A concise and efficient, two-step approach toward 4-organoselenyl coumarin derivatives from the easily available 4-hydroxycoumarins, is reported. The synthesis was based on conventional tosylation followed by a tandem selena-Michael addition/β-elimination reaction of an aryl-/benzyl-selenolate anion on the corresponding 4-tosyloxycoumarins. The selenolate anions were conveniently generated in situ by exposure of the corresponding diselenides to NaBH4. Selected compounds demonstrated to exhibit antioxidant properties in mice cortex and hippocampus.  相似文献

The use of casein, starch and bee pollen as biodegradable materials has been promise. The objective of this work was the development and characterization of films containing casein, pollen and starch. The films were obtained by casting process and the solvent evaporation was performed at 40 °C/24 h. The films characterization was carried out by microscopy, thermal analysis, opacity test, mechanical properties and barrier methods. The starch films presented heterogeneous on microscopy analysis. The thermal behaviors of pollen films were similar. The formulation containing only pollen 3% was unable to form film. The introduction of pollen in starch film formulation improved the mechanical characteristic and thermal stability of films.  相似文献

CsPbX3 perovskite nanoplates (PNPLs) were formed in a synthesis driven by SnX4 (X=Cl, Br, I) salts. The role played by these hard Lewis acids in directing PNPL formation is addressed. Sn4+ disturbs the acid–base equilibrium of the system, increasing the protonation rate of oleylamine and inducing anisotropic growth of nanocrystals. Sn4+ cations influence the reaction dynamics owing to complexation with oleylamine molecules. By monitoring the photoluminescence excitation and photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the PNPLs grown at different temperatures, the influence of the thickness on their optical properties is mapped. Time‐resolved and spectrally resolved PL for colloidal dispersions with different optical densities reveals that the dependence of the overall PL lifetime on the emission wavelength do not originate from energy transfer between PNPLs but from the contribution of PNPLs with distinct thickness, indicating that thicker PNPLs exhibit longer PL lifetimes.  相似文献

This study deals with the fabrication and characterization of a pellicular adsorbent appropriate for the expanded bed adsorption (EBA) process. The synthesized adsorbent has an yttria-stabilized zirconia nucleus coated with agarose. Morphological analysis of the coated particles was performed by light-scattering microscopy and showed an average diameter of 197.54 and 202.25 µm, for the nucleus and coated particle, respectively. A screening for the reactive dyes reactive blue 19 (RB19), reactive blue 21 (RB21) and reactive orange 107 (RO107) was performed after immobilization onto the pellicular adsorbent by changing the pH, aiming at finding the binding capacity of these to adsorb bovine serum albumin (BSA). The reactive orange 107 was selected and it was more stable at pH 4.5. Study of the kinetics between BSA and the dye-immobilized particle showed that equilibrium is reached before 1 h. The adsorption isotherm of BSA onto RO107-immobilized adsorbent fitted the Langmuir model showing a qm = 102.328 mg BSA/mL of adsorbent. The pellicular adsorbent also showed good expansion even at a high operating flow rate. Therefore, at a linear velocity as high as 2725 cm/h, a dynamic capacity of 15.7 mg of BSA/mL of adsorbent was obtained.  相似文献

Commercial lipase from Burkholderia cepacia is immobilized on functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT-COOH and MWNT-OH) provided by a physical adsorption. The immobilization processes for the carbon nanotubes are defined using immobilization time (0–30 min) and distinct adsorbent:adsorbate ratios (1:4, 1:7, and 1:10) with lipase loading of 100, 175, and 250 mg, respectively. The characterization of the immobilized preparations, the free lipase, and the pure nanotubes (MWNT-COOH and MWNT-OH) indicate that the lipase adsorption is increased. Thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, and scanning electron microscopy are used. The specific surface area, pore volumes, and average pore diameters are determined by nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherms. For the pure lipase, in the range between 40 and 300 °C, the micrograph is acquired. Experimental results clearly show an effective lipase adsorption in a lower period of time (5 min) in MWNT-COOH and MWNT-OH as well as a decrease in the surface area (98.30–45.9(86)?±?2.5 and 97.61–37.71?±?3.3(7) m2 g?1) and the pore volume (0.48–0.25?±?0.01 and 0.39–0.24?±?0.05 cm3 g?1), indicating that functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes can be successfully used as enzyme support.  相似文献

The study is aimed to evaluate the efficiency of ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) as a simple strategy focused on sample preparation for metal determination in biological samples. The extraction of sodium and potassium extraction was carried out from swine feed followed by determination of the concentration of these metals by flame atomic emission spectrometry (FAES). The experiment was performed to cover the study of the variables influencing the extraction process and its optimal conditions (sample mass, particle size, acid concentration, sonication time and ultrasound power); the determination of these analytical characteristics and method validation using certified reference material; and the analysis of pre-starter diets. The optimal conditions established conditions were as follows: mass: 100 mg, particle size:<60 μm, acid concentration: 0.10 mol L?1 HCl, sonication time: 50 s and ultrasound power: 102 W. The proposed method (UAE) was applied in digestibility assays of those nutrients present in different piglet pre-starter feeds and their results proved to be compatible with those obtained from mineralized samples (P < 0.05). The ultrasound extraction method was demonstrated to be an excellent alternative for handless sampling and operational costs and the method also has the advantage of does not generating toxic residues that may negatively affect human health and contaminate the environment.  相似文献

In this work the copper(II) complexation parameters of aquatic organic matter, aquatic and soil humic substances from Brazilian were determined using a new versatile approach based on a single-stage tangential-flow ultrafiltration (TF-UF) technique (cut-off 1 kDa) and sensitive atomic spectrometry methods. The results regarding the copper(II) complexation capacity and conditional stability constants obtained for humic materials were compared with those obtained using direct potentiometry with a copper-ion-selective electrode. The analytical procedure based on ultrafiltration is a good alternative to determine the complexation parameters in natural organic material from aquatic and soil systems. This approach presents additional advantages such as better sensibility, applicability for multi-element capability, and its possible to be used under natural conditions when compared with the traditional ion-selective electrode.  相似文献
