Relaxation times (T1, T2, T1rho) are usually evaluated from exponential decay data by least-squares fitting methods. For this procedure, the integrals or amplitudes of signals must be determined, which can be laborious with large data sets. Moreover, the fitting requires a priori knowledge of the number of exponential components responsible for the decay. We have adapted inverse Laplace transformation (ILT) for the analysis of relaxation data. Exponential components are resolved with ILT to reciprocal space on their corresponding relaxation rate values. The ILT approach was applied to 3D linewidth-resolved 15N HSQC experiments to evaluate 15N T1 and T2 relaxation times of ubiquitin. The resulting spectrum is a true 3D spectrum, where the signals are separated by their 1H and 15N chemical shifts (HSQC correlations) and by their relaxation rate values (R1 or R2). From this spectrum, the relaxation times can be obtained directly with a simple peak-picking procedure.  相似文献

The gradient-BIRD-method is an effective way to select 13C-bound protons. By changing the phase of the proton pi-pulse, the same sequence can be used to select protons attached to 12C atoms, i.e., for filtering out the 13C-bound protons. These filters, consisting of single or double gradient-BIRDR clusters (BIRD inversion for remote protons) have considerable filtering bandwidth. Because of the efficient suppression of the coupled magnetization, we implemented the gradient-BIRDR filter in HMBC to replace the conventional low-pass filter.  相似文献

The enhanced scattering diagnostics method based on the scattering of microwaves close to the upper hybrid resonance in the plasma has a high sensitivity and spatial resolution and makes it possible to observe the plasma density fluctuations with characteristic scale-lengths much smaller than the wavelength of the probing radiation in vacuum. Good spatial resolution for spatial positioning of the scattering volume by fast tuning of the source frequency ±5% around the reference frequency in the range 100–300 GHz at high power makes this diagnostic method particularly suitable for fluctuation and high energy particle measurements in tokamak plasmas with relatively flat density and temperature profiles.  相似文献

JET divertor load measurements using embedded thermocouples have indicated a large target asymmetry and non-uniformities in the loads and that, under H-mode conditions, the load is dominated by the ion component. ASCOT simulations of the ion contribution to JET divertor loads are consistent with the presence of a large outward radial electric field E r in the scrape-off layer (SOL) next to the separatrix. Such a field would provide an explanation for observed features of the divertor loads in JET. The required field for getting the correct in/out asymmetry is within the range of the estimated SOL E r in JET, but reproducing the experimental heat deposition profiles requires higher field values.  相似文献

A three-dimensional approach for measuring 15N relaxation times is described. Instead of selecting particular values for the relaxation period, in the proposed method the relaxation period is incremented periodically in order to create a 3D spectrum. This additional frequency domain of the transformed spectrum contains the relaxation time information in the T1 and T2 linewidths, and thus the longitudinal and transverse 15N relaxation times can be measured without determination of 2D cross peak volumes/intensities and subsequent curve fitting procedures.  相似文献

In acidic aqueous solutions the xylonic acid/xylonate equilibrium is coupled with the formation of the γ- and δ-lactones. The γ-lactone is formed more readily, whereas the δ-lactone can only be observed in traces at very low pH values (<2.5). By means of 13C NMR, both the lactone hydrolization constant and the acid dissociation constant could be determined (KL = 4.08, = 3.65 ± 0.34). Further, a second deprotonation of one of the hydroxyl groups could be observed at very high pH ( = 13.3 ± 0.76).  相似文献

In this study we have manufactured nanofibrillar cellulose and modified the fibre surface with ester groups in order to hydrophobise the surface. Nanofibrillated cellulose was chosen to demonstrate the phenomena, since due to its high surface area the effects at issue are pronounced. The prepared NFC ester derivatives were butyrate, hexanoate, benzoate, naphtoate, diphenyl acetate, stearate and palmitate. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, solid state NMR and contact angle measurements were used to demonstrate the chemical changes taking place on the cellulose surface. NFC ester derivatives can be prepared after a careful solvent exchange to a water-free solvent medium has been carried out. Butyl and palmitoyl esters were chosen for film forming tests due to the difference in their carbon chain lengths, and their contact angles and water vapour and oxygen permeation rates were studied. The prepared nanocellulose esters show increased hydrophobicity even at very low levels of substitution and readily form films when the films are prepared from acetone dispersions. The permeation rates suggest a potential use as barrier materials.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a method for noninductive current drive studies based on three-dimensional simulation of test particle orbits. A Monte Carlo momentum diffusion operator is developed to model the wave-particle interaction. The scheme can be utilized in studies of current drive efficiency as well as in examining the current density profiles caused by waves with a finite parallel wave number spectrum and a nonuniform power deposition profile in a toroidal configuration space of arbitrary shape. Calculations performed with a uniform power deposition profile of lower hybrid waves for axisymmetric magnetic configurations having different aspect ratios and poloidal cross-section shape confirm the semianalytic estimates for the current drive efficiency based on the solutions of the flux surface averaged Fokker-Planck equation for configurations with circular poloidal cross section. The consequences of the combined effect of radial diffusion, magnetic trapping and radially nonhomogeneous power deposition and background plasma parameter profiles are investigated  相似文献
