In the solid‐state structure of the title compound, C4H12N+·C14H10Cl2NO2?·H2O, the asymmetric unit contains one cation, one anion and a water mol­ecule. A complex network of hydrogen bonds is present. A comparison is made with the structure of the an­hydro­us salt.  相似文献

The dependence of phase transitions in apple systems at several different water contents has been studied by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The pre-cooled samples with high water fractions show a small but distinct thermal effect at low temperature before the final melting of the ice. The samples with low water content show a second order type transition, characterised by a temperature which increases with decreasing water content. The temperature/composition behaviour is reported in the form of the so-called 'supplemented' state diagram, including the solid/liquid coexistence boundaries and the extrapolated glass transition curve. This diagram contributes towards understanding the transformations encountered during the temperature process of partially dried samples of apple. An interpretation is presented about the existence of phase-segregated regions, which could give the observed thermal effects at low temperatures. The transformations of the trans-planar mesophase of syndiotactic polypropylene (sPP) subjected to thermal, mechanical and solvent treatments, were investigated. The unoriented trans-planar mesophase, obtained by quenching the melt at 0°C, was annealed at 80°C and the thermal transformation was investigated by X-rays, infrared and dynamic-mechanical analysis. The presence of the helical form II was recognized in the annealed sample. The oriented trans-planar mesophase, obtained by drawing at room temperature and releasing the tension, was immersed in liquid dichloromethane for 24 hours. After drying the sample showed the presence of the oriented form II, although it was not possible to exclude a partial transition into form IV. On the basis of the present and literature results we suggested a scheme of the polymorphic transitions of sPP, in which the central role of the trans-planar mesophase is enlightened.  相似文献

In this work the state of water in samples of a food (apple) during the drying process was analyzed. Low resolution NMR, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and sorption measurements were performed on differently dried samples. It was possible to correlate the NMR proton relaxation time to the water activity aw=P/P0, in order to have an independent method for measuring this parameter. The calorimetric curves showed the thermal transitions of different water populations and the sorption measurements on dry apple gave the fraction of water tightly bond to the structure, which resulted about 30%.  相似文献
