An 8-dipicolylBODIPY derivative has been prepared and its photophysical properties evaluated under different conditions. Two different structures, hemicyanine and cyanine, are observed (depending on the solvent or the solution concentration). The hemicyanine form is not emissive whereas the cyanine form is fluorescent. This behavior is related with the planarity degree of the BODIPY core. The X-ray structure of the compound is reported and it shows that in solid state the hemicyanine form is present. The hemicyanine form seems to be stabilized by aggregation and is the main compound in concentrated solutions whereas the cyanine form is present in diluted solutions that are photochemically transformed into a new compound 3. Both species cyanine and hemicyanine, are able to complex Zn2+ being the complex with the cyanine form of higher stability. The presence of the cation precludes any ulterior transformation from the cyanine form.  相似文献

The principal aim of the present study is to describe, analyze, and compare from a statistical standpoint the generalized logistic model with some well-known models used in the solid-state kinetics: power law, Avrami–Erofeev, and reaction order. For this purpose, synthetic conversion curves that simulate the kinetic processes were generated using the power law, Avrami–Erofeev, and reaction order models, where the Arrhenius equation was assumed in all the cases. This comprehensive simulation study allows to describe the relationship between the parameters belonging to the proposed generalized logistic model and the pointed traditional models’ parameters, and also to validate the performance of the generalized logistic model in a wide variety of cases where other methods can be applied. Performing this analysis has been necessary to employ some new statistical techniques in thermal analysis modeling as the generalized additive models, and to perform global optimization evolutionary algorithms as the differential evolution for solving the non-linear regression problem. In order to implement these techniques, R statistical software routines were developed and applied.  相似文献

A novel strategy for the construction of a disposable integrated amperometric immunosensor for the sensitive and rapid determination of lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)), an important predictor of cardiovascular disease risk, in human serum is reported. The approach uses a sandwich format involving the covalent immobilization of selective capture antibodies (antiLp(a)) on the surface of N-[N α,N α-bis(carboxymethyl)-lysine]-12-mercaptododecanamide (HS-NTA)-modified screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCEs). After a blocking step with skimmed milk, the modified antiLp(a)-SPCEs were incubated with a mixture solution containing the target analyte and a fixed concentration of a specific biotinylated antibody (biotin-antiLp(a)) and a streptavidin-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) (Strep-HRP) conjugate. The amperometric responses of the resulting immunosensor at ?0.10 V (vs an Ag pseudo-reference electrode), upon addition of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) as electron transfer mediator and H2O2 as the enzyme substrate, were used to monitor the extent of the immunoreactions. The developed methodology exhibited a wide range of linearity between 0.02 and 10 μg mL?1, a low detection limit (LOD) of 8 ng mL?1, and a great selectivity against other serum components. The usefulness of the Lp(a) immunosensor was demonstrated by analyzing spiked serum samples as well as a reference serum containing a certified Lp(a) content. Figure

No previous publications about percutaneous absorption of polyethylene glycol 25 p-aminobenzoic acid (PEG-25 PABA) have been found in the literature and the expected levels to be found in human urine after sunscreens use are unknown. The method proposed here is suitable to determine PEG-25 PABA in the urine of sunscreens users in order to carry out studies on body accumulation/excretion. It is based on solid-phase extraction (SPE) with size-exclusion liquid chromatography determination. Solid-phase extraction allows the analyte to be retained and subsequently eluted for a clean-up, using a silica-based cartridge. The size-exclusion liquid chromatography of the eluted allows the rest of matrix interferences to be avoided. Fluorescence intensity was measured at λem = 350 nm (λexc = 300 nm). The sensitivity of the proposed method is in the order of 450 ± 5 mL ng−1 and the detection limit (3 Sy/x/b) in the measured solutions is in the order of 13 ng mL−1, that is 2.6 ng mL−1 in urine samples. The method enables PEG-25 PABA to be determined in both, spiked and unspiked human urine samples. Results obtained for spiked human urine samples (11-100 ng mL−1) demonstrated the accuracy of the method. The mean relative standard deviation of the results was in the order of 3-10%. Three volunteers applied a sunscreen lotion containing a 8% PEG-25 PABA sunscreen cream and their urinary excretion was controlled from the moment of application until the excreted amounts were no longer detectable.  相似文献

A recently reported symmetry breaking of density profiles of fluid argon confined by two parallel solid walls of carbon dioxide is studied. The calculations are performed in the framework of a nonlocal density functional theory. It is shown that the existence of such asymmetrical solutions is restricted to a special choice for the adsorption potential, where the attraction of the solid-fluid interaction is reduced by the introduction of a hard-wall repulsion. The behavior as a function of the slit's width is also discussed. All the results are placed in the context of the current knowledge on this matter.  相似文献

An efficient and convenient synthesis of new fluorinated and non-fluorinated uracils is described herein. The condensation of nitriles with enolates generated from 2-alkyl-Δ2-oxazolines (I) affords fluorinated β-enamino acid derivatives, which react with triphosgene to give an isomeric mixture of oxazolopyrimidinones. These can then be easily transformed into a single C-6 pyrimidindione derivative through reaction with a suitable nucleophile.  相似文献

The preparation of N-methylpyrazoles is usually accomplished through reaction of a suitable 1,3-diketone with methylhydrazine in ethanol as the solvent. This strategy, however, leads to the formation of regioisomeric mixtures of N-methylpyrazoles, which sometimes are difficult to separate. We have determined that the use of fluorinated alcohols such as 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol (TFE) and 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol (HFIP) as solvents dramatically increases the regioselectivity in the pyrazole formation, and we have used this modification in a straightforward synthesis of fluorinated analogs of Tebufenpyrad with acaricide activity.  相似文献

Some new chiral cyclohexyl based fluorescent anion receptors have been synthesized and their absolute configuration has been determined by using circular dichroism (CD). Complexation experiments have been carried out with several dicarboxylates, and stoichiometries and complexation constants for the corresponding complexes have been determined. The chiral discrimination ability of these ligands for chiral dicarboxylates has been studied and the best results have been obtained with TMA aspartate.  相似文献
