In the title compound, C18H17N3O2, a strong intramolecular O—H⃛N hydrogen bond [N⃛O 2.607 (3), O—H 0.97 (3) and H⃛N 1.71 (3) Å, and O—H⃛N 153 (2)°] was observed, which leads to a unique phenol–imine tautomerism in the solid state. The C=N imine bond distance and the C—N—C bond angle [1.287 (2) Å and 121.7 (1)°, respectively] indicate the existence of this phenol–imine tautomer. In solution, the phenol–imine tautomer of the title free Schiff base ligand is dominant in both polar and non-polar solvents, as supported by 1H NMR and UV–visible spectroscopic data.  相似文献

2‐Hydroxyethyl acrylamide was successfully polymerized via single‐electron transfer initiation on the silicon surface and propagation through the reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer (SET‐RAFT) polymerization at ambient temperature for different polymerization times. This work is the first time application of the surface‐initiated SET‐RAFT mechanism to afford the preparation of well‐defined poly(2‐hydroxyethyl acrylamide) [poly(HEAAm)] brushes at ambient temperature. The polymerization was well controlled and produced poly(HEAAm) brushes on the silicon surface with a well‐defined target molecular weight. The controlled nature of the polymerization was further demonstrated in the presence of sulfur atoms at the chain ends in X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy experiments. The grafting density (σ, chains nm?2) and the average distance between grafting points (D, nm) were found to be 0.42 chains nm?2 and 1.74 nm, respectively, indicating moderate grafting density. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel Ni(II) complex containing 2-fluorobenzoate and 3-hydroxypyridine ligands was synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. FT-IR peaks show that the carboxylate group from 2-fluorobenzoate has a monodentate coordination mode. The coordination environment around the Ni2+ ion is of distorted octahedral geometry. The octahedral geometry consists of a total of four oxygen atoms from two carboxylate groups of two fluorobenzoate anions, two water molecules and two nitrogen atoms from two 3-hydroxypyridine ligands. The complex shows excellent inhibitory effects against some metabolic enzymes. Ki values for the complex were found as 108.17 ± 25.63, 124.88 ± 36.20, 28.11 ± 2.87, 20.95 ± 5.65 and 32.63 ± 9.67 μM against human carbonic anhydrase I, human carbonic anhydrase II, α-glycosidase, acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase, respectively. In addition, geometry optimization and vibration frequencies were calculated, and single point energy was studied based on optimization. Experimental and theoretical data were compared. The B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) basis set was used for all calculations.  相似文献

The condensation reactions of N2Ox (x = 2, 3) donor-type aminopodand (4) and dibenzo-diaza-crown ethers (5, 6, and 9) with hexachlorocyclotriphosphazatriene, N3P3Cl6, produce two kinds of partially substituted novel phosphazene derivatives, namely, spiro-bino-spiro- (19) and spiro-crypta (21, 22, and 25) phosphazenes. The partially substituted spiro-ansa-spiro-phosphazene (11) reacted with pyrrolidine and 1,4-dioxa-8-azaspiro[4,5]decane (DASD) give the corresponding new fully substituted phosphazenes (14 and 16). Unexpectedly, the reactions of 23 and 24 with pyrrolidine result in only geminal crypta phosphazenes (26 and 27). The solid-state structures of 16 and 22 have been determined by X-ray diffraction techniques. The relative inner hole-size of the macrocycle in the radii of 22 is 1.27 A. The relationship between the exocyclic NPN (alpha') and endocyclic (alpha) bond angles for spiro-crypta phosphazenes and exocyclic OPN (alpha') bond angles for spiro-ansa-spiro- and spiro-bino-spiro-phosphazenes with 31P NMR chemical shifts of NPN and OPN phosphorus atoms, respectively, have been investigated. The structures of 10, 14, 16, 19, 21, 22, and 25-27 have also been examined by FTIR, 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR, HETCOR, MS, and elemental analyses. The 31P NMR spectra of 10, 21, 22, and 25 indicate that the compounds have anisochrony. In compounds 16 and 22, the spirocyclic nitrogen atoms have pyramidal geometries resulting in stereogenic properties.  相似文献

Nanoparticles of pure and Eu-doped BaF2 have been prepared through sol-gel colloidal synthesis. In addition, BaF2-filled PMMA polymer nanocomposites were fabricated and dielectric properties were measured. The as-synthesized pure and Eu-doped BaF2 nanoparticles were analyzed by both X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy and consisted of crystalline BaF2 particles with an average diameter of 13.6 nm with a standard deviation of about ±2.4 nm. The photoluminescence properties of the pure and Eu-doped (2%, 4% and 8%) nanoparticles showed characteristic emission of Eu3+ (5D07F J (J=1–4) transitions). We also measured significantly enhanced dielectric breakdown strength of up to 30% for BaF2 nanocomposites over the unfilled PMMA polymer. This study thus offers some promise of sol-gel synthesis of nanocomposite dielectrics with great potential for use as electrical insulation materials in cryogenic high-voltage applications.  相似文献

In this study, a new synthetic route to the total synthesis of (±)‐20‐ epidasycarpidone (1b) is described. This route involves acid catalyzed ring closure and the formation of the intermediate 13 in the key step. The relative stereochemistry of 13 has been confirmed by X‐ray structure analysis. The tetracyclic intermediate 13 was synthesized through several steps starting from 3. The removal of the protecting group of 13 yielded the lactam 15, which was reduced by Red‐Al® to give 16. The synthesis of (±)‐20‐ epidasycarpidone (1b) was finally completed by the oxidation of 16.  相似文献

In this study, the crystal structures of the dispiroansa spermine derivatives of cyclotriphosphazene are characterised for the first time. The reaction of spiro-, gem-disubstituted cyclotriphosphazene derivatives, N3P3Cl4R2 [R = NHPh, (HN(CH2)3NH)0.5, (OCH2C(CH3)2CH2O)0.5], (13), with spermine (4), in aprotic solvents such as CH2Cl2 results in a series of dispirobino spermine derivatives of cyclotriphosphazene (5a, 6a, 7), namely spermine bridged compounds. Whereas, in protic solvents such as CHCl3 give, dispiroansa derivatives (810) namely tetracyclic cyclotriphosphazene. The new series of dispirobino and dispiroansa spermine derivatives of cyclotriphosphazene (5a, 6a, 710) have been characterised by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, X-ray (for 5a, 8, 10) and 1H, 31P NMR spectroscopies.  相似文献

Malaria is one of the most common mosquito‐borne diseases widespread in the tropical and subtropical regions. Few models coupling the within‐host malaria dynamics with the between‐host mosquito‐human dynamics have been developed. In this paper, by adopting the nested approach, a malaria transmission model with immune response of the host is formulated. Applying age‐structured partial differential equations for the between‐host dynamics, we describe the asymptomatic and symptomatic infectious host population for malaria transmission. The basic reproduction numbers for the within‐host model and for the coupled system are derived, respectively. The existence and stability of the equilibria of the coupled model are analyzed. We show numerically that the within‐host model can exhibit complex dynamical behavior, possibly even chaos. In contrast, equilibria in the immuno‐epidemiological model are globally stable and their stabilities are determined by the reproduction number. Increasing the activation rate of the within‐host immune response “dampens” the sensitivity of the population level reproduction number and prevalence to the increase of the within‐host reproduction of the pathogen. From public health perspective this means that treatment in a population with higher immunity has less impact on the population‐level reproduction number and prevalence than in a population with less immunity.  相似文献

The dispersion polymerization of 2-(N-morpholino)ethyl methacrylate (MEMA) in the presence of ethylene glycol dimethylacrylate (EGDMA) cross-linker and diblock copolymer stabilizer in n-hexane afforded sterically stabilized multiresponsive PMEMA microgels. By changing the reaction parameters, a wide range of particle sizes (120-720 nm) was obtained. Both dynamic light scattering and electron microscopy studies confirmed monodisperse spherical morphologies. These microgels had a response to the solution pH, temperature, and ionic strength. As expected, PMEMA microgels acquired cationic character at low pH because of the protonation of all morpholino groups. Although PMEMA microgels are in a swollen state in both acidic media and at low temperatures, they are in a deswollen state in basic media at high temperatures and in the presence of electrolytes above pH 6. In addition to these multiresponsive behaviors, PMEMA microgels have the ability to swell in various organic solvents. They also interact very well with magnetic particles and gain responsiveness to the magnetic field. Multiresponsive behaviors of PMEMA microgels were investigated by using DLS, UV-vis spectrophotometry, and zeta potentiometry.  相似文献
