Polymerization of a trimethylene carbonate (TMC) in an aqueous solution was investigated by gel permeation chromatography, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and nuclear magnetic resonance. The polymerization reaction proceeded rapidly in the aqueous solution and high conversion was achieved in a relatively short time. 1,3‐Propanediol (PPD) formed by hydrolysis of TMC was used as the initiator. The TMC oligomer obtained by ring‐opening polymerization had a TMC unit backbone with terminal 3‐hydroxypropyl groups at both chain ends. The oligomer underwent transesterification reaction with elimination of PPD, resulting in a gradual increase in the molecular weight of the product. The molecular weight was affected by the concentration of TMC. The thermal properties of the polymers were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. Polymers within the molecular weight (Mn) range from 6.0 × 103 to 2.3 × 104 g/mol crystallized, and endothermic peaks corresponding to the melting temperature were observed. The Plankian radiation temperature of an intense x-ray source driven by imploding spherical CH plastic shell is measured with a filtered-multi-channel pinhole camera. With all the twelve laser beams of the GEKKO-XII laser facility applied, the average radiation temperature is measured to be around 465 eV while the temperature at the core is as high as 818eV. The Lewis acid-promoted rearrangement of 2,2,3,3-tetrasubstituted 2,3-epoxy alcohols with several kinds of protecting groups was investigated. When SnCl4 is used as a Lewis acid, the reaction proceeds in a regio- and stereo-controlled manner to afford two types of carbonyl compounds selectively from a single 2,3-epoxy alcohol only by changing the protecting group of the alcohol. The method was then applied to the formation of two types of acyclic and cyclic quaternary carbon centers from the single compound in optically active forms.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between abnormal acetabular labrum depicted by radial magnetic resonance and progressive joint space narrowing (JSN) of hip dysplasia. METHODS: Subjects were 23 joints [21 patients; mean age: 35.1 years (16-53 years)] that had acetabular dysplasia with lateral center-edge angle of Wiberg (CE angle) greater than 5 degrees and smaller than 25 degrees (mean, 16.4 degrees ), which did not show any arthrotic changes on plain radiograms and were followed up for 3 years or longer. Radial images of acetabular labrum were classified into three stages. RESULTS: Progression of JSN was not significantly related to CE angle but to progression of MRI stage (P=.006). In multivariate analysis, one rank progression of MRI stage was significantly associated with progression of JSN (adjusted OR=11.41, 95% CI: 1.51-86.24, P=.018). CONCLUSION: Our findings showed that in patients whose acetabular dysplasia has 5-25 degrees CE angle, MRI staging based on radial MRI is a better factor for prediction of progression of JSN than CE angle.  相似文献

Radical polymerizations of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) in several solvents at low temperatures in the absence or presence of hexamethylphosphoramide (HMPA) or 3-methyl-3-pentanol (3Me3PenOH) were examined. The isotacticities of the poly(NIPAAm)s obtained in the absence of HMPA and 3Me3PenOH at lower temperatures slightly increased as the polarities of the solvents used increased. The addition of HMPA significantly induced the syndiotactic-specificity even in polar solvents such as tetrahydrofuran and acetone, although the use of the solvents having proton-donating ability, such as chloroform, prevented the induction of the syndiotactic-specificity, even if their polarities are low. In the presence of 3Me3PenOH, a good correlation between the polarities of the solvents used and the syndiotacticities of the obtained poly(NIPAAm)s was observed, and poly(NIPAAm) with r = 73% was obtained using the toluene/methylcyclohexane mixed solvent.  相似文献

Dimethyl malate (1) and 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (2) were isolated as insecticidal compounds by bioassay-guided fractionation from MeOH extract of the fruits of Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. Insecticidal activity against larvae of D. melanogaster was demonstrated: 1 and 2 gave the LC50 value of 6.15 and 11.8 micromol/mL of diet concentration, respectively. Acute toxicity against adults of D. melanogaster, 1 and 2 had the insecticidal activity, with the LD50 value of 21.5 and 34.0 microg/adult.  相似文献

The determination of impurities in SrTiO3 by ICPMS was investigated. The sample was decomposed with hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids in a PTFE pressure vessel. The internal standard method using Au was selected to eliminate an ion count suppression by the Sr and Ti matrix. Impurities at sub g/ml level in SrTiO3 were determined. The detection limits were in the range of 0.008 to 0.01 g/g.  相似文献

Drug release mechanism from silicone carrier differs depending on physicochemical properties of the drug. So far, there have been few reports on controlled release of insoluble drug and on simultaneous release of two kinds of water-soluble drugs. The purposes of this study are to establish methods for (1). continuous release of insoluble drug, and (2). release of two kinds of water-soluble drugs from silicone carrier. Polystyrene beads (PSTB) and proteins such as interferon (IFN) and human serum albumin (HSA) were used as model drugs. PSTB was released from silicone only when citric acid (CA) and sodium bicarbonate (SB) existed as additives. The release patterns of IFN and HSA were almost same in the case of matrix and covered-rod formulations, but double-layered formulation released them in different patterns. As far as we are aware, this is the first report on the release of insoluble drug from silicone and the controlled release of two kinds of water-soluble drugs.  相似文献

The effects of the surface processing of lactose carrier particles on the dry powder inhalation properties of salbutamol sulfate were investigated. Lactose carrier particles were processed using a high-speed elliptical-rotor-type powder mixer (Theta-Composer). In the present study, drug/carrier powder mixtures were prepared, consisting of micronized salbutamol sulfate and coarse lactose carriers with various particle surface conditions prepared by surface processing. These powder mixtures were aerosolized by a Jethaler, and the in vitro inhalation properties of salbutamol sulfate were evaluated with a twin impinger. Compared with those of the powder mixed with unprocessed lactose carriers, the in vitro inhalation properties of the powder mixture prepared using the surface processed lactose carriers were significantly different, showing that the in vitro inhalation properties of salbutamol sulfate were improved. The in vitro inhalation properties increased with the rotor rotation rate. Using this surface processing system would thus be valuable for increasing the inhalation properties of dry powder inhalation with lactose carrier particles.  相似文献
