含氰基侧基聚芳醚砜的合成与表征

汉２，６－二卤苯甲腈、４，４′－二氯二苯砜、４，４′－二羟基二苯砜、间苯二酚、对苯二酚、酚酞及双酚Ａ为主要原料，合成了含不同结构单元和不同氰基含量的含氰基侧基的聚芳醚砜，并采用ＩＲ、＾１３ＣＮＭＲ等分析手段对其结构进行了表征，同时研究了结构单元和氰基含量对聚芳醚砜性能的影响。     

吲哚衍生物与花生酸混合LB膜的制备及结构研究

本文将3-三氰基乙烯基-N-十六烷基吲哚与花生酸混合制成单分子膜。不同摩尔比混合膜的π-A曲线均出现平台,表明膜压缩过程中分子排列相态发生变化。混合LB膜的紫外吸收光谱证明吲哚分子形成聚集体,X-射线衍射结果说明这种聚集体被夹带在花生酸的框架结构中。

An electrochemical investigation on (MoO<Subscript>3</Subscript>+PVP+PVA) nanobelts for lithium batteries

Molybdenum trioxide (MoO₃) xerogel films modified with poly(vinyl alcohol)+poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP+PVA) polyblends were obtained by ion-exchange method with sol-gel technique. Investigations were conducted using X-ray “diffractometry”, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. The results show that the H atoms in polyblend are H-bonded with the O atoms in the Mo=O bonds of MoO₃ xerogel, which effectively shield the electrostatic interaction between MoO₃ interlayer and Li⁺ ions when MoO₃ xerogel is modified by the intercalation of (PVP+PVA). The reversibility of the insertion/extraction of Li⁺ ions is greatly improved by the modification with polyblend of MoO₃ nanocomposite films. MoO₃ and (PVP+PVA) _x MoO₃ (x = 0, 0.5) nanobelts were obtained by a simple hydrothermal process from MoO₃ sol. The electrochemical cells with configuration Li/(LiPF₆+EC+DMC)/MoO₃ modified by (PVP+PVA) were fabricated and their discharge profiles studied.     

电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定杨树叶中铜锌铅镍

研究了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)的仪器工作参数,溶液提升速率为2.4 mL.min-1,雾室压力为2.07×105Pa,观测高度为16 mm。用浓硝酸1 mL作样品的消化剂。用此方法测定杨树叶标准物质(GBW 07604)中铜、锌、铅、镍,相对误差在0.54%~9.3%之间,加标回收率在97.9%~101.0%之间。     

Electrochemical study on the keto-enol tautomerization of p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid in aqueous solution

The keto-enol tautomerization of p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid (pHPP) in aqueous solutions and the complexation reaction between enolic pHPP and boric acid have been studied by electrochemical techniques including linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), pulse voltammetry, and cyclic voltammetry (CV), combining with UV spectrometry. Electrochemical techniques reveal that in aqueous solution, there are two tautomers of pHPP: enolic form and ketonic form; the former exists mainly in freshly prepared pHPP solution, and the latter exists mainly in equilibrium solution. Both enolic and ketonic pHPP are electroactive. The electrochemical oxidation of enolic pHPP gives rise to two anodic waves, I(a) and II(a), while the electrochemical oxidation of ketonic pHPP only results in the observation of the second wave II(a). The oxidation process I(a) is revealed to be associated with the quasi-reversible, two-electron two-proton oxidation of "C=C"group at the side chain of enolic pHPP, and the oxidation process II(a) is proposed to result from the irreversible oxidation of phenolic hydroxyl group. It is observed that in aqueous solution, enolic pHPP can quickly complex with boric acid to yield enol-borate complex that can also oxidize at a glassy carbon electrode to yield an anodic wave.

研究了(CH_3C_5H_4)_3Ln·THF (Ln = Sm,Ho,Tb,Yb)与环戊二烯高产率生成 (C_5H_5)_3Ln·THF的新反应。反应产物经过了元素分析、质谱和X射线的表征。产 物(C_5H_5)_3Ln·THF的特征结构参数,如五元碳环的碳原子与中心金属的平均距 离,五元碳环质心与中心金属距离,配位的四氢呋喃氧原子与中心金属距离,由于 “镧系收缩现象”,随着中心原子序数的增加而减小。     

Simultaneous determination of N-butylscopolamine and oxazepam in pharmaceutical formulations by first-order digital derivative spectrophotometry

A simple method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of N-butylscopolamine bromide and oxazepam in pharmaceutical formulations using first-order digital derivative spectrophotometry. Acetonitrile was selected as the solvent in which both compounds showed well-defined bands. Both analytes showed good stability in this solvent when solutions of the analytes were exposed to light and temperatures between 20 degrees and 80 degrees C. The simultaneous determination of both drugs was performed by the zero-crossing method at 226.0 and 257.0 nm for N-butylscopolamine and oxazepam, respectively. The linear range of determination was found to be 2.5 x 10(-7) to 8.0 x 10(-5) mol/L for N-butylscopolamine and 7.1 x 10(-8) to 8.0 x 10(-5) mol/L for oxazepam. A very good level of repeatability (relative standard deviation) of 0.2% was observed for N-butylscopolamine and oxazepam. The ingredients commonly found in pharmaceutical formulations do not interfere. The proposed method was applied to the determination of these drugs in pharmaceutical formulations (capsules).
