DNA encoded libraries (DEL) have shown promise as a valuable technology for democratizing the hit discovery process. Although DEL provides relatively inexpensive access to libraries of unprecedented size, their production has been hampered by the idiosyncratic needs of the encoding DNA tag relegating DEL compatible chemistry to dilute aqueous environments. Recently reversible adsorption to solid support (RASS) has been demonstrated as a promising method to expand DEL reactivity using standard organic synthesis protocols. Here we demonstrate a suite of on-DNA chemistries to incorporate medicinally relevant and C−S, C−P and N−S linkages into DELs, which are underrepresented in the canonical methods.  相似文献

The introduction of a seven‐membered‐ring unit in the place of a five‐membered‐ring unit in the structure of subphthalocyanine resulted in significant distortion of the bowl‐shaped structure of the conjugated molecule as well as the following unprecedented properties: the preferential formation of the axially fluoro substituted species, the fluttering‐dynamic‐motion‐induced rapid exchange of P and M enantiomers, markedly split Q‐band absorption, and a clear difference in the ring‐current effects arising from the convex and concave surfaces.  相似文献

In‐situ extraction and condensation of various dyes were carried out in a phase‐separation region of a thermoresponsive polymer aqueous solution generated by near infrared (NIR) laser heating under a microscope. The NIR laser irradiation was directed at a chromium line deposited on a glass substrate, thereby causing local heating of the solution due to the photothermal effect. A phase‐separation region was formed by dehydration of the thermoresponsive polymer followed by ejection of water outside of the phase‐separation region. When various dyes were included in the solution, some dye molecules were extracted into the phase‐separation region, where they condensed. In the case of poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM, 10 wt % in an aqueous solution) as the thermoresponsive polymer and crystal violet (CV) as the dye (0.1 mM ), CV condensed by about 25 times. It was found that one of the necessary conditions for the extraction/condensation is the hydrophobicity of the dye molecule; however, the dominant cause for accumulating inside the PNIPAM chain is the molecular interaction between the amide group in the side chain of PNIPAM and the functional groups such as carbonyl or amino groups in the dye molecules.  相似文献

Chromatographic properties of a new type of monolithic silica rod columns were examined. Silica rod columns employed for the study were prepared from tetramethoxysilane, modified with octadecylsilyl moieties, and encased in a stainless-steel protective column with two polymer layers between the silica and the stainless-steel tubing. A 25 cm column provided up to 45,000 theoretical plates for aromatic hydrocarbons, or a minimum plate height of about 5.5 μm, at optimum linear velocity of ca. 2.3 mm/s and back pressure of 7.5 MPa in an acetonitrile-water (80/20, v/v) mobile phase at 40°C. The permeability of the column was similar to that of a column packed with 5 μm particles, with K(F) about 2.4×10(-14) m(2) (based on the superficial linear velocity of the mobile phase), while the plate height value equivalent to that of a column packed with 2.5 μm particles. Generation of 80,000-120,000 theoretical plates was feasible with back pressure below 30 MPa by employing two or three 25 cm columns connected in series. The use of the long columns enabled facile generation of large numbers of theoretical plates in comparison with conventional monolithic silica columns or particulate columns. Kinetic plot analysis indicates that the monolithic columns operated at 30 MPa can provide faster separations than a column packed with totally porous 3-μm particles operated at 40 MPa in a range where the number of theoretical plates (N) is greater than 50,000.  相似文献

We consider the Cauchy problem for a parabolic partial differential equation with a power nonlinearity. Our concern in this paper is the existence of a singular solution with smooth initial data. By using the Haraux-Weissler equation, it is shown that there exist singular forward self-similar solutions. Using this result, we also obtain a sufficient condition for the singular solution with general initial data including smooth initial data.  相似文献

We experimentally investigate and compare the thermo-optic effects of silicon carbide (SiC) and silicon (Si) photonic crystal nanocavities on their resonant wavelengths over a temperature range of 25?°C to nearly 200?°C by using a laser source with a wavelength close to the telecommunication wavelength range of 1550?nm. The measured results clearly show that the shift in the resonant wavelength of the SiC cavity is significantly (by a factor of 3) less than that of the Si cavity for the same ambient temperature changes. In addition, the measured results provide direct estimates of the thermo-optic coefficients (dn/dT) for thin SiC and Si as 3.87×10(-5)/°C and 1.60×10(-4)/°C, respectively, for this temperature range.  相似文献

We examine how the signature of the strange-dibaryon resonances in the ${\bar{K}NN}$ πΣ N system shows up in the scattering amplitude on the physical real energy axis within the framework of Alt–Grassberger–Sandhas equations. The so-called point method is applied to handle the three-body unitarity cut in the amplitudes. We also discuss the possibility that the strange-dibaryon production reactions can be used for discriminating between existing models of the two-body ${\bar{K}N}$ πΣ system with Λ(1405).  相似文献

Thermoelectric properties of AlMgB14-based materials prepared by spark plasma sintering were investigated. Al, Mg, and B powders were used as raw material powders. The raw powders were mixed using a V-shaped mixer, and then the mixture was sintered at 1673 K or 1773 K. The mixture ratio of raw powders was varied around stoichiometric ratio of AlMgB14. X-ray diffraction patterns of samples showed that all samples consist of AlMgB14 and MgAl2O4. The Seebeck coefficient of the samples exhibited significant change depending on the varying mixture ratio and sintering temperature. One sample exhibited a large negative value for the Seebeck coefficient (approximately −500 μV/K) in the temperature range from 573 K to 1073 K, while others showed positive value (250–450 μV/K). Thus n-type AlMgB14-based material has been realized by varying raw material ratio and sintering temperature.  相似文献
