This work reports the synthesis of a series of (1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)carbohydrazides (2), which were obtained from 4-trichloroacetyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles (1). Triazoles 1 were synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction, starting from 4-alkoxy-1,1,1-trichloroalk-3-en-2-ones and benzyl azides and easily (15 min) converted to 2 by reaction with hydrazine hydrate (73–82% yield). Carbohydrazides 2 proved to be a versatile building block for constructing a series of fluorinated heterocycles analogous to rufinamide, i.e., 1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles, a pyrrole derivative, and a 2-pyrazoline, through [4+1]–, [1+4]–, and [3+2]–cyclocondensation reactions, respectively. Finally, and according to the Lipinski’s rule of five, 2,6-difluorobenzylated 1,2,3-triazoles can be considered as potential candidates for further biological activity assays.  相似文献

Poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG 4000) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) were investigated with the purpose of evaluating their influence on enzymatic hydrolysis of sugarcane bagasse. Effects of these supplements were assayed for different enzymatic cocktails (Trichoderma harzianum and Penicillium funiculosum) that acted on lignocellulosic material submitted to different pretreatment methods with varying solid (25 and 100 g/L) and protein (7.5 and 20 mg/g cellulose) loadings. The highest levels of glucose release were achieved using partially delignified cellulignin as substrate, along with the T. harzianum cocktail: increases of 14 and 18 % for 25 g/L solid loadings and of 33 and 43 % for 100 g/L solid loadings were reached for BSA and PEG supplementation, respectively. Addition of these supplements could maintain hydrolysis yield even for higher solid loadings, but for higher enzymatic cocktail protein loadings, increases in glucose release were not observed. Results indicate that synergism might occur among these additives and cellulase and xylanases. The use of these supplements, besides depending on factors such as pretreatment method of sugarcane bagasse, enzymatic cocktails composition, and solid and protein loadings, may not always lead to positive effects on the hydrolysis of lignocellulosic material, making it necessary further statistical studies, according to process conditions.  相似文献

We have investigated, using first‐principles calculations, the role of a substitutional carbon atom on the geometric stability of boron nitride monolayers, nanotubes, and nanocones. It is shown that the formation of energy depends on the number of atoms for the monolayers and on the diameter for the tubes. It is also found, for the carbon‐doped boron nitride nanotubes, that the value for the strain energy approaches the one obtained for nondoped tubes with increasing diameter. For the structural stability, we have verified that the doping, which introduces an excess of nitrogen or boron, makes each structure more favorable in its reverse atmosphere, i.e., excess of nitrogen is more stable in a boron‐rich growth environment, whereas excess of boron is preferred in a nitrogen‐rich condition. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A copper phthalocyanine/multiwalled carbon nanotube film‐modified glassy carbon electrode has been used for the determination of the herbicide glyphosate (Gly) at ?50 mV vs. SCE by electrochemical oxidation using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy showed that Gly is adsorbed on the metallic centre of the copper phthalocyanine molecule, with formation of Gly‐copper ion complexes. An analytical method was developed using DPV in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution, without any pretreatment steps: Gly was determined in the concentration range of 0.83–9.90 μmol L?1, with detection limit 12.2 nmol L?1 (2.02 μg L?1).  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to verify the occurrence of pigment dispersion in retinal pigment cells exposed to UVA and UVB radiation, and to investigate the possible participation of a nitric oxide (NO) pathway. Retinal pigment cells from Neohelice granulata were obtained by cellular dissociation. Cells were analyzed for 30 min in the dark (control) and then exposed to 1.1 and 3.3 J cm−2 UVA, 0.07 and 0.9 J cm−2 UVB, 20 n m β-PDH (pigment dispersing hormone) or 10 μ m SIN-1 (NO donor). Histological analyses were performed to verify the UV effect in vivo . Cultured cells were exposed to 250 μ m L-NAME (NO synthase blocker) and afterwards were treated with UVA, UVB or β-PDH. The retinal cells in culture displayed significant pigment dispersion in response to UVA, UVB and β-PDH. The same responses to UVA and UVB were observed in vivo . SIN-1 did not induce pigment dispersion in the cell cultures. l-NAME significantly decreased the pigment dispersion induced by UVA and UVB but not by β-PDH. All retinal cells showed an immunopositive reaction against neuronal nitric oxide synthases. Therefore, UVA and UVB radiation are capable of inducing pigment dispersion in retinal pigment cells of Neohelice granulata and this dispersion may be nitric oxide synthase dependent.  相似文献

We show how to simulate the equatorial section of the Schwarzschild metric through a flowing liquid crystal in its nematic phase. Inside a liquid crystal in the nematic phase, a traveling light ray feels an effective metric, whose properties are linked to perpendicular and parallel refractive indexes, n o and n e respectively, of the rod-like molecule of the liquid crystal. As these indexes depend on the scalar order parameter of the liquid crystal, the Beris-Edwards hydrodynamic theory is used to connect the order parameter with the velocity of a liquid crystal flow at each point. This way we calculate a radial velocity profile that simulates the equatorial section of the Schwarzschild metric, in the region outside of Schwarzschild’s radius, in the nematic phase of the liquid crystal. In our model, the higher flow velocity can be on the order of some meters per second.  相似文献
