A reaction of 5-cyano-1,3-dimethyluracil (1, R = CN) with acetone in base afforded 1,3,7-trimethylpyrido-[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)dione ( 9a ) in a moderate yield. From a reaction mixture of 1 (R = CN) with butanone, 1,3,6,7-tetramethyl- and 7-ethyl-1,3-dimethylpyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione ( 9b and 9c , respectively) were isolated in low yields. When ethyl cyanoacetate or malononitrile was used in place of the ketone in the above reaction, 7-amino-6-ethoxycarbonyl- and 7-amino-6-cyano-1,3-dimethylpyrido[2,3-d]-pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione ( 14a and 14b , respectively) were obtained in quantitative yields. A plausible mechanism for the formation of bicyclic compounds is discussed. 相似文献

利用循环伏安法、线性伏安法及旋转圆盘电极技术,研究了2,2’-二氨基苯氧基二硫化物(DAPOD)在含有0.1 mol•L-1 LiClO4电解质的乙腈/四氢呋喃有机溶液中,铂、金、玻碳及石墨电极上的电化学行为.伏安结果表明DAPOD中的二硫键与硫巯基之间的氧化还原反应属动力学不可逆过程,这种在室温下表现出的电化学反应不可逆性是有机二硫化物普遍存在的不足,必须通过分子内或分子间的电催化来改善其可逆性能.旋转圆盘电极测试结果显示, DAPOD的阴极还原反应级数为0.5,阳极氧化反应级数为1.由此推知DAPOD电还原属两电子转移反应,分两步完成:第一步为平衡的化学反应步骤;第二步为电子转移步骤,属决速步.同时还测定了DAPOD的阴极与阳极传递系数、交换电流、平衡电势及标准速率常数等相关的动力学常数.通过比较铂、金、玻碳及石墨四种不同材料电极对DAPOD的电极过程的影响,发现石墨对DAPOD的还原过程具有电催化作用. 相似文献

A theoretical study of the mechanism of the reaction of stable silylenes with halocarbons has been carried out using the B3LYP density functional method. The main findings are as follows: (1) Lewis acid-base complexes formed between silylenes and halocarbons do not play a role in silylene insertion chemistry into halocarbons; therefore, the acid-base complex mechanism proposed by West et al. (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2002, 124, 4186) is not appropriate to describe the disilane formation reaction. (2) The disilane formation reactions follow the energetically favorable general reaction pathway (X = halogen): (i) Y2Si: + HCX3 --> TS1 --> Y2XSi-CHX2. (ii) Y2Si: + Y2XSi-CHX2 --> TS2 --> Y2XSi-SiY2CHX2. (3) The observed preference of stable silylenes to undergo C-X bond insertion rather than C-H bond has been investigated. The theoretical findings suggest that this preference is a result of the thermodynamic factor. (4) Stable silylenes prefer to insert into a C-Br rather than a C-Cl bond because the energy barrier to insertion is lower, and the reaction is more exothermic. 相似文献

The C-H activation of silyl ethers by means of rhodium carbenoid-induced C-H insertion represents a very direct method for the stereoselective synthesis of silyl-protected beta-hydroxy esters. The reaction can proceed with very high regio-, diastereo-, and enantioselectivity and represents a surrogate to the aldol reaction. The reaction is catalyzed by the rhodium prolinate complex Rh(2)(S-DOSP)(4). A critical requirement for the high chemoselectivity is the use of donor/acceptor-substituted carbenoids such as those derived from methyl aryldiazoacetates. A range of silyl ethers may be used such as allyl silyl ethers, tetraalkoxysilanes, and even simple trimethylsilyl alkyl ethers. In general, C-H activation preferentially occurs at methylene sites, as the reactivity is controlled by a delicate balance between steric and electronic effects. 相似文献

A rapid high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of organic acids in honey is reported. Malic, maleic, citric, succinic and fumaric acids were identified and quantified in 15 min. First time repeatibility, reproducibility and recoveries were determined out for these acids in honey samples. Maleic acid was also quantified for first time by a chromatographic method. The organic acids were removed from honey by using a solid-phase extraction procedure with anion-exchange cartridges. Previously, the solution of honey was adjusted to pH 10.50 with 0.1 M NaOH and stirred for 15 min at room temperature. Then, this solution was adjusted to pH 5.00 with 0.1 M H2SO4. This procedure was carried out to avoid interferences in the baseline. The chromatographic separation was achieved with only one Spherisorb ODS-2 S5 column thermostated at 25 degrees C. Metaphosphoric acid (pH 2.20) was used as mobile phase at a flow-rate of 0.7 ml/min. Organic acids were detected with a UV-vis detector (215 nm). The precision results showed that the relative standard deviations of the repeatability and reproducibility were < or =3.20% and < or =4.86%, respectively. The recoveries of the organic acids ranged from 62.9 to 99.4%. Under optimum conditions the detection limits ranged from 0.0064 to 7.57 mg/kg and the quantification limits ranged from 0.025 to 10.93 mg/kg. 相似文献

A method for direct de termination of total in organic arsenic (III+V), arsenic (III) and dimethylarsinate (DMA) in sea water was developed by combining continuous‐flow selective hydride generation and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS) is presented. The principle underlying selective hydride generation is based on proper control of the reaction conditions for achieving separation of the respective arsenic species. The effects of pH and composition of reaction media on mutual interference between the arsenic species were investigated in detail. The results indicate that the appropriate media for the selective determination of total in organic arsenic, DMA and As(III) are 6 M HNO3, acetate buffer at pH = 4.63 and citrate buffer at pH = 6.54, respectively. The concentrations of total inorganic arsenic species, As(III+V), and As(III) were respectively deter mined and that of As(V) was obtained by the difference between them. As to the concentration of DMA, it was obtained after correction from the interference caused by As(III) and As(V). By following the established procedure, the detection lim its (as based on 3‐sigma criterion) for As(III+V), As(III) and DMA were 0.050, 0.009, and 0.002 ng/mL, respectively. There liability of the pro posed method was evaluated in terms of precision and spike addition. The results indicated that the precision of better than 3% and spike recovery of 95 to 105% for all the arsenic species tested in the natural sea water samples can be obtained. 相似文献

A new program to characterize polyethylene glycol-modified (PEGylated) proteins is outlined using capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). PEGylated ribonuclease A and lysozyme were selected as examples. Five separation procedures were compared to select out the mixed buffer of acetonitrile-water (1:1, v/v) at pH 2.5 as the best to characterize the PEGylated proteins without sample pretreatment. Polyethylene oxide (PEO) with a high molecular mass of 8 x 10(6) was applied to rinse the capillary to form a dynamic coating which would decrease the undesirable proteins adsorbed to the inner wall of the silica. The electroosmotic flow (EOF) mobility of the five procedures was determined, respectively. It is found that acetonitrile is mainly responsible for the good resolution of PEGylated proteins with the help of PEO coating in the semi-aqueous system. The low EOF mobility and current in the semi-aqueous system might also have some responsibility for the high resolution. The semi-aqueous procedure described in this paper also demonstrates higher resolution of natural proteins than aqueous ones. 相似文献
