Microchip was coupled with MS through a stable, sensitive, and controllable sheath-flow nanoelectrospray (nES) interface for glycoprotein and glycopeptide analysis. The nano-ESI (nESI) was made with a delivery capillary, a commercial nES capillary, and a stainless steel (SS) tube which were connected together through a tee unit. High voltage for nES was applied on the SS tube and the commercial nES capillary was used as nES emitter. The delivery capillary was attached to the microchannel for delivering liquid from microchip to the nESI source. The flow rate of sheath liquid was optimized to be 100-200 nL/min which largely reduced the sample dilution. The detection limit of peptides on this microchip/MS platform was at femtomole level. Glycoprotein and glycopeptides were also successfully analyzed on the platform. All the glycoforms and glycopeptides of ribonuclease B (RNase B) were identified with this method. Some structures of the glycopeptides from RNase B were further characterized with MS/MS on the microchip, coupled with a quadrupole IT-MS. 相似文献

During the past decade, the radial x-ray diffraction method using a diamond anvil cell (DAC) has been developed at the X17C beamline of the National Synchrotron Light Source. The detailed experimental procedure used with energy dispersive x-ray diffraction is described. The advantages and limitations of using the energy dispersive method for DAC radial diffraction studies are also discussed. 高级加密标准(AES)是信息安全中实现数据加密、认证和密钥管理的核心分组密码算法,其安全性分析是密码学的重要课题之一.本文利用AES独立的相关密钥差分,构造了3轮biclique;基于该biclique,使用重计算技术,针对8~10轮AES-128给出新攻击.研究结果表明,攻击8轮AES-128所需的数据复杂度为264选择密文,时间复杂度为2125.29次加密;攻击9轮AES-128所需的数据复杂度为264选择密文,时间复杂度为2125.80次加密;攻击10轮AES-128所需的数据复杂度为264选择密文,时间复杂度为2126.25次加密.与已有的同轮攻击结果相比,新分析所需要的时间复杂度或数据复杂度降低. 相似文献

合成了一种棒形的化合物4,4'-二(α-腈基-4-苯丙氧基苯乙烯)联苯(Ben-DCSB), 利用核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(EI-MS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和元素分析等对其进行了结构表征. 对Ben-DCSB重结晶粉末进行研磨后, 其发光颜色从蓝绿色变成黄绿色, 荧光量子效率(ΦF)从初始的52.7%变为38.7%, 表明该化合物具有力致变色性质. 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和荧光寿命等测试结果显示, 这种现象是由于在外界环境刺激下改变了Ben-DCSB在聚集态下的分子堆积结构所造成的. 研磨后的样品暴露在溶剂蒸气(乙醇、二氯甲烷、四氢呋喃或丙酮)或100 ℃温度下放置2 min又能转换回初始状态的蓝绿色荧光, 表明化合物研磨后的样品具有气致和热致变色性能, 且展现出可逆变色性能. 对该化合物进行多次“力-溶剂蒸气刺激”和“力-热刺激”循环实验, 结果显示其具有很好的荧光可逆转换性能. 热分析结果显示化合物Ben-DCSB在194 ℃和212 ℃间存在向列相(纹影织构)的液晶态; 其热分解温度为362 ℃, 表明该化合物具有较好的热稳定性. 相似文献

Photovoltaic Performance of Triphenylamine Dyes-sensitized Solar Cells Employing Cobalt Redox Shuttle and Influence of π-conjugated Spacers 下载免费PDF全文
Developing photosensitizers suitable for the cobalt electrolyte and understanding the structure-property relationship of organic dyes is warranted for the dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The DSSCs incorporating tris(1,10-phenanthroline)cobalt(II/III)-based redox elec-trolyte and four synthesized organic dyes as photosensitizers are described. The photovoltaic performance of these dyes-sensitized solar cells employing the cobalt redox shuttle and the influences of the π-conjugated spacers of organic dyes upon the photovoltage and photocur-rent of mesoscopic titania solar cells are investigated. It is found that organic dyes with thiophene derivates as linkers are suitable for DSSCs employing cobalt electrolytes. DSSCs sensitized with the as-synthesized dyes in combination with the cobalt redox shuttle yield an overall power conversion efficiency of 6.1% under 100 mW/cm2 AM1.5 G illumination. 相似文献

通过三维动力学有限元法,以空间杆单元模拟缝线的增强作用,建立了缝合复合材料层板在横向低速冲击载荷作用下的渐近损伤分析模型。该模型考虑了缝合层板受低速冲击时的纤维断裂、基体开裂及分层等五种典型损伤形式,采用基于应变描述的Hashin失效准则和Yeh分层失效准则,并将其嵌入ABAQUS/Explicit用户子程序以实现相应损伤类型的判断及其材料性能退化。针对相同铺层的缝合与未缝合层板,模拟了低速冲击作用下的冲击响应和渐进损伤过程,数值结果与试验吻合较好,证明了该方法的合理有效性。同时探讨了冲击速度、缝合密度等对缝合层板冲击响应和损伤的影响。结果表明:有、无缝合层板的低速冲击响应具有类似的变化规律,缝合能够有效减小冲击损伤面积。随着缝合密度和缝线强度的增大,缝合对冲击损伤的抑制作用更为明显。 相似文献

In this paper,the singular value decomposition(SVD) method as a filter is applied before the tomographic inversion of soft-X-ray emission.Series of ’filtered’ signals including specific chronos and topos are obtained.(Here,chronos and topos are the decomposed spatial vectors and the decomposed temporal vectors,respectively).Given specific magnetic flux function with coupling m = 1 and m = 2 modes,the line-integrated soft-X-ray signals at all chords have been obtained.Then m = 1 and m = 2 modes have been identified by tomography of simulated ’filtered’ signals extracted by the SVD method.Finaly,using the experimental line-integrated soft-X-ray signals,m = 2 competent mode of complex magnetohydrodynamics(MHD) activities during internal soft disruption is observed.This result demonstrates that m = 2 mode plays an important role in internal disruption(Here,m is the poloidal mode number). 相似文献

A \(\gamma \)-ray spectroscopy system based on a 1\(^{\prime \prime }\times 1^{\prime \prime }\) NaI(Tl) detector and 1.5\(^{\prime \prime }\) photomultiplier tube has been developed at IUAC for teaching laboratory applications involving radioactive sources. Following along the lines of the Phoenix and Expeyes hardware developed in the laboratory earlier, a low-cost, light weight multichannel analyser also has been developed. Here the details about the same are presented.
