本文介绍一种实用的光纤传感器,它由二根光纤或多根光纤紧靠一起,并在同一位置除去局部包层,成为松耦合状态,在这种状态下,研究了它的特性和应用。 当耦合间隙中充满某种液体介质时,耦合效率明显增大,因此可以方便地判别该介质是否存在。并且实验证明了一种光纤只能有一种相近于光纤芯子折射率的介质具有最大的灵敏度。当间隙内的介质不变时,耦合功率的大小决定于耦合距离d和耦合长度l,l一旦决定以后,d的调节精度为0.1mm量级,易于在机械结构上实现线性检测。  相似文献

Methyl 4-0-benzoyl-6-bromo-6-deoxy-α-D-glucopyranoside (1, Figure 1) was converted, via the corresponding ditosylate 2, into methyl 2,3-di-0-p-toluenesulfonyl-4-0-benzoyl-6-S-acetyl-6-thio-α-D-glucopyranoside (3) by a selective nucleophilic displacement of 6-bromo-group with thioacetate. Unexpectedly, on treating the compound 3 with an excess of sodium methoxide in benzene-methanol (1:1) at room temperature, methyl 2-0-p-toluenesulfonyl-4,6-thioanhydro-α-D-gulopyranoside (4) was obtained in a yield of 84%. In order to determine the structure of the relatively unstable oily product 4, some stable crystalline derivatives (5, 6 and 7) were prepared. Detailed analysis of the 1H-NMR-spectra (200 MHz) of 6 and 7 gave the conclusive evidence for the structure of 4 A self-imposing mechanism of the clean and smooth transformation of 3 to 4 is proposed, involving: a) formation of 9 (Figure 2) as a crucial intermediate and b) a highly regioselective epoxide opening in 9 (at C-4) by an intramolecular nucleophilic attack of the mercaptide anion from C-6.  相似文献

Exposure of (C5H5)2MO(CH3)2 and (C5H5)2W(CH3)2, prepared from the corresponding dichlorides, to 20Co γ-rays at 77 K gave H2C.CML3 carbene species characterised by their ESR spectra, together with a central feature possibly due to the parent cations. Dilute solutions in CD3OD gave features assigned to the parent anions which were converted on bleaching with visible light into methyl radicals, and H2C.ML3 radicals. From the magnitude of the 1H and 183W hyperfine coupling constants, it is deduced that the SOMO for H2C.WL3 radicals is strongly localised on carbon.Dilute solutions in aqueous sulphuric acid also gave species with A(2H) = 20 G, identified as the carbene derivatives, H2C.Ml3. These were formed on annealing, as signals assigned to HSO4 · radicals were lost.  相似文献

Despite being relatively benign and not an indicative signature of toxicity, fibril formation and fibrillar structures continue to be key factors in assessing the structure–function relationship in protein aggregation diseases. The inability to capture molecular cross-talk among key players at the tissue level before fibril formation greatly accounts for the missing link toward the development of an efficacious therapeutic intervention for Type II diabetes mellitus (T2DM). We show that human α-calcitonin gene-related peptide (α-CGRP) remodeled amylin fibrillization. Furthermore, while CGRP and/or amylin monomers reduce the secretion of both mouse Ins1 and Ins2 proteins, CGRP oligomers have a reverse effect on Ins1. Genetically reduced Ins2, the orthologous version of human insulin, has been shown to enhance insulin sensitivity and extend the life-span in old female mice. Beyond the mechanistic insights, our data suggest that CGRP regulates insulin secretion and lowers the risk of T2DM. Our result rationalizes how migraine might be protective against T2DM. We envision the new paradigm of CGRP : amylin interactions as a pivotal aspect for T2DM diagnostics and therapeutics. Maintaining a low level of amylin while increasing the level of CGRP could become a viable approach toward T2DM prevention and treatment.

CGRP concentration is elevated in migraine conditions. The protective effect of migraine against type 2 diabetes is attributed to the ability of CGRP to remodel human amylin aggregation and to suppress the secretion of mouse insulin 2 (the orthologue of human insulin).  相似文献

The paper shows a computer-assisted procedure for the optimization of selectivity of two columns coupled in series by tuning the working temperature (using the isothermal mode) and columns coupling-point pressure at constant inlet and outlet carrier gas pressures. The optimization procedure validation was tested by the separation of 32 hydrocarbons in a column series with the aim to resolve the maximum number of components in the shortest possible analysis time.Dedicated to Professor J. [reaction: see text] It has been demonstrated for the first time that conjugated enynes can be employed as a facile substrate in olefin metathesis with the use of a bispyridine-substituted ruthenium benzylidene catalyst. Cross-metathesis of the enynes with alkenes turns out to proceed with preferential formation of (Z)-isomers over (E)-isomers up to >25:1 in moderate to good yields. The intramolecular version of conjugated enynes affords novel butadienyl cycloalkenes, which are a highly useful synthetic building blocks, in acceptable yields.  相似文献

Synthesis, structures, and unusual solution dynamic processes of d(10) metal complexes of hexakis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)cyclotriphosphazene (L) are reported. Reaction systems with three MX(n):L mole ratios (MX(n) = d(10) metal halide) in CH(2)Cl(2) have resulted in the formation of [ICu(&mgr;,eta(3),eta(3)-L)CuI] (1), [Cl(2)Zn(&mgr;,eta(2),eta(3)-L)ZnCl(2)] (2), [Cl(2)Cd(&mgr;,eta(3),eta(3)-L)CdCl(2)] (3), and [(eta(3)-L)HgCl(2)] (4). These compounds were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies, and crystallographic data are given in the order of compound: crystal system; space group; unit cell parameters; Z; unique data (I > 2sigma(I)); R(1). 1.0.5CH(2)Cl(2): monoclinic; P2(1)/c; a = 8.268(4) ?; b = 22.365(5) ?; c = 23.325(8) ?, beta = 93.06(1) degrees; 4; 5736; 4.82. 2.CH(3)CN: monoclinic; P2(1)/c; a = 17.021(3) ?; b = 12.161(2) ?; c = 23.608(5) ?; beta = 107.72(1) degrees; 4; 5469; 3.16. 3.CH(2)Cl(2): monoclinic; P2(1)/n; a = 18.585(5) ?; b = 17.585(4) ?; c = 14.404(3) ?; beta = 102.71(2) degrees; 4; 3814; 3.65. The structure of 4 was attempted but resulted in data of low precision. Reaction of L with CuI and ZnCl(2) in an equimolar ratio afforded [ICu(&mgr;,eta(3),eta(3)-L)ZnCl(2)] (5) which crystallizes in monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 22.876(5) ?, b = 21.594(4) ?, c = 9.177(2) ?, beta = 93.54(2) degrees, Z = 4, and R(1) = 7.00 for 3806 (I > 2sigma(I)) data. In all cases, metal halide centers except the Td zinc site in 2 are coordinated by L via a kappa(3)N binding core consisting of two nongeminal pyrazolyl nitrogen atoms and one phosphazene ring nitrogen atom. The eta(2)-N(2) coordination in 2 involves two geminal pyrazolyl nitrogen atoms. Factors which govern the nuclearity of the complex were partially demonstrated. The intermetallic distances in dinuclear metallophosphazenes range from 6.790 to 7.195 ?. The solution behavior of five compounds was studied by variable temperature (31)P{(1)H}, (1)H, and (113)Cd FT NMR spectroscopy. Compounds 1 and 4 are associated with fluxional motions involving A(2)B low-temperature limit spectrum while compounds 2 and 5 show solvent-dependent dynamic processes with ABX and A(2)B low-temperature limit spectral patterns. Compounds 3 constitutes a fluxional system involving three A(2)B species. Accounts of solution NMR spectra were attempted by using PANIC, by assuming the formation of new solution metallophosphazene species and by considering several types of dynamic processes such as a ring-around type hopping motion for the kappa(3)N metal site, a Td conformational change for the geminal pyrazolyl kappa(2)N metal site, and a wigwag motion for the nongeminal pyrazolyl kappa(2)N metal unit.  相似文献

This preliminary study describes the concentration of radionuclides 238U, 232Th, 40K, and 226Ra in Afin-Elbistan lignite samples which are primarily used for power generation in the Afin-Elbistan Coal-Fired Power Plant. The results show that the concentration of 238U is higher in the Afin-Elbistan lignite compared to various world coals whereas the opposite is observed with 232Th and 40K.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die analytische Bestimmung der Metalle, des Dipyridyls und der Chloride in Oxo-chloro-alkoxo-dipyridyl-Komplexverbindungen des Niobs und Tantals wurde beschrieben. Eine modifizierte Methode der Dipyridylanalyse, wie auch der Chloridbestimmung in Gegenwart von Dipyridyl wurde angegeben. Die radiometrische Metallbestimmung in Extraktionsverbindungen von Niob und Tantal mit Di-oktyl-methylenbis-phosphonsäure wurde dargelegt.
Summary The analytical determination of metals, dipyridyl and chlorides in oxochloro-alkoxo-dipyridyl complex compounds of niobium and tantalum is described. A modified procedure of the dipyridyl analysis and also of the determination of chloride in the presence of dipyridyl is given. The radiometric determination of the metals in extraction compounds of niobium and tantalum with di-octyl-methylene-bis-phosphonic acid is discussed.

Résumé On décrit le dosage des métaux, du dipyridyle et des chlorures dans les composés complexes oxo, chloro, alcoxo, dipyridyle, du niobium et du tantale. On indique une méthode modifiée pour le dosage de dipyridyle ainsi que pour la détermination des chlorures, en présence de dipyridyle. On décrit le dosage radiométrique des métaux dans les produits d'extraction du niobium et du tantale par l'acide di-octyl-méthylène-bis-phosphonique.

The separation of isomers and enantiomers of branched C10-C12 phenylalkanes by gas chromatography on fused silica capillary columns coated with some modified β- and γ-cyclodextrins was studied. It was shown that the separation of positional isomers of C10-C12 phynylalkanes on modified cyclodextrin capillary columns is not better than that on a column coated with modified polyethylene glycol. Differences were found in the enantioselectivity of modified β- and γ-cyclodextrins for the separation of C10-C12 secondary phenylalkane enantiomers. While alkylderivatives of β-CDs resolve enantiomers of 3-phenylalkanes, alkyl derivatives of γ-CD resolve enantiomers of 2-phenylalkanes. Since shape selectivity factors of modified cyclodextrins have indicated no inclusion of the considered solutes in cyclodextrin cavities, enantioselective interactions most probably occur on the outer sphere of cyclodextrins.  相似文献
