By using the elliptic analogue of the Drinfeld currents in the elliptic algebra
, we construct a L-operator, which satisfies the RLL-relations characterizing the face type elliptic quantum group . For this purpose, we introduce a set of new currents in . As in the N=2 case, we find a structure of as a certain tensor product of and a Heisenberg algebra. In the level-one representation, we give a free field realization of the currents in . Using the coalgebra structure of and the above tensor structure, we derive a free field realization of the -analogue of -intertwining operators. Treatment of N-tosyliodoaziridine derivatives with Et(3)B efficiently produces various azahomoallyl radical (2-akenylamidyl radical) species which give oxygen-functionalized pyrrolidine derivatives through iodine atom transfer [3 + 2] cycloaddition with electron-rich alkenes such as enol ethers and ketene acetal. The present cycloaddition reaction proceeds regioselectively via C-N bond cleavage of an aziridinylalkyl radical intermediate and addition of the resulting azahomoallyl radicals to the terminal carbon of an alkene. The reaction of alkenes with the cyclohexenylamidyl radical generated from an optically active bicyclic iodoaziridine [(1S,2S,6S)-2-iodo-7-(p-toluenesulfonyl)-7-azabicyclo[4.1.0]heptane, 94% ee] also proceeds to give optically active octahydroindole derivatives (84-93% ee). 相似文献

To reveal the mechanism of mitosis, the development of M phase-specific inhibitors is an important strategy. We have been screening microbial products to find specific M phase inhibitors that do not directly target tubulins, and rediscovered terpendole E (TerE) as a novel Eg5 inhibitor. TerE did not affect microtubule integrity in interphase, but induced formation of a monoastral spindle in M phase. TerE inhibited both motor and microtubule-stimulated ATPase activities of human Eg5, but did not affect conventional kinesin from either Drosophila or bovine brain. Although terpendoles have been reported as inhibitors of acyl-CoA:cholesterol O-acyltransferase (ACAT), the Eg5 inhibitory activity of TerE was independent of ACAT inhibition. Taken together, we demonstrate that TerE is a novel Eg5 inhibitor isolated from a fungal strain. 相似文献

Solvolysis of 4-alkoxycarbonyl-(or 4-acyl)-3-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolizinium ylides (1-4) was studied and three types of reactions were found to proceed competitively. Thus, alcoholysis afforded the Chichibabin rearrangement products, 2,3-dihydro-2-indolizinones (5-8), solvolysis in trifluoroethanol or in aqueous methanol caused ring opening (and subsequent ester cleavage) to 2-alkoxycarbonylethylpyridinium-1-acetates 10, 15, and 16, and hydrolysis resulted in ring opening to 1-alkoxycarbonylmethylpyridinium-2-propionates 11 or 13 (and subsequently to 12 or 14). Characteristically, all the types of reactions proceeded significantly faster with t-butoxycarbonyl substituted ylides than with smaller alkoxycarbonyl substituted ones. Method, and atomic structure models for BN nanohorns encaging Y@B36N36 were proposed from high-resolution electron microscopy. We report the energy and power voltage-dependencies of supercapacitors using single-walled carbon nanotube electrodes. The energy density was dependent on the cell-voltage cubed (up to 4 V: E = 1.43 × V3). The cubic relationship was attributed to the linear increase of the capacitance as a function of voltage, enabled by electrochemical doping. Furthermore, while up to 3.5 V, the maximum power rating of the nanotube electrodes increased as a function of the cell-voltage squared, beyond 3.5 V, a decline in power was observed as a result of depletion of the electrolyte's ions. 相似文献

LC/MS/MS was developed to determine the residues of bithionol (BTN), bromofen (BMF), nitroxynil (NTX), oxyclozanide (OCZ), and tribromsalan (TBS) in milk. Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and cleaned up by liquid-liquid separation with acetonitrile and n-hexane. The compounds were determined by RP-LC using a C18 column with 0.1% formic acid-methanol. Mass spectral acquisition was performed in the negative mode by applying selected-reaction monitoring. The method was validated in milk spiked with these compounds at 5-600 microg/kg; average recoveries were in the range 83.8-97.1%, with RSD values of 1.4-8.0%. The interassay RSDs were less than 11%. The LODs of these compounds in milk were 0.1 microg/kg. The method was applied to 24 raw milk samples. The concentration of these compounds in all samples was lower than the Japanese maximum residue limits. The method is rapid, sensitive, and specific for monitoring residues of BTN, BMF, NTX, OCZ, and TBS in milk. 相似文献
