The internal reorganization energy (λV) of photoinduced electron transfer (ET) in the supramolecular donor–acceptor dyads of 2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18-octaethylporphinatozinc(II) (ZnOEP) and electron acceptor ligands was compared with those of structural isomers, 2,3,7,8,11,12,17,18-octaethylhemiporphycenatozinc(II) (ZnHPc) and 2,3,6,7,12,13,16,17-octaethylporphycenatozinc(II) (ZnPcn). First, ET process of the supramolecular donor–acceptor dyads of ZnOEP was investigated by means of the transient absorption spectroscopy mainly. The formation of supramolecular dyads was confirmed by absorption spectral change, from which the association constant was estimated. The ET process was confirmed by the observation of radical cation of ZnOEP during the laser flash photolysis. The ET rates of these dyads are in the order of ZnOEP > ZnHPc > ZnPcn, when the driving forces for ET are similar to each other. From the free energy dependence of ET rates, the λV values of OEP and its isomers were estimated. The estimated λV value was in the order of ZnOEP < ZnHPc < ZnPcn. This tendency was reproduced by calculation at B3LYP/6-31G(d) and BHandHLYP/6-31G(d) levels. Insect growth is regulated by the orchestrated event of ecdysteroids and their receptor proteins. Agonists/antagonists of ecdysteroid receptor are predicted to disrupt normal growth, providing good candidates of new insecticides. A database of over 2 million compounds was subjected to a shape-based virtual screening cascade to identify novel nonsteroidal hits similar to the known EcR ligand ponasterone A. Testing revealed micromolar hits against two strains of insect cells. The methanolic extract from the leaves of Salacia chinensis collected in Thailand was found to show a protective effect on D-galactosamine-induced cytotoxicity in primary cultured mouse hepatocytes. From the methanolic extract, eight new glycosides, named foliachinenosides E, F, G, H, and I, and foliasalaciosides J, K and L, were isolated together with 26 known constituents. The structures of new glycosides were determined on the basis of physicochemical and chemical evidence. In addition, the hepatoprotective effects of the isolated compounds on D-galactosamine-induced cytotoxicity were examined. Among them, lignans, eleutheroside E? and 7R,8S-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, were found to show the protective effects [inhibition (%) 41.4 ± 3.6 (p < 0.01), 45.5 ± 2.7 (p < 0.01) at 100 μM, respectively]. 相似文献

Ramelteon (TAK-375) is a novel melatonin receptor agonist that is used for clinical treatment of insomnia. The present report describes radiolabeling of ramelteon with the short-lived positron-emitter 11C (T(1/2)=20.4 min) by 2 methods. One method was [11C]methylation of an acetoamide precursor and the other was [11C]acylation of the corresponding amine precursor. First, [11C]methylation method showed the low reproducibility together with the production of many kinds of side products from which the [11C-methyl]Ramelteon was separated with chemical purity of <28% and radiochemical purity of >98%. Whereas, the [11C]acylation method showed high efficiency and reproducibility with a good radiochemical yield (22-43%, decay corrected), high chemical and radiochemical purities (>99% each), and high specific activity (43-162 GBq/μmol) (n=5) after HPLC purification. [11C]Ramelteon is a potential positron emission tomography (PET) probe for imaging the melatonin receptor. 相似文献

Optical-optical double resonance spectroscopy was used to study the 1g(3P1) ion-pair state of I2 correlating to I−(1S)+I+3P1) at the dissociation limit. We gained access to the 1g(3P1) state though the A3Π (1u) state in the (1+1) photon-excitation scheme. The pump laser excited the A3Π (1u)-X1Σg+ transition at a fixed frequency for state selection. The probe laser was scanned to detect the 1g(3P1)-A3Π (1u) resonance by monitoring the ultraviolet emission from the 1g(3P1) state at 278 nm. The 1g(3P1) state was observed in a vibrational progression consisting of P and R doublets. An energy level analysis was carried out for the 1g(3P1) state in the 0≤ v ≤ 14 and 12≤J≤135 range, which led to a set of molecular parameters including the Ω-doubling constant. The Ω-doubling of the 1g(3P1) state was discussed by the pure precession model and interpreted to occur through the heterogeneous coupling with the 0g−(3P1) state correlating to the same ionic asymptote. 相似文献

We propose a sinusoidal wavelength-scanning interferometer for measuring thickness and surface profile of a thin film. The interference signal contains phase modulation amplitude Z and phase $aL which are related to the positions and profiles of the reflecting surfaces, respectively. By reducing the difference between the detected signal and the estimated signal using the multidimensional nonlinear least-squares algorithm, we estimate values of Z and $aL. The diffusion coefficients of deoxyribose and ribose in water were measured at 25°C. The Stokes-Einstein relation for mono-, di-, and tri-saccharides are discussed. The diffusion coefficient at infinite dilution Do for deoxyribose was the largest among these sugars. It appears that the deoxyribose breaks local water structure but the ribose hardly affects the structure. Do correlates well with the mean number of e-OH groups in the sugar molecule. It is suggested that the mean number of e-OH groups is a good parameter to describe the properties of sugar hydration. 相似文献
