During COVID-19 pandemic, coagulopathy have been reported as a potential threat to most infected patients. Edoxaban (EDX) is a direct oral anticoagulant that is recently added to most COVID-19 treatment protocols either as therapy or prophylaxis. Herein, a novel nanoparticles modified glassy carbon potentiometric sensor was developed for the selective quantitation of EDX in human plasma. The electrochemical performance of the proposed sensor was assessed and compared to nanoparticle free sensor. An enhancement in electrode performance including: detection limit (3.39×10−6 mol L−1), response time (8.0±2.0 s) and improved selectivity. The proposed sensor was able to determine EDX in pure form, pharmaceutical formulation and human plasma. 相似文献

Machaerium, in the family Fabaceae, predominantly is a genus of a Neotropical distribution of trees, shrubs, and lianas occurring from southern Mexico to Brazil and northern Argentina and as far as South America. Several Machaerium species are widely used in traditional medicine and are considered to have multiple medicinal properties. The UV–Visible, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and Raman and electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra of undoped lead phosphate and MoO3-doped glassy samples have been investigated. The UV–VIS absorption spectra were re-measured after successive gamma irradiation. Before irradiation, undoped sample exhibited strong ultraviolet absorption, which was attributed to co-absorption due to trace iron impurities (mainly Fe3+ ions) and lead Pb2+ ions. With the introduction of MoO3 in progressive amounts, extra visible bands were recorded at about 400–440, 540, 750 and 870?nm. These bands are most likely correlated with the presence of Mo3+, Mo4+ and Mo5+ ions in the host glass. In the undoped specimen, gamma irradiation produced UV absorption bands that increased slightly with irradiation but no visible bands were recorded. Samples containing high MoO3 content showed some resistance to irradiation with no bands in the visible region being observed. FTIR absorption spectra of the undoped and MoO3-doped samples revealed the formation of metaphosphate and pyrophosphate structural units. Highly MoO3-doped samples exhibited additional bands due to molybdate groups. Raman and ESR spectra were in agreement with UV–VIS and IR data, indicating the presence of molybdenum ions in lead phosphate glass, as Mo3+, Mo4+ and Mo6+ with different ratios. Fifteen ferrocene derivatives I–IX (four of which have been prepared for the first time: II, IIIf, V and VIII) have been prepared by Friedel–Crafts acetylation, Claisen condensation, Michael reaction, and ring closure by hydrazine hydrate. The anodic behaviour of these compounds has been studied by cyclic voltammetry at a platinum electrode in an aprotic solvent. All these substituted ferrocenes exhibit a reversible one‐electron oxidation reduction centred at each iron centre, and the effect of substituents on the half‐wave oxidation potential is discussed in terms of their electronic properties. Linear correlations have been observed between these potentials and the Hammett σx constant for the substituents. Cyclic voltammetry has been carried out for ferrocene derivatives IIIa, V and IX. Autocorrelation of a double-exposed image, unlike cross-correlation between two images, produces a correlation function that
is symmetric about the origin. Thus, while it is possible to calculate the speed and direction of tracer particles in a particle
image velocimetry (PIV) image using autocorrelation, it is impossible to tell whether the velocity is in the positive or negative
direction. This ambiguity can be resolved by spatially shifting one exposure relative to the next or labeling exposures with
color or polarization, but the complexity and limitations of these methods can be prohibitive. It is, however, possible to
resolve the sign of the velocity from a triple-exposed image using unequal time intervals between exposures.
Triple-exposed images, like double-exposed images, correlate symmetrically about zero. The directional ambiguity, however,
can be resolved by calculating the probability that the three exposures occur in a specific temporal order; that is, by assuming
that the correlation has a specific sign and testing to see if the assumption is correct. Traditional spectral and statistical
correlation techniques are unable to accomplish this. Presented herein is a computationally efficient asymmetric correlation
function that is able to differentiate the temporal order of triple exposed images. Included is a discussion of the limitations
of this function and of difficulties in experimental implementation.

Investigation of the aerial parts of Vernonia leopoldii (Sch. Bip.) Vatke afforded a new lanostane-type triterpene along with known hirsutinolide-type sesquiterpene lactones and flavonoid glycosides, all are identified for the first time in this species. The new compound was identified as lanost-3β, 23S-dihydroxy-22(31)-ene. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated based on spectroscopic evidence. The hirsutinolides and the triterpene were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against four human cancer cell lines using MTT assay. 相似文献

A new acylated avicularin, namely avicularin 2'-(4'-O-n-pentanoyl)-gallate (1) along with 12 metabolites have been isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the aerial parts of Jussiaea repens L. (Onagraceae). Their structures were established as trifolin 2'-O-gallate (2), quercetrin (3), guaijaverin (4), reynoutrin (5), juglanin (6), avicularin (7), hyperin (8), trifolin (9), hyperin 2'-O-gallate (10), rutin (11), kaempferol (12) and quercetin (13) on the basis of their chromatographic properties, chemical and spectroscopic evidences. The investigated ethyl acetate extract was found to be non-toxic (LD(50) up to the maximum soluble dose 4 g kg(-1) body wt.) and had significant antioxidant, hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic activities. Also some of the isolated flavonoids showed cytotoxic activity against Ehrlich ascitis carcinoma cells. 相似文献

Abstract Normal unenhanced Raman spectra (NURS) of low-polarizability CO molecules were observed for the first time on cobalt at R. T. and residual gas pressure. We assign five bands observed between 2030–2130 cm?1 to linear chemisorbed CO species, while those observed between 1840–2010 cm?1 have been ascribed to the 2-fold chemisorbed species. The three bands observed between 1740–1830 cm?1 we believe are due to the 3-fold species. The corresponding fourteen Co-C stretches were observed and assigned. A model based upon electron backdonation is proposed for each of the three structures. NURS were also observed at R. T. for physisorbed CH4 and assignments are made to the four frequencies of CH4. 相似文献

Three new acylated quercetin rhamnosides have been isolated from the leaves and stem of Calliandra haematocephala Hassk. (Fabaceae) and their structures were established as quercitrin 2'-O-caffeate (1), quercitrin 3'-O-gallate (2) and quercitrin 2',3'-di-O-gallate (3). Also, 17 known compounds were identified as gallic acid (4), methyl gallate (5), caffeic acid (6), myricitrin (7), quercitrin (8), myricetin 3-O-beta-D-4C1-glucopyranoside (9), afzelin (10), isoquercitrin (11), myricetin 3-O-(6'-O-galloyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (12), myricitrin 2'-O-gallate (13), quercitrin 2'-O-gallate (14), afzelin 2'-O-gallate (15), myricitrin 3'-O-gallate (16), afzelin 3'-O-gallate (17), 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-beta-D-4C1-glucopyranose (18), myricitrin 2',3'-di-O-gallate (19), quercetin 3-O-methyl ether (20), for the first time from the genus Calliandra except for 6. Compounds 7, 8, 13, 14, 16 and 19 exhibited moderate to strong radical scavenging properties on lipid peroxidation, hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion generation and DPPH radical in comparison with that of quercetin as a positive control in vitro.
