Three new resin glycosides, quamoclins V (1), VI (2), and VII (3) and a new tetrahydropyran derivative, quamopyran (4), were isolated from the seeds of Quamoclit pennata BOJER (Convolvulaceae). The chemical structures of these compounds were determined primarily on the basis of spectroscopic data. The carboxyl group of the aglycone, 11S-convolvulinolic acid, of 1 and 2 was linked intermoleculary with a hydroxy group of the sugar moiety to form a macrocyclic ester structure, as in already known jalapins, and 3 was an acylated glycosidic acid methyl ester. All of the sugar moieties of 1-3 were acylated by one 2S-methylbutyric acid. Compound 4 was a diketone having a tetrahydropyran ring.  相似文献

The efficient asymmetric total synthesis of (?)‐oseltamivir, an antiviral reagent, has been accomplished by using two “one‐pot” reaction sequences, with excellent overall yield (60 %) and only one required purification by column chromatography. The first one‐pot reaction sequence consists of a diphenylprolinol silyl ether mediated asymmetric Michael reaction, a domino Michael reaction/Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reaction combined with retro‐aldol/Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reaction and retro Michael reactions, a thiol Michael reaction, and a base‐catalyzed isomerization. Six reactions can be successfully conducted in the second one‐pot reaction sequence; these are deprotection of a tert‐butyl ester and its conversion into an acyl chloride then an acyl azide, Curtius rearrangement, amide formation, reduction of a nitro group into an amine, and a retro Michael reaction of a thiol moiety. A column‐free synthesis of (?)‐oseltamivir has also been established.  相似文献

A new strain of Serratia marcescens UCP1459 isolated from a semi-arid soil produced the natural red pigment prodigiosin, characterized by an uncommon pyrrolylpyrromethane skeleton. Prodigiosin is a promising drug due to its reported antifungal, immunosuppressive and anti-proliferative activities. The objective of this work was to indentify a suitable medium to simultaneously enhance S. marcescens growth and pigment production using renewable resources obtained from industrial wastes. S. marcescens produced the highest level of prodigiosin (49.5 g/L) at 48 h of cultivation using 6% "manipueira" (cassava wastewater) supplemented with mannitol (2%) at pH 7 and 28 °C. Carbohydrates in "manipueira" and mannitol play a role in the enhanced cell growth and prodigiosin production. The purified pigment extracted from the biomass was analyzed by mass spectrophotometry and showed the expected molecular weight of 324 Da corresponding to prodigiosin. In conclusion, we have successfully designed a new, economically feasible medium supporting enhanced S. marcescens growth and a high yield production of prodigiosin.  相似文献

Ytterbium and samarium metals reduced aromatic ketimines to give directly divalent azalanthanacyclopropane complexes 1 quantitatively, the structure of which was characterized by X-ray analysis. The imine complexes 1 catalyzed dehydrogenative silylation of terminal alkynes, hydrosilylation of imines and alkenes, and intermolecular hydrophosphination of alkynes. We investigated the electroluminescence (EL) from charge-transfer (CT) in the interface state of PEDOTF/PC70BM, known to be empirically related to Voc, to elucidate a difference in Voc of 0.24 V in bulk heterojunction (BHJ) organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs) based on two polymers (H-PEDOTF and S-PEDOTF with a high and low molecular weight, respectively) having almost the same HOMO energy levels. The difference in the energies of CT EL peaks is relatively small (0.06 eV) compared to the difference in the Vocs. Consequently, we mainly attribute the excessive loss of Voc in S-PEDOTF-based OPVs to a trap assisted recombination mechanism.  相似文献

A formal [4+2] cycloaddition of α,α′‐dichloro‐ortho‐xylenes with various alkynes has been developed using a low‐valent cobalt catalyst. The transformation has a wide substrate scope and high functional‐group tolerance and led to 1,4‐dihydronaphthalenes. The formed cycloadducts were easily aromatized with MnO2 under air. A mechanistic investigation suggests that the transformation proceeds through a benzyl cobaltation of alkyne, not the classical Diels–Alder reaction of ortho‐quinodimethanes. This methodology provides a straightforward and streamlined access to linearly expanded π‐conjugated aromatics.  相似文献

Inkjet printing has evolved from an office printing application to become an important tool in industrial mass fabrication. In parallel, this technology is increasingly used in research laboratories around the world for the fabrication of entire (bio)chemical sensing devices or single functional elements of such devices. Regularly stated characteristics of inkjet printing making it attractive to replace an alternative material deposition method are low cost, simplicity, high resolution, speed, reproducibility, flexibility, non-contact, and low amount of waste generated. With this review, we give an overview over areas of (bio)chemical sensing device development profiting from inkjet printing applications. A variety of printable functional sensor elements are introduced by examples, and the advantages and challenges of the inkjet method are pointed out. It is demonstrated that inkjet printing is already a routine tool for the fabrication of some (bio)chemical sensing devices, but also that novel applications are being continuously developed. Finally, some inherent limitations of the method and challenges for the further exploitation of this technology are pointed out.  相似文献

This study concerns the metabolism of polyphosphate in Trichoderma harzianum, a biocontrol agent with innate resistance against most chemicals used in agriculture, including metals, when grown in the presence of different concentrations of cadmium. The biomass production was affected by the concentration of metal used. Control cultures were able to accumulate polyphosphate under the conditions used. Moreover, the presence of cadmium induced a reduction in polyphosphate content related to the concentration used. The morphological/ultrastructural aspects were characterized by using optical and scanning electron microscopy, and were affected by the heavy metal presence and concentration. The efficiency of cadmium removal revealed the potential of the microorganism for use in remediation. The data indicate the potential for polyphosphate accumulation by the fungus, as well as its degradation related to tolerance/survival in the presence of cadmium ions.  相似文献
