三缺位α-9钨镓杂多酸盐的合成与性质

本文报道了一种新的三缺位杂多阴离子α-[GaW_9O_(34)H_2]~(9-)的钠、钾、四甲基铵盐的合成方法,并通过元素分析、红外、紫外、极谱、热分析等方法对它进行了表征。α-[GaW_9-O_(34)H_2]~(9-)是一具有三个空位的杂多阴离子,它能与过渡金属离子反应生成具有Keggin结构的三取代钨镓杂多阴离子[GaW_9O_(37)M_3(H_2O)_3]~(R-)。     

Novel preparation of organic polymer-based monolithic column by microwave irradation

Microwave irradiation was firstly attempted for the preparation of organic-based monoliths of poly（styrene-divinylbenzene- methacrylic acid）, which single step in situ polymerization was carried out during 15 min. The colunm permeability, electrophoretic and chromatographac behaviors were comparatively evaluated using pressure-assisted CEC, GEC and low pressure-driven separation modes. The largest theoretical plates for the preparing column could be close to 18,0000 plates/m for thiourea in the mode of p-CEC. It provided a viable alternative to traditional initiation means for the perparation of monolithic capillary columns.     

D-氨基葡萄糖Schiff碱及其金属配合物的抗菌活性

The effects of D-glucosamine schiff base and its metal complexes on the growth of Aerobacter aerogenes were investigated by the microcalorimetry. Among the substances tested. Zn-SG was shown to be the most bacteriostasic, followed by Zn-o-VG and SG (with the Ic50 of 242, 287 and 320 μg•mL-1, respectively). Cu(Ⅱ)-SG showed less inhibitory effect on Aerobacter aerogenes over the concentration rang of 50~300μg•mL-1.     

Application of Short-wave Near-infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy in Controlling Extract of Fructus Cnidii Using Supercritical Carbon Dioxide

Fructus cnidii （Chinese name shechuangzi） is the fruit produced by Cnidium monnieri （L.） Cusson （Umbelliferae）. It is a perennial herb that is used to treat skin-related diseases and gynecopathyell. Recent pharmacological studies have revealed crude extracts or components isolated from fructus cnidii possess antiallergic, antipruritic, antidermatophytic, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiosteoporotic activities. Osthole and imperatorin are the major compounds present in shechuangzi. They are often used as standards for the evaluation of the quality of shechuangzi products.     

柱前衍生法在氨基酸分析测定中的应用

介绍了目前柱前衍生法分析氨基酸常用的几类衍生试剂及相应的衍生方法，并且比较了各类柱前衍生试剂的优缺点,对近期氨基酸分离分析中的色谱检测方法做了系统综述。     

铑配合物的抗肿瘤活性及其作用机制研究

自从Rosenberg等人发现顺铂具有抗肿瘤活性以来，金属配合物的抗肿瘤活性引起了人们的广泛关注。本文综述了近年来铑配合物抗肿瘤活性的研究进展，并对铑配合物的抗肿瘤机制和构效关系进行了探讨，为进一步寻找高效低毒和抗肿瘤谱广的新药物揭示了可循的途径。

Host–Guest Complexation of <Emphasis Type="Italic">β</Emphasis>-, <Emphasis Type="Italic">γ</Emphasis>-Cyclodextrin with Alkyl Trimethyl Ammonium Bromides in Aqueous Solution

As a continuation of our previous investigation, interactions between cyclodextrin (β-CD), γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD) and alkyl trimethylammonium bromides in aqueous solutions have been studied with titration calorimetry and ¹H NMR at 298.15 K. The results are discussed in terms of the amphiphilic interaction of CD with surfactants and the iceberg structure formed by water molecules existing around the hydrophobic tail of surfactant molecules. The stoichiometry of the β-CD–surfactant system is 1:1 whereas that of the γ-CD–surfactant system is 1:2. The corresponding formation enthalpy (negative) of the complexes of the two systems decreases with an increase in the number of carbon atoms (n) in hydrophobic chain of surfactant molecule, C _n H_2n+1, whereas the entropy increases with the enlargement of n.     

Preparation of crosslinked polystyrene-supported ethylenediamine via a S-containing spacer and adsorption properties towards metal ions

Two novel chelating resins were prepared by anchoring ethylenediamine to crosslinked polystyrene via a spacer containing sulfide. Their structures were characterized by Fourier transform-infrared spectra (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Porous structure parameters of the resins were measured by ASAP 2020 using BET and BJH methods. Their adsorption capacities for several heavy metal ions especially Hg²⁺ were investigated. The results showed that for the two resins, the more N contents did not mean the better adsorption capacity and the saturated adsorption capacity of poly(2-ethylenediamidomercaptomethylstyrene) (PSM-EDA) for Hg²⁺ could reach to 3.0 mmol/g at room temperature. Isothermal adsorptions of the resins for Hg²⁺ could be described by Langmuir formula. The adsorption mechanism of the resins for Hg²⁺, Cu²⁺ and Ag⁺ was confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and FTIR.     

Standard molar enthalpies of formation of Ln(C9H6NO)2(C2H3O2) (Ln: Nd, Sm)

Using an on-line solution-reaction isoperibol calorimeter, the standard molar enthalpies of reaction for the general thermochemical reaction: LnCl₃·6H₂O(s) + 2C₉H₇NO(s) + CH₃COONa(s) = Ln(C₉H₆NO)₂(C₂H₃O₂)(s) + NaCl(s) + 2HCl(g) + 6H₂O(l) (Ln: Nd, Sm), were determined at T=298.15 K, as  kJ mol^−l, respectively. From the mentioned standard molar enthalpies of reaction and other auxiliary thermodynamic quantities, the standard molar enthalpies of formation of Ln(C₉H₆NO)₂(C₂H₃O₂)(s) (Ln: Nd, Sm), at T=298.15 K, have been derived to be: −(1494.7±3.3) and −(1501.5±3.4) kJ mol^−l, respectively.
