Gold nanoparticles have unique and excellent medical and nonmedical properties and application compared with other metallic nanoparticles. Recently, they have been used for the prevention, control, and treatment of bacterial and fungal diseases. In the recent study, fresh and clean leaves of Allium noeanum Reut. ex Regel leaves have been used for the synthesis of gold nanoparticles. Also, we evaluated the cytotoxicity, antioxidant, and antibacterial properties of HAuCl4, A. noeanum, and the synthesized nanoparticles (Au NPs). These nanoparticles were analyzed by FT‐IR, UV, XRD, EDS, FE‐SEM, and TEM tests. FTIR results offered antioxidant compounds in the plant were the sources of reducing power, reducing gold ions to Au NPs. In TEM images revealed an average diameter of 10‐30 nm. At the beginning of biological experiments, DPPH free radical scavenging test was carried out to examine the antioxidant property. Also, in the bacterial part of this study, the concentration of HAuCl4, A. noeanum, and AuNPs with minimum dilution and no turbidity was considered MIC. To determine MBC, 60 μL of MIC and three preceding chambers were cultured on Muller Hinton Agar. The minimum concentration with no bacterial growth was considered MBC. Au NPs revealed excellent antioxidant potential against DPPH, non‐toxicity property against human umbilical vein endothelial cells, and antibacterial activities against Streptococcus pneumonia, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus saprophyticus, Salmonella typhimurium, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella flexneri, and Escherichia coli O157:H7. These findings show that the inclusion of A. noeanum extract improves the solubility of Au NPs, which led to a notable enhancement in the antioxidant and antibacterial effects. 相似文献

In this work, an easily obtained procedure was successfully implemented to prepare novel palladium nanoparticles decorated on triethanolammonium chloride ionic liquid‐functionalized TiO2 nanoparticles [TiO2/IL‐Pd]. Different methods were carried out for characterizations of the synthesized nanocatalyst (HR‐TEM, XPS, XRD, FE‐SEM, EDX, FT‐IR and ICP). TiO2/IL‐Pd indicated good catalytic activity for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction of arylboronic acid with different aryl halides in aqueous media at ambient temperature. The recycled catalyst was investigated with ICP to amount of Pd leaching after 6 times that had diminished slightly, Thus, was confirmed that the nanocatalyst has a good sustainability for C–C Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction. The catalyst can be conveniently separated by filtration of the reaction mixture and reused for 6 times without significant loss of its activity. Biotransformation is the structural modification of compounds using enzymes as the catalysts and it plays a key role in the synthesis of pharmaceutically important compounds. 10β,17β‐Dihydroxy‐17α‐methylestr‐4‐en‐3‐one dihydrate, C19H28O3·2H2O, was obtained from the fungal biotransformation of methyloestrenolone. The structure was refined using the classical independent atom model (IAM) and a transferred multipolar atom model using the ELMAM2 database. The results from the two refinements have been compared. The ELMAM2 refinement has been found to be superior in terms of the refinement statistics. It has been shown that certain electron‐density‐derived properties can be calculated on the basis of the transferred parameters for crystals which diffract to ordinary resolution. 相似文献

Optical chaos propagation has few constraints peculiar to itself which do not become as significant in conventional nonchaotic optical communication. We have investigated the effects of transmission fiber nonlinearities, dispersion and noise of erbium doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) on chaotic signal synchronization in lumped and distributed configuration. It is found that the effects of fiber dispersion can be easily compensated; however, the effects of fiber nonlinearity on chaos cannot be overdone and must be avoided. Three distinct configurations with different combinations of standard telecommunication fiber, dispersion compensation fiber and lumped and distributed EDF for amplification are analysed. The results are compared in terms of sync diagrams and noise figure. The chaos after propagation through distributed amplification performs better as compared to lumped amplification. Also, a new quantitative measure for the calculation of deviation in sync diagram of chaos is introduced. 相似文献

AbstractCarbazole analogs 3 and 4 and a new library of bicarbazole-linked triazoles 6–11 were prepared via new synthetic methodology. Metal-catalyzed oxidative coupling reaction was utilized for the synthesis of bicarbazole acetylene 4 and different metals (Zn+2, Co+2, Fe+3, Ni+2, Cu+2, Mn+2) as catalyst were screened. Only Fe-catalyzed reaction was found to be excellent and gave homocoupled product 4. Cu-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition was also utilized to install triazole moiety for the synthesis of hybrid molecules 6–11. Based on reported anti-inflammatory activity of carbazole and triazole scaffolds, all compounds were screened for their reactive oxygen species (ROS) inhibitory potential. Results from these studies revealed triazole 9 as most active compound (IC50 value of 7.6?±?0.1?µg/mL on human whole blood and 2.7?±?0.09?µg/mL on isolated neutrophils) using ibuprofen as a standard. For making stable dispersions of graphitic carbon black (Monarch 700), the effectiveness of three dispersants/polymers (hypermer LP1, hypermer B246, and OLOA 11000) in xylene is investigated. Hypermer LP1 (polyhydroxystearic acid) is a homopolymer and hypermer B246 (PEG 30-dipolyhydroxystearate) is a polyhydroxystearic acid/polyethylene oxide/polyhydroxystearic acid ABA block copolymer, while OLOA 11000 (polyisobutylene succinimide) has a polar head group (polyamine) attached to a hydrocarbon chain (polyisobutylene). Well-dispersed graphitic carbon black dispersions were prepared using dispersants at optimum concentrations. Percolation threshold and rheological threshold were determined by analyzing the variations in electrical conductivity and elastic modulus with concentration of carbon black. Above threshold concentration, scaling law was applied to experimental data of rheology (dynamic measurements) and electrical conductivity measurements to evaluate quality of the system. Effectiveness of polymers was investigated on the basis of value of critical exponent (t and t′, respectively) in scaling power law. Hypermer LP1 was proved to be a poor dispersant for Monarch 700 dispersions while other two polymers were found to be effective stabilizers. 相似文献
