A number of fluorescent 3-aryl-1-methylquinolinones 3 were synthesized by the regiospecific photocoupling reaction of 3-halo-1-methylquinolinones 1 with aromatic and heteroaromatic compounds 2 . An unusual photocoupling product 4 was obtained in the photolysis of 3-iodo-1-methylquinolinone in the presence of benzene. The structure of 4 was unequivocally established by an X-ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

The McLafferty-type rearrangements, which are the most facile fragmentation for the styryl- and the alkyl propenyl sulfoxides, have been proven to involve at least a β-hydrogen by deuterium labelling studies. γ-Hydrogen also rearranges, yet a cyclopropane instead of an alkene is eliminated. Furthermore, alkyl propenyl sulfoxides undergo hydrogen migration only to the surfinyl oxygen.  相似文献

A modified method has been developed to purify retine from pig liver. The crude extract of retine can be separated into five fractions by paper chromatography, each of them having been tested for the effect on the proliferation of protozoal Tetrahymena Pyriformis. One of the fractions, G3, has the strongest effect. The present results show that G3 fraction showed positive reactions toward 2,4-dinitro-phenyl hydrazine, ethylene diamine, and ninhydrin. The isolation and identification of eleven crystalline components from the aerial part of Cynanchum taiwanianum Yamazaki (Asclepiadaceae) are described. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral evidence and chemical transformation. Besides caffeic acid, β-amyrin, and methyl phaeophorbide a, the isolated flavonoid components are classified into two groups, i.e. kaempferol derivatives (kaempferol, astragalin, afzelin, trifolin) and quercetin derivatives (quercetin, isoquercitrin, quercitrin, hyperin).  相似文献

In-beam and matrix-isolation techniques have been used in the mass spectral studies of several categories of biologically significant compounds. These include amino acids, quaternary ammonium salts, vitamins and nucleosides. Molecular ions and/or (M+H)+ions are obtained, together with useful fragmentations, all of which are valuable in structural elucidations. Spectra obtained by this version of the in-beam technique are similar but not identical with those obtained by field desorption and secondary ion mass spectrometry. Ammonium and sodium chlorides, ammonium sulfate, p-toluenesulfonic and hydrochloric acids can all be used as a room temperature matrix. The detection limits for vitamin E and 2′-deoxyguanosine have been determined as 1 ngand 5 μg, respectively.  相似文献

Ab initio molecular orbital theory with the STO-3G and 4-31G basis sets is used to determine the equilibrium geometries, enthalpies of formation, strain energies and spiro-interactions for spiro[3.3]heptane and spiro[3.3]hepta -1,5 - diene. For spiro[3.3]heptane, molecular mechanics calculations suggest that the component cyclobutane rings are puckered to a greater extent than in cyclobutane itself. For spiro[3.3]hepta - 1,5 - diene, STO-3G calculations predict that the component cyclobutene rings deviate slightly from an orthogonal arrangement. Spiro-interactions in spiro[3.3]hepta - 1,5 - diene are revealed by comparing the calculated structural parameters and strain energies with those of appropriate reference systems. The π-orbitals in spiro[3.3]hepta -1,5 -diene are predicted to be split by about 0.4 eV.  相似文献

A novel vanadium(V) phosphate and the arsenate analogue, [(VO(2))(2)(4,4'-bpy)(0.5)(4,4'-Hbpy)(XO(4))].H(2)O (X = P, As; bpy = bipyridine), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. They are the first structurally characterized compounds in the vanadium(V)/4,4'-bpy/phosphate (or arsenate) systems. The two compounds are isostructural and crystallize in the triclinic space group P macro (No. 2) with a = 7.9063(3) A, b = 10.2201(4) A, c = 12.1336(5) A, alpha = 113.4652(7) degrees, beta = 95.7231(7) degrees, gamma = 94.4447(7) degrees, and Z = 2 for the phosphate, and a = 7.8843(6) A, b = 10.3686(7) A, c = 12.2606(9) A, alpha = 113.464(1) degrees, beta = 95.560(1) degrees, gamma = 94.585(1) degrees, and Z = 2 for the arsenate. The structure consists of phosphate-bridged vanadium(V) double chains linked through 4,4'-bpy ligands to form a sheet with the monoprotonated 4,4'-Hbpy(+) ligand being coordinated to the metal atom as a pendent group. The (1)H MAS NMR spectrum exhibits four resonances at 14.2, 9.5, 7.2, and 3.7 ppm with an intensity ratio close to 1:6:6:2, corresponding to three different types of protons in 4,4'-bpy and 4,4'-Hbpy(+) and one type of protons in H(2)O. The peak at 14.2 ppm can be assigned to the proton bonded to the pyridine nitrogen atom, which confirms the presence of 4,4'-Hbpy(+).  相似文献

The influence of natural organic matter (NOM) constituents on contaminant distribution coefficients was evaluated by determining the Koc values of aromatic and aliphatic organic compounds (solutes) with clays modified with both aromatic- and aliphatic-rich organic constituents. The studied compounds consisted of naphthalene, phenanthrene, n-pentane, and 2,3,4-trimethylmethane; the solid samples comprised two clays with little organic content, kaolinite and Ca-montmorillonite. Two aliphatic surfactants and three aromatic dyes, sorbed to the clays, served as reference NOM constituents. For solutes of comparable water solubilities, the organic-carbon normalized distribution coefficients (Koc) of the aliphatic solutes between sorbed aliphatic organic matter and aqueous solution slightly exceed those of the aromatic solutes. By contrast, the aromatic solutes exhibited higher Koc values than did the aliphatic compounds with sorbed aromatic-rich organic matter. The difference in Koc values could be attributed to either comparable solubility parameters or the difference in the chemical structure between nonionic organic solutes and specific components of the simulated NOM. The much higher Koc values observed for the aromatic solutes indicate that the NOM composition is a major factor determining the NOC environmental distribution.  相似文献

The polarography of lead ion in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was investigated in the DMSO concentration range 0–80 vol.%. The complex species identified were Pb2(DMSO)4+3, Pb(DMSO)2+3 and Pb(DMSO)2+6 in [DMSO]<10 vol.%, 10< [DMSO]<43 vol.% and [DMSO]>43 vol.%, respectively. In the presence of pamoic acid, the reduction of lead ion in DMSO was two-electron reversible diffusion-controlled at pH≤6.0, but it became irreversible at pH>6.0. The complex species identified was Pb(Dm)2(Pm)3(OH)6? at pH>6.0. The rate constants of electro-reduction and electro-oxidation, activation energies were determined. The hydrolysis constants of lead ion in dimethyl sulfoxide concentration 40–70 vol.% at pH 4.5–6.0 were found to be of the order of 10?6. The stability constants of the Pb(DMSO)2+3 and Pb(DMSO)2+0 were also determined to be of the orders of 101 and 105, respectively.  相似文献

By means of the addition of Ba into the Bi-Ca-Sr-Cu-O 2122 system, a series of Bi2CaSr2-xBaxCu2O8+δ (0 ≤ × ≤ 2) quinary metal oxides were prepared by the citrate route and by the conventional powder reaction method. The samples prepared by the former method have better properties than the latter. It was found that 5 was not equal to zero for all of them and that it increased with decreasing Tc. Two phases were indentified in the oxides containing all five metal elements. One is the Bi-Ca-Sr-Cu-O 2122 phase, the other is a new insulating phase which probably contains Bi-Ca-Ba-Cu-O with undetermined stoichiometry. Superconductivity was found in those samples for which × ≤ 1.50 with their Tc onsets between 93–78 K by resistivity measurements. Superconductivity decreased monotonically with increasing x. However, residual resistance was found in those samples for which 1.00 ≤ × ≤ 1.50, The Meissner effect appears in the samples where × ≤ 1.00 with Tc onsets between 88–80 K. For x = 1.75 and 2.00, the samples were semiconductors with resistivities of 6.66 × 102 and 6.96 × 103 Ω cm at 290 K, and activation energies of 0.109, and 0.298 eV, respectively.  相似文献
