双波长吸光光度法测定磷矿中氧化镁

以EGTA－Ba和SO4^2-为联合掩蔽体系，有效地消除因大量钙存在而产生的干扰。在PH10．2硼砂缓溶液中，镁与偶氮氯磷Ⅰ形成稳定络合物，用自制的双波长分光光度仪，在组合波长570nm和500nm下，用于磷矿中镁的测定。不需分离，方法简单，快速，结构满意。     

Semidifferential electroanalysis with a solid working electrode

Semidifferential electroanalysis is described for hexacyanoferrate(III), dichromate, copper(II), p-aminophenol, p-benzoquinone, m-dinitrobenzene, guanine, guanosine, adenine, and adenosine at a stationary solid working electrode. Nearly symmetrical, peaked curves are obtained for the electrode processes of all the samples investigated. The predicted dependence of peak height and peak potential on concentration, electrode area, and potential scan rate are confirmed-experimentally for the glassy carbon disk electrode. It is demonstrated that the technique with the solid working electrode provides higher sensitivity and better resolution than ordinary linear sweep voltammetry. The sensitivity is somewhat worse than in differential pulse voltammetry, but the technique has the advantage of Speed.     

烟草及烟草制品总挥发酸的测定--连续流动法

采用连续流动方法测定烟草及其制品中的总挥发酸,详细研究了测定条件.结果表明最大吸收波长为350 nm,标准乙酸溶液在0.086～4.0 μg/mL的范围内服从比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数为1.174×104L·mol-1·cm-1,对烟草中挥发酸的检出限为0.012mg/g,相关系数为0.999 5,测定范围为0.12～5.0mg/g.方法具有很好的灵敏度和较高的精密度.

新工科项目“地方(行业)高校化学类专业应对产业变化的升级改造研究与实践”的实施

This "emerging engineering education (3E)" project "Upgrade and Practice of Chemistry-related Majors of Local and/or Specialized University Responding to the Industry Changes" was supported by the Ministry of Education. To aim at the issue of how to upgrade the chemistry-related majors of a local and/or specialized university responding to industry changes, an investigation on local regional economy and industry changes was carried out, the capability requirements of 3E for talents were analyzed, and the training objectives, graduation requirements as well as the new teaching models were also studied for the major to meet the future requirements. The practical experience for 3E construction of chemistry-related majors by selected universities was suggested.     

依文思蓝光度法测定阿昔洛韦及其分析应用

在pH 5.74 HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中, 阿昔洛韦(ACV)与依文思蓝(EB)反应形成离子缔合物, 溶液颜色发生明显改变, 最大褪色波长为638 nm. 在此波长处, 阿昔洛韦的浓度与褪色程度呈良好线性关系, 从而建立测定阿昔洛韦的光度法. 在最大褪色波长处, 阿昔洛韦的浓度在0～2.01×10-5 mol/L范围内遵守比尔定律, 表观摩尔吸光系数1.71×104 L·mol-1·cm-1, 检出限为7.47×10-7 mol/L. 方法具有较高的灵敏度和良好的选择性, 可用于实际药品、血浆及尿液中阿昔洛韦的测定.     

Fluorescence modification of Gb3 oligosaccharide and rapid synthesis of oligosaccharide moieties using fluorous protective group

The use of the bisfluorous chain-type propanoyl (Bfp) group as a fluorous protective group made it possible to rapidly synthesize the Gb2 and Gb3 oligosaccharide derivatives by a simple fluorous-organic extraction purification. Furthermore, the fluorescence-labeled Gb2 and Gb3 oligosaccharides were prepared as a potential Vero Toxins detecting reagent.     

Synthetic studies toward maytansinoids (2) a new strategy based on asymmetric induction by heteroconjugate addition of methyllithium onto pyranosyl hetero-olefins

The functionalized pyranosyl hetero-olefins $\text{4a}$, $\text{13}$ and $\text{15}$ received a remarkable diastereoselective addition of methyllithium to form $\text{threo}$ adducts, one of which was introduced into a possible synthetic intermediate as $\text{3}$ for maytansine ($\text{1}$) along Scheme I.
