新型γ-聚谷氨酸吸水树脂的合成

以γ-聚谷氨酸(γ-PGA)为原料,乙二醇缩水甘油醚为交联剂,采用溶液聚合法合成了新型γ-PGA吸水树脂(1),其结构经IR表征.研究了反应体系的pH,反应温度和反应时间对1吸水率和透光率的影响.结果表明,在反应体系pH 4.3,于70℃反应36 h的最佳反应条件下合成1,吸水率220 g·g-1,透光率99.6％,分解温度334.9℃.     

基于多尺度特征应变均匀化计算HCP多晶体塑性

结合基于位错密度的晶体塑性模型与特征应变均匀化方法来分析HCP晶体结构材料的力学行为，拟开发一种计算模型用于有效捕捉以及预测微观与结构尺度的裂纹产生。首先，与传统的晶体塑性有限元相比，该多尺度模型可以提高计算效率并同时保持微观尺度的捕捉精度。其次，将模型与试验结果的差值为优化目标，在满足物理学定义的条件下得到合理的材料参数。最终，结构尺度的模拟显示该模型可以获取在结构尺度与微观晶粒尺度的潜在裂纹生长区域。     

克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)应急二价铜离子时超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的变化

用二价铜离子(Cu2+)胁迫克氏原螯虾,分析其肝胰腺、触角腺、鳃等组织的超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性变化.结果表明:克氏原螯虾能在含10mg/LCu2+水中生活;在10mg/LCu2+胁迫下,在0～24h,肝胰腺和触角腺中的CAT、SOD活性均显著升高,CAT活性在24h达到最高;在24～36h,肝胰腺和触角腺中的CAT活性开始下降,而SOD活性继续上升,在第36h时达到最高;48h后,肝胰腺和触角腺中SOD和SOD活性下降并均趋于平稳表达,SOD活性仍显著高于非胁迫处理时,而CAT活性则显著低于Cu2+处理时;鳃中的SOD和SOD活性未受到Cu2+浓度变化的影响.

Organic solids are organic and polymeric materials with special functionalities that stem from our increasing ability to manipulate and tune the properties of organic and polymeric materials (e.g. optoelectronic properties). We achieve this through the systematic variation of their molecular components, to allow for molecular-level control of the solid-state structure via arrangement of the functional molecular components into a defined solid architecture.     

Structure Characteristic and Catalase Activity of Vitreoscilla Hemoglobin Bound with Membrane

Lipid-bound [VHb(406)] and lipid-free [VHb(402)] wide type Vitreoscilla hemoglobin were separated from E. coli BL21(DE3). The RZ is 3.30 for [VHb(406)] and 3.15 for [VHb(402)], respectively. VHb(406) shows a characteristic absorption band at 626 nm, while VHb(402) shows one at 644 nm, and it has more α-helix than VHb(402). Data of Raman spectra experiment shows under the excitation wavelength 488 nm, υ4 vibration of both VHb(402) and VHb(406) had a pure and strong signal at 1375 cm-1, which proves that iron...     

微观结构对膜换湿能力影响研究

对多孔膜换湿过程进行了理论分析,得到了透湿量和湿阻的计算式.同时对三种膜包括PVDF,PES和纤维素膜进行了湿阻的测量实验,通过对实验数据的回归处理,得到了多孔膜的结构参数.结果表明,膜厚、孔径分布、孔隙率及曲折因子对膜的换湿特性都有较大影响,在平均孔径相同的情况下,其它因素仍然导致了不同膜换湿能力的较大差距。在所获得的结构参数基础上,通过数值模拟的方法研究了平均孔径对膜换湿能力的影响。结果表明湿阻随平均孔径的增大而减小,减小趋势逐渐平缓最后趋向一定值。
