The first mass-selective vibrational spectra have been recorded for Na(NH3)n clusters. Infrared spectra have been obtained for n = 3-8 in the N-H stretching region. The spectroscopic work has been supported by ab initio calculations carried out at both the DFT(B3LYP) and MP2 levels, using a 6-311++G(d,p) basis set. The calculations reveal that the lowest energy isomer for n or= 7 is indicative of molecules entering a second solvation shell, i.e., the inner solvation shell around the sodium atom can accommodate a maximum of six NH3 molecules.  相似文献

A high-performance liquid chromatographic assay for trifluorothymidine in biological matrices of the eye is presented. Sample pretreatment was based on liquid-liquid extraction with ethyl acetate. Following evaporation, the residue was analyzed using a reversed-phase octadecylsilane column with ultraviolet detection. The lower limit of detection is ca. 50 ng/ml (ca. 3 ng on column). The method is simple, reproducible and selective. Concentrations of trifluorothymidine in the aqueous humour, vitreous humour and cornea of normal rabbits after a 50-microliters topical dose of 1% trifluorothymidine are reported.  相似文献

Thermodynamic and kinetic parameters have been established for the reaction between the carbon acid, 4-nitrophenylnitromethane, (4-NPNM), and the base N’-n-propyl-N,N-di-n-propylbenzimidamide, (N’PDPBA), in mesitylene and in chlorobenzene. In some cases deuteron transfer from 4-(D2)NPNM to the base has also been studied. In addition, some results for the proton transfer reaction in tetrahydrofuran have been collected. Spectrophotometric methods have been employed to monitor the ion-pair product, which is solvatochromic. In general the solvent dependence of the parameters is as expected, but there is some indication of specific solvation. The kinetic isotope effects of 11 and 8 in mesitylene and chlorobenzene, respectively, are larger than those predicted classically. However, as is discussed the n-propyl group on the secondary nitrogen of the base may serve to reduce the extent of tunneling compared to that in an unsubstituted analogue by a steric effect.  相似文献

These emissions enable a radioanalytical analysis of the body's composition of protein (nitrogen), water (hydrogen), and fat (carbon). Various 1H,6H-pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazol-6-ones (III-XXIII) were obtained from β-keto esters and 1H-pyrazol-5-ones or hydrazines. Nitrations, chlorinations and brominations of these pyranopyrazoles were also carried out giving the corresponding derivatives (XXIV-LXIV). The pyrone ring is the more reactive one in these reactions and the preferred position of attack is the 5-position. The substitution products are formed by the addition-elimination route.  相似文献
