicated that the crystal structure of NPs was not damaged by the organelle or cytoplasm. All these observations indicated that ZnO NPs mineralized with the SF peptide possess good cytocompatibility. 相似文献
