We propose a primal-dual splitting algorithm for solving monotone inclusions involving a mixture of sums, linear compositions,
and parallel sums of set-valued and Lipschitzian operators. An important feature of the algorithm is that the Lipschitzian
operators present in the formulation can be processed individually via explicit steps, while the set-valued operators are
processed individually via their resolvents. In addition, the algorithm is highly parallel in that most of its steps can be
executed simultaneously. This work brings together and notably extends various types of structured monotone inclusion problems

These last decades, it has been widely assumed that 18-crown-6-ether (CE) plays a spectator role during the chemical processes occurring in isolated host-guest complexes between peptides or proteins and CE after activation in mass spectrometers. Our present experimental and theoretical results challenge this hypothesis by showing that CE can abstract a proton or a protonated molecule from protonated peptides after activation by collisions in argon or electron capture/transfer. Furthermore, thanks to comparison between experimental and calculated values of collision cross-sections, we demonstrate that CE can change binding site after electron transfer. The cysteamine-modified hyaluronic acid (HA) polymer was employed to coat quantum dots (QDs) through a convenient one-step reverse micelle method, with the final QDs hydrodynamic size of around 22.6 nm. The HA coating renders the QDs with very good stability in PBS for more than 140 days and resistant to large pH range of 2–12. Besides, the HA-coated QDs also show excellent fluorescence stability in BSA-containing cell culture medium. In addition, the cell culture assay indicates no significant cytotoxicity for MD-MB-231 breast cancer cells, and its targeting ability to cancer receptor CD44 has been demonstrated on two breast cancer cell lines. The targeting mechanism was further proved by the HA competition experiment. This work has established a new approach to help solve the stability and toxicity problems of QDs, and moreover render the QDs cancer targeting property. The current results indicate that the HA polymer-coated QDs hold the potential application for both in vitro and in vivo cancer imaging researches. 相似文献

We report the use of nanotube field-effect transistor devices for chemical sensing in a conducting liquid environment. Detection of ammonia occurs through the shift of the gate voltage dependence of the source-drain current. We attribute this shift to charge transfer from adsorbed ammonia molecules, with the amount of charge estimated to be as small as 40 electrons for the smallest shift detected. Using the concentration dependence of the response as an adsorption isotherm, we are able to measure the amount of charge transfer to be 0.04 electron per ammonia molecule. 相似文献
