The methods for synthesizing one-dimensional Si nanowires with controlled diameter are introduced. The mechanism for the growth of Si nanowires and the growth model for different morphologies of Si nanowires are described, and the quantum confinement effect of the Si nanowires is presented. In this work, a novel porous bifunctionalized composite material was synthesized via a simple method. Gold nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed on the surface of the biomimetic honeycomb chitosan membrane through the interaction between amino and Au, and then cysteine and glutathione are successfully grafted onto the surface of the Au by the Au-S bond. The modification of cysteine and glutathione makes this bifunctionalized composite material have significant advantages of superhydrophilicity and small steric hindrance simultaneously. This material manifests excellent property in glycopeptides enrichment, with high selectivity (1:5000), low detection limit (0.1 fmol·μL–1), high recovery rate (99.4 ± 0.5%), and good repeatability. In addition, with the help of nano-flow liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, this composite achieved excellent performance in efficiently enriching glycopeptides in the serum of healthy people and nasopharyngeal carcinoma's disease patient. More excitingly, further gene ontology analysis of molecular function and biological process indicated that 41 original glycoproteins of the identified glycopeptides from serum of nasopharyngeal carcinoma's disease patient significantly partake in numerous cancer-associated events, including protease binding, calcium ion binding, enzyme binding, extracellular matrix organization, cellular response to tumor necrosis factor, and inflammatory response.  相似文献

MjHsp16.5 was separately labeled by fluorescent dye Cy3 and Cy5.5. The dissociation event of a single 24-mer MjHsp16.5 molecule was captured by single-molecule imaging (SMI). Temperature-regulated subunit exchange was revealed by the real-time fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET). The combination of single-molecular statistics and kinetic parameters from FRET experiments leads to the conclusion that below 75 degrees C the rate-determining step of the subunit exchange was the dissociation of the dye-labeled 24-mer in which the dimer was intact, whereas above 75 degrees C, smaller units emerged in the exchange and the rate-determining step had the character of a bimolecular reaction.  相似文献

研究了不同煤化度煤及煤焦的微观结构及其对气化反应性的影响。结果表明,褐煤焦具有丰富的分支孔系统和较大的比表面积,并含有较多对气化有催化作用的可交换阳离子。无烟煤焦分支孔贫乏,比表面积很小。煤焦的总孔容、比表面积和芳核大小之间有很好的对应关系。不同煤化度煤焦气化反应性差异很大,脱矿物质后煤焦反应性差异显著减小,但是脱矿物质前后煤焦的反应性随煤化程度的变化趋势相似。  相似文献

外泌体是细胞分泌的微小具膜囊泡,作为重要媒介参与细胞间的信号传递,已在疾病的诊断和治疗中发挥独特作用。骨质疏松症是全身性骨代谢疾病,容易引起骨密度减少并导致骨折,在老年人群中发病率很高,目前急需发展特异性体液诊断技术。本论文采用超速离心的方法,对血清中的外泌体进行了分离富集和表征,并采用液相色谱-质谱进行了外泌体蛋白质组学分析,共鉴定到了179个外泌体蛋白质,主要参与防御响应和免疫应答等生物过程。针对来自正常对照组、骨量减少组和骨质疏松组的血清样本,分离富集其中的外泌体,通过免标记定量蛋白质组学分析,分别鉴定到188、224和185个蛋白质。定量分析显示17个蛋白质的表达量在骨质疏松组和骨量减少组有显著改变(p<0.05),包括Integrin β 3、Integrin α 2 β 1、Talin 1和Gelsolin等,说明人体骨质在衰变过程中发生了系统性变化,并体现在血清外泌体中。该研究可为骨质疏松研究提供潜在的分子标志物,有助于阐明其病变机制。  相似文献

A novel series of benzimidazole‐containing sulfonated poly(arylene sulfones)s with controllable amount of basic 2,6‐bis(benzimidazol‐2‐yl)pyridine (BIP) and sulfonic acid groups have been prepared by the copolycondensation of a new BIP‐containing arylene difluoride monomer (DFSBIP) with a sulfonated arylene difluoride (DSDFS) and 4,4′‐biphenol (BP). All the resulting polymers have high molecular weights, good thermal stability, and can form uniform and tough membranes by simple solution casting. Because of the strong acid–base interaction between BIP and sulfonic acid groups, ionic crosslinking networks forms that resulted in polymer membranes with good dimensional stability in water even at high temperature (e.g., 100 °C). The ion exchange capacity (IEC) of the polymer membranes was investigated through a new simple pH‐determination method. A comparison between the experimental IEC values with the calculated ones based on the polymer structures indicated that each BIP unit interacted with one sulfonic acid group. Thus, by controlling the relative content of BIP units and sulfonate groups in the polymers, the intra‐ and intermolecular acid–base interactions could be readily optimized so as to achieve polymers with high IEC values, high proton conductivities as well as low swelling ratios, demonstrating good potential for proton exchange membrane applications. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 针对Xue-ChengTai等提出的分段常数图象分割模型,我们提出了一个新的快速求解算法。通过引进一个函数来选择模型中的正则化参数β的值,并判断在迭代过程中何时求解不含惩罚项的泛函F。此函数的引入有效地加速了算法的收敛速度。结合原始-对偶Newton方法来求解总变差最小化问题。数值试验表明新算法具有很快的收敛速度与良好的分割效果,且算法对初始值的要求不高。  相似文献

Rigorous simulations of quantum tunneling dynamics in model systems with up to 20 coupled degrees of freedom are reported. The simulations implement an extension of the recently developed matching-pursuit/split-operator Fourier-transform method to complex-valued coherent-state representations. The resulting method recursively applies the time-evolution operator, as defined by the Trotter expansion to second order accuracy, in dynamically adaptive coherent-state representations generated by an approach that combines the matching-pursuit algorithm with a gradient-based optimization method.  相似文献
