m-Diethynylbenzene macrocycles (DBMs), buta-1,3-diyne-bridged [4(n)]metacyclophanes, have been synthesized and their self-association behaviors in solution were investigated. Cyclic tetramers, hexamers, and octamers of DBMs having exo-annular octyl, hexadecyl, and 3,6,9-trioxadecyl ester groups were prepared by intermolecular oxidative coupling of dimer units or intramolecular cyclization of the corresponding open-chain oligomers. The aggregation properties were investigated by two methods, the (1)H NMR spectra and the vapor pressure osmometry (VPO). Although some discrepancies were observed between the association constants obtained from the two methods, the qualitative view was consistent with each other. The analysis of self-aggregation by VPO revealed unique aggregation behavior of DBMs in acetone and toluene, which was not elucidated by the NMR method. Namely, the association constants for infinite association are several times larger than the dimerization constant, suggesting that the aggregation is enhanced by the formation of dimers (a nucleation mechanism). In polar solvents, DBMs aggregate more strongly than in chloroform due to the solvophobic interactions between the macrocyclic framework and the solvents. Moreover, DBMs self-associate in aromatic solvents such as toluene and o-xylene more readily than in chloroform. In particular, the hexameric DBM having a large macrocyclic cavity exhibits extremely large association constants in aromatic solvents. By comparing the aggregation properties of DBMs with the corresponding acyclic oligomers, the effect of the macrocyclic structure on the aggregation propensity was clarified. Finally, it turned out that DBMs tend to aggregate more readily than the corresponding phenylacetylene macrocycles, acetylene-bridged [2(n)]metacyclophanes, owing to the withdrawal of the electron density from the aromatic rings by the butadiyne linkages which facilitates pi-pi stacking interactions. 相似文献

In this paper we report the isolation, chemical characterization and structural elucidation of Ansamitocin, a new antitumor antibiotic obtained from Nocardia No. C-15003 (N-1). Ansamitocin P-3, P-3' and P-4 with molecular formulae C32H43ClN2O9, C32H43ClN2O9 and C33H45ClN2O9, respectively, were identified as novel antibiotics. Their UV spectra resemble that of maytansine obtained from a plant source. Analysis of the PMR spectrum and spin-decoup studies of P-3 demonstrated that its skeletal structure was the same as that of maytansine. Reductive cleavage of each antibiotic gave maytansinol (P-0). Alkali hydrolysis of P-3, P-3' and P-4 gave isobutyric, butyric and isovaleric acids, respectively. P-3, P-3' and P-4 were concluded to be the isobutyrate, butyrate and isovalerate ester of maytansinol at C-3, respectively. An antitumor plant product, maytanacine, and its semisynthetic derivative, maytansinol propionate, were also produced by the same strain. 相似文献

Macbecin I 1, C30H42N2O8, and macbecin II 2, C30H44N2O8, were shown to be 2,6-disubstituted benzoquinone and hydroquinone derivatives by an oxidation-reduction relationship, UV. 1H and 13C NMR spectra. Alkaline methanolysis of 1 gave a 2-aminobenzoquinone derivative 5, suggesting an ansa-structure for 1, and acid hydrolysis of 1 gave decarbamoyl products 9,10 and 11, indicative of the location of carbamoyloxy group in allylic position. Spin decoupling studies on 1,3 and 5clarified the partial structures [A], [B], [C] and [D]. From their mutual disposition two structures 1a and 1b, were proposed out of which 1a has been selected for the structure of 1 on the basis of the structure of oxidative degradation product 12. X-Ray analysis of the bromoacetyl derivative of 1 confirmed the above proposed structure and determined the absolute stereochemistry of 1 and 2. 相似文献

Tautomeric structures of the title compounds in neutral and acidic media are discussed. In neutral solutions 3 and 4 exist as structure A and E, respectively. In weakly acidic methanol 3 exists as monocation H, whereas in aqueous solution as monocation G. In both strongly acidic aqueous and methanolic solutions 3 exists as dication K. On the other hand, 4 exists in weakly acidic and strongly acidic media as monocation L and dication M, respectively. The above conclusion can be extended to the 6-phenyl and 6-(3′-indolyl) derivatives of 3 as well as Cypridina luceferin (1) in aqueous and methanolic solutions. 相似文献

Glow discharge polymerization between hexamethyldisilazane (HMDSZ) and trimethylsilyldimethylamine (TMSDMA) was compared by means of infrared spectroscopy and ESCA analysis. Infrared spectra pointed out differences in chemical structure between the polymers prepared from the two monomers, although the two polymers were mainly composed of resembling units such as Si? CH3, Si? CH2, Si? H, Si? O? Si, and Si? O? C groups: (i) The polymers prepared from TMSDMA contained N → O group, but the polymers from HMDSZ did not contain this group. (ii) Influences of the W/FM parameter (W is the input energy of rf power, F the flow rate of the monomer, and M the molecular weight of the monomer) appeared on decreasing the C? N group and increasing the C?O group in the TMSDMA system, but little influence appeared in the HMDSZ system. ESCA spectra (C1s, Si2p, and N1s core levels) supported the differences between the two polymers elucidated by infrared spectroscopy, and pointed out differences in susceptibility of the Si? N bond to plasma: The N? Si sequence of TMSDMA was completely ruptured in discharge to yield polymers, and the Si? NH? Si sequence of HMDSZ remained in considerable amount. 相似文献

Five-membered metallacyclic alkynes that have no substituents adjacent to the triple bond have been synthesized, isolated, and structurally characterized. Zirconocene dichlorides, Cp'2ZrCl2 (Cp' = C5H5, C5H4-t-Bu), reacted with 1,4-dichlorobut-2-yne in the presence of magnesium to give 1-zirconacyclopent-3-yne compounds (5 (a) Cp' = C5H5, (b) Cp' = C5H4-t-Bu) that have a -CH2CCCH2- moiety in good yields. They are stable enough to be isolated in a pure form, despite the absence of substituents. 5a reacted with an equimolar amount of Cp2Zr(but-1-ene)(PMe3) to produce a bimetallic complex in which the zirconacyclopentyne coordinates to the other zirconocene moiety as an alkyne. 相似文献

A novel preparation approach for high‐performance polyimide gels that are swollen or have a jungle‐gym‐type structure is proposed. A new rigid and symmetric trifunctional amine, 1,3,5‐tris(4‐aminophenyl)benzene (TAPB), was synthesized as a crosslinker. Three different kinds of amic acid oligomers derived from pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), 4,4′‐oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA), p‐phenylenediamine (PDA), and 4,4′‐oxydianiline (ODA) were end‐crosslinked with TAPB at a high temperature to make polyimide networks with different structures. Transparent polyimide gels were obtained from the ODPA–ODA/TAPB series with high compression moduli of about 1 MPa at their equilibrium swollen states in N‐methylpyrrolidone. Microscopic phase separation occurred during the gelation–imidization process when polyimide networks were generated from PMDA–PDA/TAPB and PMDA–ODA/TAPB. After these opaque polyimide networks were dried, a jungle‐gym‐like structure was obtained for the PMDA–PDA/TAPB and PMDA–ODA/TAPB series; that is, there was a high void content inside the networks (up to 70%) and little volume shrinkage. These polyimide networks did not expand but absorbed the solvent and showed moduli as high as those of solids. Therefore, using the highly rigid crosslinker TAPB combined with the flexible monomers ODPA and ODA and the rigid monomers PMDA and PDA, we prepared swollen, high‐performance polyimide gels and jungle‐gym‐type polyimide networks, respectively. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A GaCl3-catalyzed reaction of alpha,beta-unsaturated ketones with isocyanides leading to the formation of unsaturated lactone derivatives is described. This is the first example of the catalytic [4+1] cycloaddition of alpha,beta-unsaturated ketones and isocyanides. In the photochemical denitrogenation of 1,4‐diaryl‐2,3‐diazabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane ( AZ6 ) bearing sterically hindered substituents, a curious new absorption band at about 450 nm was observed under low‐temperature matrix conditions, together with the previously well‐characterized planar singlet diradical pl‐1 DR6 with λmax=≈580 nm. The 450 nm species was electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR)‐silent. Instead of generating the planar diradical pl‐1 DR6 and the precursor azoalkane AZ6 upon warming, the ring‐closed bicyclo[2.1.0]pentane derivative SB6 , that is, the AZ6 denitrogenation product was identified. Based on product analysis, low‐temperature spectroscopic observations, high‐level quantum‐mechanical computations, viscosity effect, and laser‐flash photolysis, the puckered singlet diradicaloid puc‐1 DR6 was assigned to the new 450 nm absorption. The latter was detected experimentally at the same time as the planar singlet diradical pl‐1 DR6 . Sterically demanding substituents as well as viscosity impediments were essential for the detection of the experimentally hitherto unknown puckered singlet cyclopentane‐1,3‐diyl diradicaloid puc‐1 DR6 , that is, the third isomer in homolysis. The present findings should stimulate future work on the mechanistically fascinating stereoselectivity documented in the formation of bicyclo[2.1.0]pentanes during the 2,3‐diazabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane denitrogenation. 相似文献
