Patterning of triblock copolymer film and its application for surface-enhanced Raman scattering

In this paper,microphase behavior of an ABC triblock copolymer,polystyrene-block-poly(2-vinylpyridine)-block-poly(ethylene oxide),namely PS-b-P2VP-b-PEO,was systematically studied during spin-coating and solvent vapor annealing based on various parameters,including the types of the solvent,spin speed and thickness.The morphological features and the microdomain location of the different blocks were characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM).With increasing thickness,the order-order transition from nanopores array to the pattern of nanostripes was observed due to microdomain coarsening.These processes of pattern transformation were based on the selectivity of toluene for different blocks and on the contact time between solvent molecules and the three blocks.This work provides different templates for preparation of gold nanoparticle array on silicon wafer,which can be adopted as an active surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate for poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT).     

电脉冲沉积铝化物及铝化物-Y_2O_3涂层

采用电脉冲沉积技术在 2 0碳钢表面上获得了冶金结合的晶粒尺寸约为几十到几百纳米的铝化物和铝化物 弥散Y2 O3复合微晶涂层。60 0℃空气中氧化 10 0h的结果表明 ,电脉冲沉积获得的两种涂层均可显著地降低 2 0碳钢的氧化速率并提高氧化层的抗剥落性能。用AFM ,SEM ,EDS和XRD对铝化物涂层及氧化层进行了分析 ,并讨论了两种涂层提高抗氧化性能的作用机制     

Numerical simulation of end-pumped CW Nd^3＋：GdVO4 laser at 1063 nm

A theoretical model to simulate an end-pumped CW Nd^3＋：GdVO4 laser at 1063 nm is presented. Its essence is to use the propagation equations to demonstrate the spatial evolutions of the pump and the laser powers in the cavity, hence it is applicable to both low and high gain lasers. The simulation results obtained by this model are in good agreement with the experimental observations reported in the literature for a Ti：sapphlre-pumped Nd^3＋：GdVO4 laser. Moreover, some parameters, such as the reflectivity of output coupler, the spot size of laser beam and the crystal length, are discussed with a view to optimizing the laser performance.     

Impact of propagation effects on intersubband Rabi flopping in semiconductor quantum wells

We investigate intersubband Rabi flopping in modulation-doped semiconductor quantum wells with and without the propagation effects, respectively. It is shown that propagation effects have a larger impact on Rabi flopping than the nonlinearities rooted from electron-electron interactions in multiple quantum wells. By using ultrashort π pulses, an almost complete population inversion exists if the propagation effects are not considered; while no complete population inversion occurs in the presence of propagation effects. Furthermore, the magnitude of the impact of propagation effects may be controlled by varying the carrier density.     

直流辉光放电光谱分析铜合金的基本特性研究

用自行组装的直流辉光放电原子发射光谱（ｄｃ Ｇ Ｄ Ａ Ｅ Ｓ）仪器对分析铜合金的某些基本特性进行了研究 探讨了光源放电室结构、放电气体压力、放电电压等操作参数以及试样尺寸大小对放电性能及元素谱线强度的影响,并进行了优化 考察了在不同放电气压条件下样品的溅射率和优化条件下辉光放电的稳定性最后,分析了铜合金标准样品中的 Ａｌ和 Ｍｎ,结果较满意

Optimal switching from recording to fixing for high diffraction from a LiNbO3:Ce:Cu photorefractive nonvolatile hologram

An oscillatory characteristic of diffraction is observed as a result of strong beam coupling in a weakly oxidized LiNbO3:Ce:Cu crystal during the recording step in the production of nonvolatile photorefractive holograms. On this basis the optimal switching time from the recording step to the fixing step for high diffraction of a fixed hologram is studied. It is shown that switching after the first diffraction maximum leads theoretically to fixed diffraction of as much as 100% with a suitable switching time. Both an experimental demonstration and a theoretical simulation are presented.     

Photoluminescence and optical absorption properties of polymer modified carbon nanotubes

Polymethyl methacrylate modified carbon nanotubes were prepared using γ radiation, and the modified carbon nanotubes exhibited strong luminescence (∼ ∼568 nm) at room temperature and an absorption peak at ∼ ∼247 nm can be observed in the polymer modified samples.
