基于芘的荧光熄灭的单质碘荧光敏感膜的研究

单质碘熄灭固定于增塑的ＰＶＣ膜中的芘的荧光，且这种熄灭作用可逆。本据此研制了用于测定单质碘浓度的荧光敏感膜，最佳膜组成为２～４ｍｇ芘、５０ｍｇＰＶＣ粉、１００ｍｇ邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯，测定碘的浓度范围为２．２６×１０＾－５～１．０４×１０＾－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。此膜测定单质碘的重现性好，响应时间小于４０ｓ。除Ｆｅ＾３＋、Ｂｉ＾３＋外，其它常见离子均无干扰。将此膜用于食盐中碘的测定，结果令人满意。     

Studies on the Physicochemical Properties, Structure and Antitumor Activity of an Oligosaccharide Homologue SnS-2 from the Root of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsh

An oligosaccharide homologue named SnS-2 was isolated from the root of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.SnS-2 was purified by means of gel-permeation chromatography and ion-exchange chromatography. Its physicochemical properties, including carbohydrate content and molecular weight were determined. The structure of SnS-2 was elucidated by chemical methods along with ^1H and ^13C NMR spectroscopy, including two-dimensional DQCOSY and H-detected ^1H, ^13C HMQC experiments. These results show that SnS-2 possesses a backbone consisting of terminal α-Galp-(1→, α-Galp-(1→6), α-Glcp-(1→6) and nonreducing end β-Fruf-(2→. The bioactive assay showed that it could inhibit the growth of Lewis pulmonary carcinoma implanted in mice.     

A new lignan from the seeds of Sphaerophysa salsula

A novel lignan: sphaerophyside SC was isolated from ethanolic extract of the seeds of Sphaerophysa salsula (Pall.) DC. The structure of the compound was elucidated mainly on the basis of the 1D NMR and 2D NMR data.     

Template-free, polymerase-free DNA polymerization

A combination of a DNA ligase and a restriction endonuclease provides a DNA polymerase activity, which might suggest a novel strategy for polymer synthesis.     

Poly[[aqua­tetra­imidazole­di‐μ‐phthalato‐dicopper(II)] monohydrate]

The title complex, {[Cu₂(C₈H₄O₄)₂(C₃H₄N₂)₄(H₂O)]·H₂O}_n, is a three‐dimensional polymer formed through bridging by phthalate dianions of two different Cu^II cations and a network of O(N)—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The Cu—O and Cu—N inter­action distances are in the ranges 2.0020 (16)–2.4835 (17) and 1.968 (2)–1.9855 (19) Å, respectively. The structure is composed of alternating polymer chains parallel to the c axis, with a shortest Cu⋯Cu distance of 6.3000 (5) Å.     

New antitumor triterpene saponin from Lysimachia capillipes

One new saponin, named capilliposide D (1), and a known saponin, candidoside (2), were isolated from the whole plants of Lysimachia capillipes. Their structures were determined by 1D and 2D NMR, MS techniques, and chemical methods. Published in Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 3, pp. 268–270, May–June, 2006.     

4—氟—3—羟基—1—取代苯基—6—哒嗪酮类结构及其反应的研究

氟代马来酐和苯肼缩合,反应先在乙醚后在25％盐酸中进行。4-氟-3-羟基-1-苯基-6-哒嗪酮(Ⅰ)的收率达54％,文献仅26％。Ⅰ和吗啡啉反应,得熔点为243～244℃的白色晶体。熔点及元素分析结果(表1)表明,产物为4-吗啡啉基-3-羟基-1-苯基-6-哒嗪酮(Ⅱ),据此作者认为氟原子位于第4位。     

溶剂热法制备纳米氧化镍及其表征

以乙酰丙酮镍、油酸、油胺为原料，十八烯为溶剂，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为表面活性剂，采用溶剂热法，在不同反应条件制备了纳米级氧化镍材料.通过X射线衍射（X-ray diffraction，XRD）、透射电子显微镜（Transmission electron microscope，TEM）、紫外-可见光吸收光谱（Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy，UV-Vis）光谱分析以及塔菲尔（Tafel）测试考察了反应物比例、保温时间、表面活性剂（PVP）、油胺的量对产物微结构、粒径、形貌、光学以及电化学活性性能的影响.实验结果表明：在反应物n[Ni（acac）₂]∶n（OA）=1∶2、添加剂PVP质量分数为1.66%、油胺物质的量为30 mmol、200℃下保温8 h时，可获得粒径约为30～40 nm纯相氧化镍，具有最佳电化学活性，交换电流密度为J₀=1.23×10^-2 mA·cm^-2.     

青海柴达木地区植物白刺叶中微量元素特征

青海柴达木地区分布有丰富的白刺植物资源。利用220FS原子吸收光谱仪分析了该地区三种白刺叶片的Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ni,Cd等微量元素。结果表明，铬、 锰含量显著提高是青海柴达木地区植物白刺叶资源微量元素特征。这为柴达木地区白刺叶资源的开发利用提供科学依据。
