The Influence of CNT Network Functionalization in Gaseous Media CL2, NO2, O3 on Their Electrical Properties

Halocyclization of 1-Allyl-6(7)-methylquinolin-2(1<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>)-ones

Oxidation of 1-allyl-6- and -7-methylquinolinium iodides with potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) gave 1-allyl-6(7)-methylquinolin-2(1H)-ones which reacted with halogens to afford 2-halomethyl-7(8)- methyl-1,2-dihydro[1,3]oxazolo[3,2-a]quinolinium halides.     

One-pot synthesis of substituted 1,3-benzothiazole and 1,4-benzothiazinone from dibromonitroacrylates

Alkyl 2,3-dibromo-3-nitroacrylates reacted with 2-aminobenzenethiol at 18–20°C in benzene to give alkyl 1,3-benzothiazole-2-carboxylates, whereas in glacial acetic acid 2-nitromethylidene-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-3(4H)-one was obtained.     

Surface modification of polypropilene by gentamicin

A possibility of the immobilization of gentamicin on the surface of the polypropylene materials activated by the aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide is studied. The polymers modified by biologically active materials are mainly the polymers of medical designation. Their basic function is exerting a complex of therapeutic actions in all phases (inflammation, regeneration and epitalization). Such materials in essence are used for preparing surgical seam threads, ambulance means, fixing bandages, prostheses of internal organs and tissues, etc.     

Investigation of the structural-phase state and its role in the formation of heat-resistance properties of 12% chromium steel

Results of investigations into the structural-phase state of éK-181 ferritic-martensitic low-activate steel after thermal treatment including quenching, intermediate tempering, and subsequent long tempering under loading at temperatures of 923 and 973 K are presented.
