A new synthetic pathway of A–B–A tri-block copolyether which is composed of a hydrophilic poly(oxyethylene) unit as an A part and a hydrophobic poly(oxy-2-methyl-trimethylene) unit as a B part is proposed. Telechelic α-tosyl-ω-tosyloxypoly(oxy-2-methyl-trimethylene) derived from tosylation of poly(oxy-2-methyl-trimethylene glycol) (PMTG) was allowed to react with poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) in the presence of sodium hydroxide. Tg of the resulting A–B–A tri-block copolyether (PEMG) (M?n = 1600) was ?72°C and its specific gravity [D415] was 1.055.  相似文献

Some water-soluble organic iodine compounds (aqueous solution) can be analyzed for iodine by isotopically exchanging with labelled elementary iodine (organic solution). The method is applicable to exchange systems in which the rate of the exchange is rather small but measurable, before the exchange equilibrium is attained. The iodine content of iodoaromatic amino acids such as 5-iodouracil and 3,5-diiodotyrosine can be determined within an error of ±4%.  相似文献

An exothermic phenomenon and a simultaneous rapid evolution of a small amount of carbon dioxide at ?500°C during thermal decomposition of hydromagnesite 4 MgCO3 · Mg(OH)2 · 4 H2O was studied by isothermal DSCTG in a carbon dioxide atmosphere. It was quantitatively confirmed that the exothermic phenomenon was due to crystallization of MgCO3 from the amorphous phase and that the evolution of carbon dioxide was due to decomposition of the MgCO3 by the heat of crystallization (?3.4 kcal mole?1.  相似文献

A continuous-flow hydride generator is modified and miniaturized for the determination of picogram amounts of arsenic by atomic absorption spectrometry. A 300-μl sample is dropped into a teflon cup and pumped into an alkaline sodium tetrahydroborate stream, which is acidified in a reaction coil. The evolved hydride is swept with argon through a phase separator into an electrically-heated quartz absorption cell and the absorbance is recorded. To eliminate differences in sensitivity between arsenic(III) and arsenic(V) without prereduction by potassium iodide, it is important that arsenic(V) be mixed with tetrahydroborate prior to mixing with hydrochloric acid. The method has a detection limit of 0.08 ng As ml?1 (24 pg) and the calibrations is linear up to 50 ng As ml?1. The relative standard deviation for 10 replicate measurements is 5.4% for 0.5 ng As ml?1. The addition of potassium iodide and hydroxylamine is confirmed to be effective in minimizing some interferences. The sampling rate is 90 h?1. Results for NBS biological and steel reference materials demonstrate applicability of the technique.  相似文献

The physical adsorption method proposed previously has been successfully applied to a monolithic silica column. By virtue of the physical adsorption, a chiral stationary phase of avidin was prepared onto the silica monolith. The phase ratio of resulting stationary phase was evaluated with frontal analysis. The method proved to be comparable in phase ratio to the chemical bonding methods used in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Enantiomer separations were carried out in capillary electrochromatography (CEC) and capillary liquid chromatography (CLC) modes. Due to its larger phase ratio, the resulting column showed more powerful separation capability as compared to open-tubular CEC (OTCEC). Twelve chiral compounds were baseline-resolved. The resulting column showed high separation efficiency, with average theoretical plate numbers of 66 000/m for CLC and 122 000/m for CEC. Good reproducibility was observed, with RSD value less than 1.3% for retention time, retention factor and separation factor, and less than 6.6% for plate counts and resolution (n = 40). Fast separations were achieved with a short column. The test enantiomers were baseline-resolved within 4 min under CLC and CEC modes. In addition, field-enhanced sample injection (FESI) was coupled to CLC as well as CEC to improve the detection sensitivity.  相似文献

Efficient routes to hitherto unknown 1d-2,5-di-azido-di-deoxy-allo-inositol, 1d-2,5-di-amino-di-deoxy-allo-inositol, 1l-1-azido-1-deoxy-chiro-inositol and 1l-1-amino-1-deoxy-chiro-inositol were developed by using cheaply available myo-inositol as the starting material. Preliminary investigations on the enzyme inhibitory properties were done. The methodology reported is amenable to gram scale synthesis and thus can find application in natural product synthesis.  相似文献

In vitro biomimetic mineralization by means of nanotechnology allows the formation of calcium carbonate polymorphs at low temperatures (<25 degrees C) under a CO(2) atmosphere of 500-1500 ppm. A two-dimensional zinc-ion ordered array (zinc array), which acts as an active-site mimic of carbonic anhydrase, has been prepared by immersing the self-organized monolayer of 3-(2-imidazolin-1-y)propyltriethosilane on mica (ImSi substrate) into aqueous zinc solution. The zinc array mounted on the ImSi substrate catalyzed the conversion from CO(2) to HCO(3) (-), and accelerated the formation of calcium carbonate. In situ X-ray diffraction data of the formed calcium carbonate on the poly(L-aspartate)-coated chitin substrate (pAsp substrate), with calcium ion-recognition sites, demonstrated that the interaction between the zinc array and pAsp substrates formed both vaterite and calcite at low temperature (15 degrees C) and mainly vaterite at 25 degrees C; this interaction also controlled the morphology of calcium carbonate formed on pAsp substrate.  相似文献

Cds nanoparticles, prepared in a reverse micellar system, were immobilized directly onto alkanedithiol-modified Zn-doped silica particles, which were themselves prepared via hydrolysis of tetraethylorthosilicate in the presence of Zn(NO(3))(2) followed by contact with dithiol molecules. The resulting CdS-Zn-SiO(2) composite was then used as a photocatalyst for the generation of H(2) from 2-propanol aqueous solution. Under UV irradiation (lambda>300 nm), a high photocatalytic activity was observed for the CdS-Zn-SiO(2) composite material. This is effected by electron transfer from the photoexcited ZnS (dithiol-bonded Zn on SiO(2)) to CdS nanoparticles. The photocatalytic activity is increased with a decrease in the number of methylene groups in the dithiol molecules, according to the rank order 1,10-decanedithiol <1,6-hexanedithiol <1,2-ethanedithiol.  相似文献

Polyclonal Immunoglobulin (Ig) G from patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and healthy subjects hydrolyzed carbobenzoxy−Val−Gly−Arg p-nitroanilide and D−Pro−Phe−Arg p-nitroanilide. RA IgG exhibited higher activity against the former substrate, but not the latter. On the other hand, RA IgG showed reduced activity against D−Pro−Phe−Arg methylcoumarinamide, when compared with those of the healthy controls. These results suggest that RA IgGs differ from normal IgGs in the substrate specificity of amidase activity. Preliminary studies have shown that two out of three RA IgG samples cleaved a pentapeptide—Gln−Arg−Arg−Arg−Ala−Ala— which is assumed to be associated with the risk of developing RA (Gregersen, P. K. et al. (1987), Arthritis Rheum. 30, 1205–1213). By contrast, virtually no cleavage of the same peptide was observed with IgG from healthy controls. A peptide analog, Gln−Arg−Arg−Trp−Ala, was not cleaved at all by any IgGs examined either from RA patients or healthy controls.  相似文献

The mass spectra of three bicyclic γ-lactones have been studied, and the fragmentation pathways have been proposed with the aid of accurate mass measurements and metastable transitions. An unusually low [M ? CH3] ion and the presence of an abundant [M ? C5H9] ion in the mass spectrum of dihydroactinidiolide were interpreted as a possible rearrangement involving a methyl migration. The eliminations of methyl radical, carbon monoxide and ketene are important processes in many cases.  相似文献
